inless and transported our guests on time. The tuxes were great. They made it so easy for us, even for our groomsmen that came from afar and called in their measurements. John took great care of all of our needs and helped everything run flawlessly.

ests to and from the hotel- supposed to make 3-4 trips as needed. Apparently they outsource this work- the shuttle bus driver was rude to our guests and actually told them all we didn’t pay for multiple trips which was an absolute lie! We paid San Marko, but apparently our money never made it from them to the shuttle bus company. My husband how to spend 50% of our cocktail hour fighting with the shuttle bus people and pay extra money out of pocket to the driver! Completely ridiculous. My advice- DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!! Unprofessional and unreliable.

The driver was very flexible and understanding of our change of plans throughout the day. He was very nice and was offering so much help for our pictures in the cold!

These guys are expensive as far as tux rentals go. Also ties and vests were mix matched. Causing my husband to run to the store to grab extra ties and vests hours before the rehearsal dinner. This was after the guys were calling him telling hi...

m their tie or vest was different then antohers. Also keep in mind when you go here..you have to purchase your tie, it is not included with the rental. Wouldn't say they were bad, but wouldn't go back there again.

We used this company for both our limo & our tuxedo rentals. While the tuxedo's were great our experience with the limo could not have been worse. They did not show up to our hotel to bring the bridesmaids to the church. I, the bride too...

k a separate car to the church and sat waiting outside for a half hour because they never showed up to drive my bridesmaid. Impossible to find a taxi cab my bridesmaids took black car that someone miracliously didn't need after calling and was 30 mins late to the ceremony. We lost our security deposit which was $500 with the church for starting late. They finally showed up after the church to bring the girls to the reception. They gave so much attitude to us and stated "We were stuck in traffic" It is there job to be on time and get the bridal party where they need to be. The limo driver got lost on the way to the reception (in NYC) and took so long that they were late to cocktail hour (we left 2.5 hrs btw the ceremony & reception). After having to turn our and back track several times crammed in the limo one of my bridesmaids stepped out and said "thank god" and the limo driver turned to her and said "yah, thank god is right". Completely unprofessional and horrible service. They agreed to pay the late fee for the church with a little bit of a fight. I do not recommend this company for limos.
