I had a wonderful experience here today. I booked this hotel for a VERY important occasion with my GF, and I actually forgot to ask the hotel to make special arrangements until the morning of arriving.

uch would be done with such late notice. However, Jellyne was Incredible. She (inconspicuously) let me know that my "arrangements" had been noted, she had put into action some preparations, and assured me that the room would be ready soon.
When I arrived, lets just say, WOW! Jellyne did NOT have to go above and beyond the way she did. The room was awesome, and our stay was made particularly special. Customer service like hers is rare to see - the management is lucky to have her on staff!

The hotel staff was very accommodating. The pool area is nice, with a lot of seating. The food at the Den was good (especially the salt and pepper wings, they also had gluten free items)

Just stayed here overnight and the rooms were clean and spacious. We ate at the breakfast buffet and JC was amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed. Dee was also great. She made sure we had snacks in the lounge after breakfast. I love...

clean the staff super helpful. Special free buffet for Marriott members and 24/7 snacks. A small bodega on site with additional snacks and beer and wine for purchase plus a decent on site bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! I enjoyed it very much.

The hotel location is excellent, with a 15-minute drive to LA Jolla and a 15-minute drive to downtown San Diego. The hotel also boasts a Costco gas station, a restaurant and bar. The check-in and check-out services were somewhat inconsistent. A...
na was not particularly pleasant, she did not greet us or offer a smile. She was generally unenthusiastic. The rest of the staff was extremely cordial and helpful.
The parking fee is $38 per day. If you choose to proceed to the left, the parking area is closer to the entrance. On the contrary, if you choose to proceed to the right, it is likely that you will find yourself in the garage. Please proceed to the lower floor.
The room was comfortable and the movement was quite comfortable. However, there are some drawbacks: the air conditioner only operates at a temperature of 67 degrees and requires motion to activate. If you prefer to sleep in the cold, this may not be the ideal option. If you decide to leave the room, the air conditioner will turn off. Consequently, upon your return to your room, the air conditioner will be turned on.
The gym is spacious and features numerous machines available.
The water pressure was exceptionally high.
