New Events Coordinator was flexible in working with us to provide for our specific desires, so the day flowed with maximum contact of the 175 guests - which included a Receiving Line for the Bride and Groom right after the ceremony so they could efficiently greet and celebrate with their guests right after the ceremony. Appetizers and drinks were served immediately after the ceremony on the patio and lawn so all guests were in the flow of the cocktail social hour and festive atmosphere within minutes. Events Coordinator added a second bar with extra servers on the patio to keep the guests well accommodated with served appetizers and drinks. She had a specific timeline that was thoughtfully set - yet flexible when the main meal was delayed by approximately 20 minutes. No problem, as the guest could easily access the bars and enjoyed conversations with each other. So glad we could utilize the spectacular accommodating venue for the wedding and reception without being a club member. We looked closely at seven venues in the area before choosing SLOCC. So glad they have opened their amazing facility up to the general public. For this venue we budgeted in the Club House rental fee, minimum food and beverages, and the rental of outdoor ceremony space including the chairs located on the golf course tee-box overlooking the beautiful Edna Valley Vineyards. We upgraded by renting outside table linens and chargers, an altar, a sweetheart table love seat and decor accessories, and uplighting and pin lighting to set the mood for the dancing. Still enjoying the memories created in the majestic setting! We would definitely choose the same venue again.

ill Mortimer, is an amazing person. He took care of me during planning when I was stressed out and during the event he thought of everything. We had mishaps but the guests didn't even notice them because he took care of them. I am happy to answer any questions about this vendor. I used them for a venue, catering, and they did the rentals for me as well.

inator, Bill Mortimer, who is a Brides DREAM! he helped every step of the way and kept the ball rolling at all times! The guests cant stop talking about the delicous food! Overall the counrty club delevered in many ways and gave us a DREAM WEDDING!
