Their recommended vendor list was amazing - we chose all of our vendors based on this list and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Every vendor was so easy to work with, made us feel comfortable, super professional and I loved working with every one of them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I truly believe you can't go wrong if you are at this venue.

She was extremely responsive in answering the plethora of questions my husband and I had prior to our wedding and accommodated any special requests that we needed. We were so impressed by all of the Sanctuary’s staff members. A special shout out to Sarah who soothed our 3-year-old ring bearer when he was having a meltdown prior to walking down the aisle. She is a child whisperer. Everyone’s service and positivity throughout the night was extremely professional and very much appreciated. We received so many compliments from our guests about the 5-star service and the amazing food! The food at both our cocktail hour and dinner was fantastic! We cannot recommend this venue enough! You will be well taken care of and feel like a part of the Sanctuary family before your wedding is over.

All of our guests were blown away and although it was raining on our wedding day, the best thing about this venue is everything outdoors is covered where the wedding takes place so nothing has to change! ape to incredible mountain range views. The other thing I loved about it was that I could have an outdoor ceremony without stressing about the weather. Our ceremony was held under their beautiful covered pavilion with the mountains as the backdrop which was then repurposed later in the evening to dance the night away. Such a unique space and it was the perfect setting for both the ceremony and the dancing. The other thing I must mention is the food. The food is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. So many of our guests reached backed out to us after our wedding to tell us how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. Lastly, the service was top notch. The servers were amazing and we loved getting to work with Chelsea and her team to help us create the most memorable night. She was so wonderful to work with and she was always so quick to respond to our many emails which we also appreciated! Choose this venue for your wedding, you won't regret it!

ss. The day of the wedding went incredibly smooth thanks to her, more so than weddings I have been a part of in the past. We received amazing reviews from guests on the quality of the food, attentiveness of the entire staff, and just the location in general. Our guests got amazing photos and they were able to feel like they were in the mountains without being too far from the city. If you are worried about weather, the ceremony and dance floor takes place in the covered gazebo, and that was a huge selling point for us since you can never predict Colorado weather. We ended up with a perfect day, but the next week was rainy, but we would have been fine either way. I can't recommend this venue enough!

a venue coordinator. We were lucky enough to be paired with Chelsea, who was truly our biggest cheerleader during the planning process. We were planning from out of state, and her flexibility and patience through time changes, food tastings, and even the final walkthrough took so much stress off of our plates. She was always available to chat and was very easy to get ahold of via email. Our day went down as smooth as possible, and Chelsea was with us the whole time (even shedding a tear with us as we admired the day we had). Additionally, Sanctuary provides you with basic linens, chairs, tables, silverware, and food/bar are all in house, taking off a load of stressors. We could not be happier with our wedding day and cannot wait to go back someday soon. Thank you Sanctuary for hosting our perfect day!

The staff at the Sanctuary went above and beyond to make sure the entire event ran smoothly - Julie and her team executed every detail perfectly, and even was kind enough to save us some cake on our way home. It is an easy drive from the airport, and has great hotels and restaurants nearby for guests. In short - don't think twice about booking this venue it is the best decision we made while planning!

set up, she took all of the stress out of our day for the perfect wedding! The food here is incredible, both the entrees and hors d'oeuvre we selected were over the top! The service was also top notch, they had servers ready to attend to us at any moment for any reason and were all so very kind and professional. Even with a small hiccup with one of the other vendors we worked with, Chelsea was able to handle it so we didn't have to sweat a single thing! This venue has the BEST VIEWS of the mountain range as well as their course, and the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking! All of our guests kept commenting on how amazing this venue is - the waterfall alone is worth it! We cannot recommend Sanctuary enough, even being a COVID couple they were very willing and helpful working with us on rescheduling which cannot be said for many venues. If you haven't booked this place already - what are you waiting for?!

stunning natural beauty, we were and still are in awe of The Sanctuary. The Sanctuary is so unique in that you can have your ceremony outside in the covered pavilion that frames Pike's Peak where you don't have to worry about Colorado's infamous late afternoon storms. Your guests then move to the breathtaking terrace overlooking the Rocky Mountains. Dinner is served inside the classic, stunning clubhouse, and then we opted to have our dance back outside under the stone pavilion. We had such a wonderful experience working with Julie as our wedding coordinator. She was so on top of everything that we didn't have to worry one bit leading up to our special day. We even had a chance to meet the General Manager, Rudy Zupetz, who was also so helpful and amazing. The staff that they have trained here are all just incredible and go over the top to make sure everyone is having an exceptional time. The next day, my husband and I tried to think of anything that went wrong and we couldn't think of a thing- it was perfect. This venue takes care of it all for you. The compliments we received on the food , service, and overall ambiance of the venue were countless. So many people told us that our wedding was like a fairytale and I 100% can say it was because of The Sanctuary. At the end of the night, my friends, family, and I didn't want to leave because it's just such an incredible place! Trust me when I say you can not go wrong with booking this wedding venue. It is hands down the best decision we made in our wedding planning journey.

As an out of town couple planning our wedding during the pandemic, the flexibility provided by the venue and staff was so reassuring. They helped us to schedule our site visits/tastings to coincide with our travel plans, and it really made no difference whether we were planning from across the country or down the street. Chelsea was our day-of contact, and even though she had multiple weddings each week once Covid-19 restrictions started lifting, she made us feel like ours was the only event she had on her plate. If there were any issues, we never even knew! Our wedding felt so luxe and exclusive, but it was honestly way more affordable than other venues we looked at when you looked at catering/decorations needed for other locations. Go with Sanctuary, you will love it!

at Sanctuary made everything flow so well. Steffany and Dani were so great to work with, and they truly care about making everything perfect for you. They were very responsive and took the time to get to know us, and made things so easy for us the day of. Their support staff also did a great job of getting everything our timely, and making sure all our decorations were placed correctly. Lastly, the food was AMAZING. People have not stopped talking about our hors d’oeurves since the wedding. They do a great job at your tasting of letting you try multiple options, which turned out perfect for us. We had so many compliments on our reception at Sanctuary, with some guests saying it was one of the fanciest venues they’ve ever been to for a wedding. We are so glad we picked Sanctuary, and couldn’t recommend it more!

She was incredible throughout the entire process and made sure every little detail was perfect. The entire staff is personable, professional, and so easy to work with. They made sure everything ran smoothly for the tasting, meetings, and the actual event. The food was incredible, and the chef personally came and talked to us during the tasting to ensure everything was up to par. My husband and I were completely blown away, and our guests were blown away too! Don’t look anywhere else – Sanctuary is the real deal.

questions and get help with wedding planning. Steffany, our event manager, has a lot of good experience in running a wedding event at the Sanctuary. She is easy to work with, punctual in responding to questions via email, and follows through with every aspect of the plans made, as well as runs a seamless wedding and reception experience with all her good coordination of their excellent staff. We used the Sanctuary’s referrals for our florist, DJ, and photographer which were all excellent. The vendors they recommend have worked at the Sanctuary and know how to allocate their time well and get the most out of the venue. They were also enjoyable to work with. Our guests were overwhelmed by the beauty of the Sanctuary, and we heard from several people it was the best wedding food they ever had and the best wedding they ever attended. Overall our experience with the Sanctuary was exceptional and without hesitation I would highly recommend them.

at on the day of our wedding we had the entire venue to ourselves, it made for an intimate vibe with all of our loved ones without leaving us feeling confined to a small space. There are a lot of beautiful places to walk around and explore on the property! If you are a flower lover then you are in luck!!! That was a HUGE thing on my check list and they did not disappoint- dahlia blooms the size of my face, everywhere!! This Texas girl was impressed! You definitely don’t need to splurge for extra floral if you don’t want too between the generously placed flower pots and the natural view! Pair it all with the included up lighting in the pavilion and it makes for a magical evening dancing in the mountains! Don’t forget to ask for the s’mores, it’s worth it to sit by the fire pit at the end of the night! The staff here is amazing, everyone worked as one big cohesive team to make sure that every guests needs were being met! We had a sit down dinner (which I highly recommend, because the Lamb was amazing!) and the staff did an amazing job with making sure everyone got served the correct meal and that their glasses were never empty (which is always an important thing to do around speech time!) I am a picky vegetarian and the chef worked with me to create a custom meal to make sure I would be fed and happy on my wedding day! As a foodie, I really appreciated that- most places would just offer up a salad. Lastly, I had the pleasure of working with Steffany as our day of coordinator (and leading up to the wedding). She was beyond amazing and always answered me in a timely manor! She was the only reason our wedding got planned from start to finish so seamlessly. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she proves that with how seriously she takes her role. At the rehearsal she will make sure she is clear about the expectations of the wedding party and will gently remind them of why they are standing up there with you that day, which was nice because it added another layer of importance to their roles and left no room for confusion or discomfort on the day of. Our wedding procession went off flawlessly and our pictures came out amazing because she had even reminded everyone to stand the same way! On the day of my actual wedding I was not nervous at all because I was able to have full faith and confidence in her! Overall, everything about this venue and our experience was amazing and we would recommend it every single time!! Thank y’all again so much for everything, truly y’all made a mark on our lives- we will be back to visit for anniversaries for sure!

Steffany was there to calm me down during the stress of the First Look when our guests arrived early and we had to adjust the location of our photos to prevent guests from seeing me before the ceremony. I've been told by many family members that ours was the best wedding they have been to (which says A LOT because our family throws large, extravagant weddings pretty often)! We even had the chef make an amazing batch of Gumbo, which received the highest praises from our New Orleans guests (including myself- the Bride). The exposed stone structures, as well as the gorgeous mountains and golf course back drop, made for incredible in-person experience and photos (from our professional photographer and even guest photos). We are still hearing from our guests how beautiful the whole evening was. It was a magical day, and that is largely in part to the gorgeous venue and the incredible team who made our vision a reality.
