When my wife and I set out to hire a wedding studio we were overwhelmed at how expensive the companies were. When speaking with Sami Studio, we couldn’t believe how they were able ...
to keep the prices at such affordable rates. After a consultation with them, we saved over $1000 for one of their combined packages of photography and video. When we received the video, which arrived right on time, it was so much fun to watch over and over!! My wife and I literally started to laugh and then we both began to cry as we watch us reciting our vows on our most beautiful day in front of our family and friends. When we started to view the pictures we couldn’t believe how many shots there were that we didn’t even realize were being taken! They captured every important and special moment to us and my family were thrilled to have so many keepsake memories to take back home with them. One of the things that had always concerned me was the time it would take for our formal photographs as we had a very large wedding party. Our photographer and videographer partnered up and streamlined the process and the end result were a series of formal and classic poses that complimented our wedding theme and entire mood of the day. Our photographs are the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! Everyone that sees them can’t believe what an incredible day we had! Thank you.
Semih is AMAZING!!! Friends and family members haven’t stopped complimenting us on the video and photos. And they are super eager to get their own copies. But what makes him really...
fantastic is his way of working. Besides the creativity and having full of original ideas, he really puts you at ease during shoots. He really went above and beyond for us – from arriving early to help me set up my dress on the mannequin for pictures, that we coudnt figure it out the night before. His delivery is unbelievably fast, and her demeanor and attitude is both professional and enthusiastic. It’s also worth noting that He is supported by a great team. They were all an absolute pleasure – super friendly and attentive."
Absolute rubbish photographers. The pictures were so incredibly poorly taken, they're abhorrent to look at. 90% of all the pictures are of the back of people's heads. The remainin...
g 10% look like they were taken by a neanderthal (no disrespect to neanderthals). Ive honestly seen better pictures taken by speed cameras. To top it all off they're lack of responsiveness, delays in getting us proofs, and sheer display of amateurishness makes me question why the heck they're still in business.
Where do i begin...... HORRIBLE PEOPLE , LIES AFTER LIES, , If you dont mind waiting a WHOLE YEAR for your VIDEOS to come in from October 10 2021, then sure go ahead with them. Ove...
rpriced, and demanding people. I would pay the next couple to NOT go with this business full of lies. We have yet to receive our videos, they keep asking for our music that we sent 10 months ago and everytime we call , they give the cliche answer" we are still working on it" . The third world countries can do a better job and have your film ready in two weeks. We will be pressing charges to get our money back for a service that we did not receive and filing a complaint with the Illinois state.
We booked Sami for our wedding in 2020 which was blown away by the pandemic, and they ended up not returning our deposit or any part of it, despite that we waited till the lockdown...
restrictions loosened up and most businesses started recovering, the answer was still no and they would only honor it towards another job.
Update:
Left with only one option, and thinking that this studio's word is reliable, we referred a close friend who's looking for a photographer for her wedding, and when she mentioned our referral and using our deposit towards the total cost, Sami came up with a new rule that only us or a first degree relative can use this deposit. Although previously he pledged to honor it if we have "anyone" who needs photography.
I initially gave them 3 stars, considering the pandemic and not wanting to hurt a small business. But manipulation and lies are not something we deserved while giving away our wedding through the same pandemic.
My husband and I absolutely loved working with Sami studio! We had our engagement photo shoot on the hottest day of 2019 and it was still an amazing time! The photographers are awe...
some. Our wedding was even more beautiful. Everything happened according to our schedule. Smoothest day ever! Thank you ALL!
My husband and I had an excellent experience with Sami Studio's team. Each of the staff members we encountered were a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail was impeccabl...
e, and they were so great at capturing all of our special moments. They were in constant communication with us throughout the process of filming and shooting our engagement and wedding reception to ensure all the details were in place for our big day. We are so soo happy with the end result and are so grateful for the team for their great work! As a bonus--- they offer competitive rates that can't be beat. My hubby and I shopped around, and the services at Sami's are unmatched. Best decision we made. Thanks Sami's!
it was a big mistake when we chose this studio because it's not professional at all and they are thieves.we paid a lot of money around 8 thousand for nothing because everytime we a...
sk for something, they charge us extra mony, and i know that they were lying just to steal more money.we waited one year to get our photos and half of photos are not clear and there weren't professional shots, all the photos are bad. the video is so short and a lot of shots are missing especially the part of the bride and groom getting ready. even the pictures that i took with my phone are better than theirs.
Sami studio delivers! Professional, experienced and went above what I expected. I can't say enough about this company. They have the newest technology and they definitely know what...
they're doing.
They are so amazing. The package is great. We had a fun engagement photo session, and an amazing time at the reception. Jovita, the photographer, is so funny. And the owners cater ...
to the couple and their ideas. The are so professional and the finished product makes the price worth while. You only get married once, but you can always relive the day with their great video and camera work
Had a wonderful deatiled photo and video experience she was wonderful in the satisfaction of all involved she gave a great deal and very good experience thank you Fatima
Overall Sami has done a wonderful job for our wedding video. We are still in the process of editing and choosing music but everything up to this point has gone very well. Sami is...
very professional and made some great suggestions when I needed to find a place to take pics etc after the ceremony. They have a lot of upgrade options but they come at a price. They are a little more expensive from the compitition but I think they are worth it.
