I rarely review, but had to do so in terms of professionalism and integrity. Recently divorced, tried to sell my wedding ring (engagement ring/band) last week. Quoted a very low price ($450 for $7000 set). Went back today after I decided to sell (basically give it away), but I called first and scheduled an appointment between 11:30 and noon. When I got there, they offered me almost half ($250 instead of $450) because they “couldn’t find their notes” then kept asking me to wait, because they had other (clearly more important) customers to take care of. It’s true what they say. You will always remember how that person treated you. They treated me like I didn’t exist. I don’t care how many years they have been in business, you don’t treat people that way. Period. You should NEVER treat people that way. STAY AWAY

My fiancé and I had a great experience at Sandberg Jewelers. They have a unique selection of mens wedding bands and the staff helped us find the perfect ring within our budget. When I wanted something different from what they had in store, the staff took the time to research some other options for me to personalize a ring for my style. Would definitely recommend!

We purchased my husband's wedding band at Sandberg Jewelers and we had a great experience. They were able to talk us through the different options and we were able to stay within our budget! We loved being able to go to a local place and they were able to change his size right away when the first order was too big. We would definitely recommend them!!
