When shopping around for a florist initially, she stood out well above the rest because she understood my vision to a T and had just the most creative and beautiful design ideas that fit our budget. Throughout the process, she was patient with me as I made changes and she was always available and more than willing to help make those changes. We even had to switch up a couple of design elements the week of the wedding, and she was so quick and creative in getting that done. On the day of, everyone including myself was blown away by the floral! She did an incredible smilax installation for our ceremony; the most gorgeous, soft, and romantic bridal bouquet; plus the rest of our personal floral and all our reception floral. I kept getting complements about it all from our guests and it was the best feeling knowing that she made my vision truly come to life.

The day of the wedding she offered some suggestions with the venue's dried plants (which I originally wanted removed) placement on a mantel and with the suggestions of keeping them and adding what she brought made a world of difference on the mantel. My flowers were fresh , beautiful and matched my color scheme. Thanks for everything !!

tly over the top. The moment I walked into the reception hall my eyes wear filled with tears and overwhelming emotions on seeing how Mrs. Josie truly caught my vision and were absolutely stunning. The bouquets, corsages , centerpieces, and boutineers were made with an immense amount of talent and love (and with quite a large bridal party). A couple of months prior to the wedding we found out the flowers I desired would be unavailable due to the Volcano in Hawaii but Josie didn't allow that to stopping her from searching around the world till she found my dream orchids. San Antonio Floral designs exceeded everything I could have ever dreamed of and more . Mrs. Josie was extremely organized and accommodating from the beginning stages and continued to exceed all expectations up to the final moments before I walked down the aisle. Honestly, this journey wouldn't have been possible without Mrs. Josie's talent, love and passion she gives every bride and wedding I would highly recommend San Antonio flowers to everyone. All of our wedding guests have raved about how beautiful the flowers were. I can't wait to share the pictures when they are finished! in looking at the list, suggesting modifications based on their knowledge of the church and the reception venue. We worked the final quote over email and had a face-to-face session to finalize everything. We had fewer tables than we planned for so they turned those table arrangements into additional flowers for the reception venue mantlepieces and other decorations. All was perfect – they contacted our reception site and our cake vendor to let them know they would be working with them for the reception decorations and cake flowers – very professional. They were onsite at the church early to place the pew markers and were also early to the reception venue to place those flowers. Their price was extremely reasonable – I probably got quotes from 10 other vendors – and SA Floral was the best. I appreciated their knowledge in reviewing our list and letting us know where we were over-stating a need and suggesting something else. We added a bouquet for the bridal portrait at the last minute and they were able to give me something to use that approximated the bridal bouquet for the wedding at a greatly reduced price and it was beautiful. I cannot stress enough how great they were to work with. Based on my experience, I can recommend SA Floral with confidence.

sted everything to look like the display, except we added red (red roses, red fillers, and eucalyptus) When it came time to the wedding everything was how I wanted except the crystals hanging from the centerpieces, like from the display and the 4th centerpiece to fulfill the full look from the extravaganza. So needless to say, I did not let it ruin my big day, and everything still looked beautiful. I will add, they did have a mishap with their previous landlord that they handled nicely, they did deliver gorgeous fresh flowers, decorated my alter elegantly, and I requested 1 white rose for my late father. That made it all worth it. I have already recommend them and still will !

months prior to my wedding I filled out a form with all of my information including the time of the wedding, venue address and coordinator’s information. The day BEFORE my wedding they called saying I never provided that information and my coordinator had never heard of me..well they didn’t even call the right company. Then they said they lost the paper work that had what color ribbon was to be used on my bouquet. The most disappointing part, was the day of my wedding, my bouquet was a little wilted, had roses in it, when I specifically said no roses, and only 3 colors when we had gone over it numerous times about making it as bright and colorful as possible. Some flowers they said I would have in there weren’t even in the bouquet, when they suggested them. Disappointing. Oh, not to mention they had a boutonniere for my fiancé’s grandfather who had passed in November (in our December finalization we told them to remove it due to the circumstances), so that was upsetting for him to go into the dressing room and see one labeled for him. The outside pergola didn’t have all that they said it would, and some vases in the reception looked like they ripped leaves and threw them in the water. I would’ve much rather not had those vases at all than that embarrassing setup. One last thing that irked me is the WHOLE time I was given the impression that my cake maker, and other vendors weren’t “good enough” since they weren’t who THEY recommended. Josie would make some comment every time to make it sound like I made a poor decision with them. I was happy with all of my vendors and wasn’t switching to someone else’s opinion. She just came off really snooty and extremely unorganized towards the end. I would not recommend them for any event unless you really want what you pay for and don’t mind if what you ask for/are told you will get isn’t what you receive.

st getting a quote. She was pushy & rude after because I had not given her an answer to use her. She also only deals with cash & will not accept checks with her business name which I found odd. Dealing with a pushy, rude person is not worth it. Her daughter seemed really nice to work with, but even hearing how her mother rudely spoke w/ her was a turn off. No thank you, i would highly not recommend.

different she doesn't have any samples for you to look at- just a small book with tiny pictures of individual flowers. That is my only qualm. However, just because I did not know exactly what they would look like did not mean she didn't have a vision. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and so much better than what I thought I was getting. Even the throw away bouquet was beautiful! She was very easy to work with, even the week of the wedding when we decided we wanted extra flowers on the aisles of the church! She is so talented and was a pleasure to work with!

d, we got very simple, yet beautiful flowers that were exactly what we wanted. My only complaint is that she was initially difficult to deal with and wasn't truly listening to me and my desires. Our first meeting was quite rocky, but because she was who our wedding planner recommended we gave her another shot. Subsequent meetings went much better and she did exactly what I asked her to do. For the money, we couldn't have asked for better.
