From all the prep to the day of, Shayna and Paige were there for us every step of the way. The venue and food exceeded our expectations and were praised by our guests. We are so happy we had our wedding at Sand Springs!
We were extremely particular with our venue choice, we visited a lot of different locations and our main priority, besides picking a venue that was beautiful was the customer service. When we booked 4 years ago, we worked directly with Rachel who was nothing short of amazing. When Shayna and Paige became the coordinators we were a little nervous since we had already worked with someone else that understood our vision but they both exceeded our expectations. They both took the time to understand us as a couple and what we wanted for our special day. Communication was impecable which is a big deal for us and they were extremely accommodating when it came to curating specifics for our event. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and helped us decide on certain things when we were stuck. Thank you again to Shayna and Paige for making the wedding planning process as seamless as possible. If you are ever considering Sand Springs for your special event, do yourself a favor and book it! After 3.5 years of planning, and 3 different dates, we could not have been happier to have finally had our dream day here! Shayna stepped right in without missing a beat and helped to ensure our day was perfect, and ran as smoothly as possible. The decor was arranged perfectly, the food was fantastic and every person involved truly made the day everything we hoped for and more. We could not recommend them enough!
We looked at several venues before our wedding. But the thing that sold us on Sand Springs was their Wedding Coordinator Rachel. She was head and shoulder above anyone else we encountered at other venues. Rachel and Shayna were on point. Anything we wanted these awesome ladies found a way to make happen. Samantha the Event Coordinator and her staff was fabulous to work with. Very personable & approachable. Any minor issue that arose, these ladies were on top of it because we didn’t notice a thing during our wedding. The venue was spotless; we got many compliments on how good the food was; they worked seamlessly with our other vendors. They set our expectations very high in the beginning and they met or exceeded them in every single category. They will get our business for any even that we need planned. I can't say enough about Rachel and her team! From day one my husband and I knew we wanted a Fall Wedding. When we sat down and met with Rachel she told us she had one date left in October of 2019 and we put the money down on the spot! From there we saw pictures and stories of past weddings at Sand Springs and it seemed we picked the perfect spot to celebrate the best day of our lives! Rachel was very responsive over email and could also be reached via phone. She never acted like I had a stupid question even if I thought it was Haha. She even managed to fit planning her own wedding two weeks before ours and we never would have known. She always let us know well in advance when we had a payment due. The food and cake tasting was amazing and that I was not surprised by, since I knew the restaurant had delicious food! On the day of the wedding she was so professional and told me exactly where I should be at that time and what I should do. She made the day flawless and I didn't even get to tell her Thank You so much for all of her help! She helped to keep me calm on the day of and my husband happy. I highly recommend Sand Springs for any event you have! The team is amazing and you won't be disappointed!

We chose Sand Springs Country Club for our wedding on August 24, 2019, and we could not be happier with our venue choice! From our food tasting to the actual wedding day, Rachel and the whole staff were so accommodating and ensured we had the perfect day! They made the whole day run so smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The food and cake were amazing and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The ceremony and reception space looked so elegant and was everything we could have hoped for. The venue also provides so many extraordinary options including the send-off station and sparkler send-off. Thank you Sand Springs for making our day so beautiful and one we will never forget!!!!
Our wedding was June 15th, 2019 and we are still in complete amazement over how perfect it was! Sand springs is an absolutely beautiful venue and the staff was incredible! Rachel was extremely organized, professional, and took all of our ideas and truly brought them to life! Her attention to detail really made everything perfect! From the ceremony with the drapery that created a truly magical first moment for us as I walked down the aisle and my groom saw me for the first time, to the beautifully decorated ballroom, she truly ran a smooth and effortless wedding for us that made the day stress and care free! We had an amazing day and we wish it would have never ended! The cake was amazing and looked absolutely beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious! Our wedding guests are still raving about our wedding and we cannot thank Rachel and the entire staff at sand springs enough! 💕
My wife and I had our reception at Celebration's at Sand Springs Country Club on April 27th, 2019. From day 1, we were blown away! Rachel, Samantha, and the rest of the staff were professional, attentive, and so incredibly helpful throughout our planning process. They respond to emails so quickly!
The venue is so beautiful and the grounds create the perfect backdrop for photos. We were so impressed with the packages they offer and the price points can't be beat for everything that is included in them. We were able to customize our package to fit our needs without any trouble too! Every single guest raved about how delicious the food was! They are still talking about it to this day! By far the best food I've ever had at a wedding!

Our wedding was 4 months ago and our family and friends are still talking about it! Sand Springs was the first venue we looked at & we decided within a day that it was the perfect venue for us. Rachel made everything so easy, and she was very patient with me (especially within the last few weeks before the wedding and I kept sending her a bunch of emails!) We had our wedding a little over a month ago and we could not have been more happy. First off, Rachel (wedding coordinator) is AMAZING! She was one of the most organized people I have ever met which is huge especially the weeks leading up to your big day. Rachel was willing to work with us and do whatever she could to make our day what we envisioned. We hired an outside company to bring in a second bar and to do place a pipe and draping at the entrance which worked perfectly with this venue! I had my father bring live Christmas trees in and place them around the room which turned out great. Whatever I wanted, Rachel made work! She was quick to respond to emails and worked so efficiently the night of our wedding, I was thrilled. Sand Springs and Rachel helped make our day perfect and I would recommend this venue to anyone!
We worked with Sam and Rachel with Sam as our day of coordinator. They were both amazing through the whole process! They met every one of our expectations and more! It rained on our wedding day but they were prepared with clear umbrellas since we still wanted the ceremony outside. Luckily it stopped right before we walked out and we were still able bbn to have cocktail hour outside after as well. The location is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the food was delicious! You wont be disappointed!

I still really cannot put into words how amazing our wedding day was. We got married this past weekend on 6/23/2018. Since the first time I saw the venue online I was in love. When I went to see it and met Rachel I was even more in love and knew that was the place! Rachel and the entire staff at Sand Springs were nothing short of amazing. The entire process of planning was stress free because Rachel is phenomenal at her job and puts you at ease knowing everything will be perfect and she will make your vision come true. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception here and our guests can’t stop talking about how much they loved every single aspect. I can’t even count how many times people told me it was the most beautiful and organized wedding they have attended.
It was calling for a rainy forecast, that kept changing and Rachel was prepared to do whatever was needed for the ceremony. Thankfully the sun starting shining as soon as me and my father were walking down, like it was perfectly planned that way!

Where do I even begin.... choosing Sand Springs was the best decision we made. My husband and I got married on 4/27/2018. Despite the fact that 30 minutes before the outdoor ceremony a huge thunderstorm rolled in, everything went off without a hitch. They maneuvered our guests to the ceremony with umbrellas and put out heaters to keep everyone warm. Rachel is incredible at her job. I joked with her when I saw her that day before the ceremony that she had on a cute little headset. Well, that's cause she used it to make sure everything was PERFECT. and it was. We dropped off decor with instructions, to which they did exactly what I wanted. I also gave them a ton of random decorations and asked them to just do whatever with it. WOW. It seriously could not have been more beautiful. They did such a wonderful job. Every single person that I interacted with there was so nice and accommodating. The food was delicious. I am not a big cupcake/cake fan at all, but Sand Springs made our cake and cupcakes, and they were delicious!! Special shout out to Greg who was also at the Rehearsal the night before. (I have limited space, but yes we had our rehearsal dinner there too and it ROCKED). The other bartender was also amazing as well, I believe her name was Janine or Jeanne. BEST BARTENDERS EVER. They were fast with their service, but made great quality drinks for all the guests. Before choosing Sand Springs, my husband and I had selected and put a deposit on another wedding venue. Then, we saw photos of Sand Springs a few months later and decided to switch after meeting with Rachel. We got their cheapest package, yet every aspect of it was high quality. My wedding day was so hectic. I had no clue what time I had to do anything or be anywhere, etc. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. It flowed perfectly thanks to them. Thank you Sand Springs, and especially Rachel for a perfect day.

We just got married at Sand Springs this past Sunday, 10-15-17. We did a ton of research before booking our venue and Sand Springs was the perfect choice for us!!! They have awesome menu options and a huge selection of upgrades that helped us customize our wedding. We had a s’mores bar, popcorn bar, gold charger plates, upgraded linens & chairs, lights under the sweetheart table and so much more! They were very honest about their prices and they never charged us for anything we didn’t want. They have active social media sites and it was so helpful to see ideas of what was done at their venue and what all the upgrades look like. I can’t think of anything negative to say, so I will continue by saying more good things. =)
We also did a ton of research to find the right vendors. We booked the following people, they have experience working with couples who booked Sand Springs. They made our big day easy & stress free and I would book them all over again!

Michael and I are absolutely thrilled that we chose to have our wedding ceremony and reception at Sand Springs. Rachel and her staff were wonderful throughout the entire process. Our meetings and correspondence with Rachel were very helpful. She was quick to respond to emails, offered many helpful suggestions, worked with our busy schedules, and made the entire process easier. The day of the wedding, we were comforted knowing that Rachel and her staff were coordinating our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Our guests remarked about the professionalism and courtesy of all staff members. Our photographers, new to the venue, even mentioned how impressed they were with their interactions with Sand Springs staff! Having our wedding at Sand Springs was a great decision.
Oh, and the venue is beautiful! The outdoor ceremony space is inviting and we were able to easily enhance the spot's natural beauty for our ceremony. Rachel listened to our vision for the space and her staff translated it perfectly. The same is true of the ballroom. We had many small details for our wedding and the staff handled each with ease. Our guests loved the fireplace and chandeliers; we did too! We are so excited to see our first dance photos in front of the gorgeous fireplace.
The food was great; they accommodated all of our guests' dietary restrictions. The cake, a special request, was yummy! The end-of-the-night food was also a special request and well-received. The bartenders were very personable. We had a lot of individualized requests for our day and the staff cultivated each one perfectly. We cannot thank Rachel (and staff) enough for helping fill our wedding day with unforgettable and beautiful memories.

Rachel was so unbelievably fantastic that the entire planning process was effortless and let us enjoy the year leading up to our wedding. Rachel always welcomed any and all questions we had throughout the process and was able to provide answers above and beyond what we expected. When it came to the wedding day, it was an absolutely flawless day and we credit the staff at Sand Springs for that. The bartenders and waitstaff were SO fantastic and made our day so much more enjoyable! They actively sought out our bridal party and families to make sure we had what we needed all while effortlessly meeting all of the needs of our guests with the most pleasant and welcoming personalities I've ever experienced! Rachel flawlessly organized the day and took care of anything we needed and we truly cannot thank her enough for that. Along with the fantastic staff we interacted with, the venue itself is so beautiful and made for some beautiful pictures throughout the course! The process leading up to your wedding can be stressful but one thing we didn't have to worry about was the venue. Our wedding coordinator Rachel, made the whole process easy and enjoyable! Rachel was readily available with any questions/concerns we had and was willing to meet at any time to accommodate our needs. The week leading up to the wedding I was able to drop off our decorations, etc. Rachel was very thorough with how I wanted the room to be decorated, when I saw the room for the first time it took my breath away!! The day of couldn't have gone any more perfectly/smoothly thanks to Sand Springs, Rachel, and all of the staff there. The bartenders Greg and Brian were on point with their drinks! I am still receiving compliments on how beautiful this venue is. It unfortunately rained (actually down poured) on our wedding day but thanks to the stunning celebrations room and the flexible staff at Sand Springs our guests didn't care or notice the change in location from the outdoor pavilion for our cocktail hour to the indoor Celebrations room. My husband and I and our parents couldn't have been more thrilled with the service, quality of the food, and organization at sand springs! The wedding planner is easy to work with and everything was how I asked it to be. Amazing night!
We chose to have our ceremony and reception at Sand Springs because we knew that they provided personal and top-notch service. My wife and I are wedding DJ's, so you can imagine we have been to at least 50+ venues over the past few years. Sand Springs always stood a notch above the rest. When we had our first meeting with Staci, the wedding coordinator, she was upfront and honest about everything.
Because we had a majority of our guests staying from out of town, we wanted to make sure that this would be a wedding they would always remember. Staci and the staff surpassed those expectations. Everything was perfect. From keeping things running on time, to the amazing food, and the personal service. Everyone raved about our wedding.
Two things stand out about our wedding. First was the food. We have eaten our share of luke-warm buffets and tasteless plated chicken at other venues. Sand Springs offers a variety of food options to fit your needs. We actually had them create a stations menu for our wedding and it was wonderful. It included a carving station, taco station, mashed potato bar, and pasta station. All items were delicious and you could tell they were made from fresh ingredients. They also offer cake and cupcakes on site that are amazing and affordable.
Second, is Staci, who oversees the weddings at Sand Springs. She responded to e-mails quickly and gave clear answers. There were no extra hidden costs or price haggling throughout the process. It was great to be relaxed throughout the planning process.
Our wedding was a huge hit with all of our friends and family. They are always mentioning the fantastic food and the terrific atmosphere in the ballroom. Thanks again to Staci and the staff at Sand Springs.

People still couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything was, even two weeks after the event! The price was less expensive than any other country club but the quality was awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better wedding. They have a beautiful outdoor ceremony site on the patio and the reception room is large and spacious but easily accommodated my intimate 56 person gathering. Best of all, the coordinator really made the wedding. She explained everything, kept everything calm and basically acted as the glue to the event. Without her I have no idea how we would have pulled it off!
We chose Sands Springs simply because of its beautiful location and their awesome tent we were able to use for our reception which was perfect for our summer wedding. Sands Springs went above and beyond accommodating us with customizing our menu and drink specials. Their wedding coordinator Staci is so amazing and is able to help you create your dream day - she was great to work with and was extremely efficient.
After the wedding some comments were made for some improvement that is needed: their staff needs to be more attentive to guests and follow through with requests and not fool around; food came out a little late and some of the sauces for the main course were given after the meal was served; and we were suppose to have a cocktail fountain for our signature drink and which was not put out. But besides those minor issues, Sands Springs still did a fantastic job giving us an amazing wedding!
I just had my wedding in the new celebrations building. It was incredible. Staci was incredibly helpful and amazing! The food is good, the prices are fair, and they will give you a beautiful wedding!!!

We absolutely loved Sands Springs Country Club as our reception venue and so did our guests! There is not a single thing I would have changed about how things went. The tented patio is so beautiful and has a great view of the landscape. The landscape of the golf course provides AMAZING photo opportunities too!
The food was sooo delicious- the kids even loved it! The food & beverage manager Lindsey was so great with all the details, not a single thing was out of place or didn't go as planned. She is fantastic! The wait and bar staff were professional and attentive to our guests.
We had about 100 guests and the tent can accommodate probably double that comfortably. There is also ample space outside the tent for guests to mingle. We had our cocktail hour outside the tent and guests enjoyed mingling there during the reception while not dancing.
This venue provides a great option outside of the dozens of boring same-old banquet halls in the area and you get a lot more reception for your money! Truly a reception venue us and our guests will not forget :)
Sand Springs offered everything I was looking for. We received countless compliments from guests on how beautiful the place is! Their website does not do it justice, go see it for yourself. There are tons of places for pictures & the site requires very minimal decorating. They did change staff alot, but that didn't cause a problem at all on the wedding day!
I recently had my wedding reception at Sand Springs and it was aboslutely amazing. It was everything I hoped it would be and the staff was so unbelieveably helpful. Leading up to the wedding I did have to speak with 4 different event planners from Sand Springs. It seemed that about every month or so that a new event planner was being hired and you had to start from the beginning with informing them of what you wanted. Besides the constant changes in the staff, I would recommend booking this place for a special event!
It's on a beautiful golf course which is well maintained. The ceremony site is a gorgeous patio with a fountain and pergola. There is also a bar outside for use during cocktail hour. The tent holds up to 200 people and is air conditioned. It's very convenient as it is only a couple miles from a nearby Holiday Inn Express. There is only one wedding at a time so there's no worry about the staff being concerned with another event.;The only thing i would say is book early! I believe when we got married in June 2008 they were already booked solid in 2009. (They also hold regular parties and golf outings)

After receiving an official position as the Assistant Event Manager for Public House Restaurant Group, Jackie officially dropped out of grad school enrollment and thus embarked on her journey in Event Sales. Since then, she has gone on to coordinate a multitude of events across New York City and in Philadelphia, working for multi-unit concepts and restaurant groups. Some career highlights include coordinating New Years Eve events in Times Square for up to 1,500 guests, and executing an extremely extravagant Indian wedding in Philadelphia, that spanned across 7 days and even included an elephant rental to escort the groom down Broad Street!

I graduated from Marywood University in 2015 with my Bachelors' Degree in Hospitality Management. I have been working in the hospitality industry since I was 16 years old where I started out as a busser and waitress at local restaurants. Throughout high school I was a culinary arts student, so I was able to gain knowledge in food preparation, design and service. During my time at Marywood University is where I discovered my passion for event planning. My senior year I had the opportunity to intern with an event planning company and after that I was sold!
