Unfortunately- I felt not listened to the day of my wedding compared to my trial appointment. My hair did not turn out quite the same on the wedding day- I still liked it but not the same way I loved my trial hair. In addition, my mom felt the same way- not listened too- she did not like her hair in the slightest and ended up taking it down.

My only suggestion was to have a wedding coordinator that is more communicative, I felt like I waited a long time for answers that the salon gave her the responsibility of answering.
