She listened to his ideas and helped him pick the PERFECT ring. I was truly blown away. We just went back to purchase our wedding bands and this time I was able to experience the customer service personally. Once again she was patient and very helpful. There are no high pressure sales tactics and she is also very knowledgeable. This place is top notch and I would recommend it everyone. We will never buy jewelry from anywhere else!
