I grew up in Brewton, Alabama, and later raised my three wonderful children in Birmingham. Destin has always been a special place for me—I’ve traveled here since childhood—and four years ago, after my youngest graduated high school, I made the move official and made Destin my home.
For the past three years, I’ve worked at Sandpiper Cove, where I’ve grown to love not just the property, but the community it represents. Being part of this team and connecting with owners, guests, and neighbors has only deepened my appreciation for this place I now call home.

My three children and I just stayed here about a week or two ago. We live in Ohio, so we drove down for vacation. It was super easy to find, and checking in after hours was a breeze. The property was clean, and so was the beach. There is privat...
e beach access here, which is nice, too, and everything is gated. The condos are really nice, and if something goes wrong, they have it fixed in no time. Our AC went out the first night, and it was fixed within a couple of hours of letting them know, which we really appreciated. Every employee that we spoke with was amazing, and they knew the answer to any questions that we may have had. When we go back down for vacation, we will definitely book with these guys again!! Thanks for helping to make our first family vacation a good one!

st part is it’s in a gated community with a special gated section for the beach. The rental included beach chairs and an umbrella already set up on the sand. We plan to return to this condo community, as the beach area was the cleanest we encountered, much tidier than the near boardwalk.

The only complaint i have is that the 2nd story balcony that we were on, the poles were definitely loose! Several of them! Unfortunately my 4 year old is the one who made me check them all when she grabbed some to look and 2 of them separated and she could have fallen!
I recommend the place 10/10 just check the balcony if you have little ones!

So far so good. Room could use some work. Floor is very soft at sink and makes you feel you are falling through. AC vent coming out of ceiling. Doesn't look like money is going back into repairs. Awesome views and right on the beach.
