op of everything from the start and always had quick responses to my 10000 questions! Olivia & Jackie made the whole day go so smooth, I did not stress one bit. They took care of everything, including set up, break down, making sure we were good all night and didnt need anything. All of my guests loved the new room, friendly staff, and GREAT food! Honestly, there is not one bad thing to say and if I were to have another event I would choose Sand Springs.

e staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we hoped for. They kept checking in throughout the night to make sure we didn’t need anything and made us feel so well taken care of. Everything stayed right on time, which made the day stress-free and enjoyable. The cake was perfect, we received so many compliments on the food, and the decor setup was exactly how we pictured it. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day so special and truly perfect!

The venue itself, the drive in, the golf course, the food was AMAZING and made for stunning photos, and the reception space was elegant and welcoming! The staff was AMAZING and on point with every detail, but especially Jackie & Maddison went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly and stress-free. They were organized, accommodating, and truly cared about making our vision come to life. The day of my wedding from start to finish the girls made sure EVERYTHING was perfect, constantly checking in on me (also making sure I was hydrated!) Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how beautiful everything looked. I still have family talking about how perfectly cooked our filets were! The food was a 10/10! Jackie & Maddison also helped me SOO much with setting up the whole venue to even breaking it down and packaging everything up so perfectly post wedding. They handled my vendors so I didn’t have to worry about a thing and could enjoy the moment I’ve been planning for 2 years. We also had Abe’s Hot Dogs from mountain top, PA for our late night snack and it was the best decision we made! It was so cool, fun & all my guests still rave about it! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful we chose Sand Springs Country Club to celebrate such an important day. I truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day, the girls were seriously incredible and it honestly felt like I’ve known them for years! If it wasn’t for them I would have been much more nervous but the whole process from when I booked to my wedding day I had so much trust & faith in them and it made the wedding day as a bride so much better! I couldn’t have done it without them! Highly recommend to any couple looking for a gorgeous venue with amazing service. Thank you again! XOXO

the sweetest and kindest people you'll ever meet. I will actually miss them now that our wedding is over. They were so great. Catering at sand springs? Amazing. Bar tenders? Amazing. The ceremony space? Amazing. Reception space? Amazing. Everything about this place is wonderful. We are from Upstate NY so our venue HAD to be worth it for the 3 hour travel time. We traveled there multiple times for things we had to get done throughout the year planning process and let me tell you, every 3 hour trip was worth it. The entire staff was wonderful and made us feel like we belonged there. I cannot thank Jackie and Madison enough for dealing with me and my crazy crew and for re running numbers countless times because of me changing my mind on countless things. Every time I asked them to re run numbers, explain something further, etc. They were more than happy to and got on it right away. They made the day fly by as smooth as possible without a worry. Even considering the rain! It down poured right before I was supposed to walk down the isle and due to Jackie's suggestion of waiting a few minutes, it was nothing but a drizzle for our entire ceremony and the guests didn't bat at eye at the rain. We loved Sand Springs and every staff member we met (even the ones we didn't formally meet but were still working the night of our wedding, were amazing) If you have trust issues about other people handling your big day, Jackie and Madison are your girls. They were everything you could ask for and more and very reassuring about everything. We loved Sand Springs and HIGHLY reccomend getting married there

better. About ten months before our wedding, we had a change in wedding planners, but Jackie and Madi did an amazing job picking up right where things left off. The food was delicious, and the ballroom was the perfect size — spacious but still intimate. I highly recommend hosting your wedding at Sand Springs. You won’t be disappointed!
