San Diego Van Service

San Diego Van Service was amazing! My husband and I were looking for a transportation company that would provide shuttle service for our wedding guests from the hotel to our reception venue before cocktail hour, and then back at the end of the night. These 2 hours that we requested were separated by a 5 hour gap, but the company was able to accommodate our specific request without any hassle. Most other companies quoted us for a 3 or 4 hour minimum, but we didn't need service for a consecutive number of hours. San Diego Van Service so easily gave us a quote for exactly what we needed, even with that large gap of time in between. The shuttle arrived at the correct places at the right time. And our guests even had a great time on the shuttle. Anytime that I had a question or needed to verify details, they were extremely quick to respond. Any time that I needed to make a change to the itinerary, I'd receive an updated invoice with the correct details. I highly recommend this company for all your event transportation needs!

My husband & I had a great experience using San Diego Van Service for our wedding this past June. Most of our guests were from out-of-town, and so the van service was essential on our wedding day, shuttling us (bride & groom), bridal party, family & friends between our hotel & the venue (The Scripps Seaside Forum). Albert, who tended the shuttle, was fantastic & was already familiar with both hotel & venue. He kept a good schedule, and even accommodated when the bridesmaids fell behind their schedule. He was friendly & professional! The shuttle itself was in very good shape & clean, great for all our gowns & suits. All in all, we highly recommend San Diego Van Service!

We used San Diego Van Service to transport our wedding guests to and from their hotels to our venue. Whereas most transportation companies require paying for service during the entire span of the event, SD Van service was willing to do a “split” where we paid for a couple hours and the beginning and ending of the event. This really made the most sense for us and was a huge savings. We specified pick-up locations and times. SD Van services followed through with all of our requests. The vehicles were clean and comfortable and the drivers were nice. It was everything we could have asked for. I would definitely recommend using them for any event!

I had very little communication with the company - I submitted my form and talked with the owner very briefly 1 or 2 times. I changed the time of my pickup a couple times so I couldn't be upset when I called to check that they were on their way and the driver informed me he thought he was to get me at 2pm but I had specified 1:45. Luckily I had padded the time enough to where it was not an issue. He apologized upon arrival and got me to the venue with plenty of time to spare. The remaining pickups before the ceremony from hotel to venue were just fine. We also utilized their services for the after party drive from venue back to hotel. We were a large bunch of very loud very drunk people and the driver just smiled and drove. I do recall standing in the aisle in my dress with a glass of RED wine in my hand while he drove us back....and didn't make a peep as I most definitely spilled a bit. Thanks for taking care of us!
