Shindigs over a year in advance, just to get a sense of what they offered and initial pricing. Carla responded to me quickly and was happy to help, even in these early planing stages. When we made the trip out to the islands to meet with our vendors we happy opened up her showroom specifically to work with our schedule, and already had exhibits set up of the specific table settings we wanted to try out. She helped guide us make the decisions and was quick and responsive as we communicated. I was also impressed by the thoroughness of what she provided, right down to working battery-powered candle lights for every one of the 100 plus candle holders we rented. Everything was delivered to Roche Harbor on schedule and set up just as we discussed with her. We even rented custom chairs for the head table, which were presently sturdy and comfortable. Shindigs made it all easy, and helped capture just the right ambience for our special day.
