Sanctuary at Crow Hollow Ranch is more than just an event venue. It is a magical, often described as "overwhelmingly beautiful" place to gather with your family, friends, and your wedding party for several days leading up to and culminating in your big day. The expansive 200-acre ranch will be exclusively yours for your entire stay.
There are sleeping accommodations for up to 34 people in 4 different residences, and the Ranch contains multiple unique and spectacularly picturesque event locations, all on-site, where you can host a guest arrival party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, and day after brunch. Between events, you can enjoy fishing in the stocked pond, hiking the National Forest trails directly adjacent to the ranch, gathering around the creek-side fire pit, or sitting on the wrap-around porch with your loved ones. Blue ribbon fly fishing, rafting, and trips to Yellowstone National Park are all favorite off-property activities.
We host weddings with up to 150 guests. All rentals and services need to be contracted separately. An approved event coordinator is required for events with more than 75 people.
There is a full-time caretaker on site, and our concierge team can help with recommendations, reservations, and activities throughout your stay.
Located just 30 minutes from Bozeman, 45 minutes from Yellowstone National Park, and 15 minutes from the charming western town of Livingston, you have access to all of the amenities and adventures you want while still being in a completely secluded and private setting.

cation is the foundation of some of our greatest memories. My husband and I were fortunate enough to start the rest of our lives together here, immersing ourselves in a wedding location that we wouldn’t have been able to conceptualize, even in our wildest dreams. Everything you see online about the Ranch is beautiful but nothing compares to being there in person as it takes the breath out of your lungs. As soon as you arrive on the ranch, time slows and inner peace grows.
Over the course of our wedding week we had the privilege of deepening our bonds with 30 of our closest friends and family, all who stayed comfortably on the property alongside us. We spent the week leading up to the wedding playing games, finishing last minute wedding projects, fishing, rafting, telling stories around fires, watching sunsets, dancing and creating countless core memories that we will cherish forever. The amenities at Sanctuary Ranch replicate the feeling of staying at a dear friend's house. Everything has been thought of, available in plenty, and establishes a sense of security and warmth.
The day of our wedding I will forever look back on as one of the happiest, most peaceful, and cherished days of our lives. Everything was set up and executed with ease. Our vendors were easily able to access the Ranch and there was plenty of space to prep, glam and hangout. The Ranch is surrounded with endless natural panoramic views which makes for foolproof picturesque moments around every turn. The layout of the property allowed for the perfect amount of space for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception to which all 130 of our guests navigated with ease. We danced late into the night under the stars and when the time had come for our guests to depart, they could easily access their cars as there was plenty of space for additional parking.
The hosts of the Ranch have done a spectacular job with this property. It is obvious how much thought and care goes into even the smallest of details. They couldn’t have been more accommodating for one of the greatest weeks of our life. Sanctuary at Crow Hollow has a unique and sacred aura that can only be felt once boots are on the ground. This “if you know you know” location is a foolproof choice for any wedding or family reunion.
