We had our ceremony and reception for 60 guests at the vineyard in late August. The scenery was perfect with the vines full of grapes! They were undergoing a revamping of their ven...
ue procedures/staff so there was some confusion early on when working with the venue, but that should be all figured out now for future event years. Everyone was very courteous and the venue itself is prefect for a beautiful, intimate gathering. The indoors area was quite warm during dinner hour but it did cool down after sunset. Overall we loved every minute of our wedding day and would definitely recommend this venue.
We had such a wonderful time at Sandhill! Our ceremony and reception were held there. The staff was very helpful during our pre-wedding visits and during our big day. We like to...
consider ourselves regulars. We may have spent more on lunch and wine there than the actual wedding by now! There's so much good to say about the staff, the food, the building...I don't know where to begin. So I'll just say that I encourage everyone to visit them for lunch or for one of their events, sign up for their newsletter, go do a wine tasting - and you'll be impressed by this comfortable, rustic, but polished location. Their food is delicious and their wine is worth more you'll pay. The grounds are very pretty. We felt privileged to have our wedding at such a quaint and attractive place.
We went wine tasting here a week or two before our wedding and bought 4 bottles of wine for our reception. It was a very fun time, testing the wines, and the staff was very friendl...
y! Plus it only cost $5/person to test about 25 different wines.
My reception was at Sandhill Crane Vineyard and it was lovely! The Vineyard is very picturesque (our wedding was in June so the vines were grown) and the reception room has a moder...
n vibe. There is a wrap-around porch that your guests can spill out onto and mingle. The venue is gorgeous and we got many compliments on the cocktails/hor d'oeuvres. Our main dish wasn't as tasty as we had hoped. But other than that, we were very pleased with our experience.
We had a very intimate wedding of about 80 people. Ceremony was outside in the beautiful vineyard and reception was inside in their banquet room. Staff is very helpful and accomoda...
