Sandy and team are amazing. Emily helped me find my dress and was so fun to work with. I gave her what I was looking for and a budget and she pulled so many options. It was hard to pick. But I found the dress that I fell in love with! We got our bridesmaids dresses from Sandra D's as well. They were originally Alfred Angelo dresses, and when Alfred Angelo closed, Sandy was so accommodating and helped us find different dresses for the bridesmaid. She kept in constant contact with me, updating me on the status of the dresses and made sure we would have them in time for any alterations before the wedding. The bridesmaids loved their dresses. We also rented a couple suits. They were great, and Sandy was able to make some last minute sizing changes as well, which was awesome. I would highly recommend Sandra D's to anyone looking for wedding or bridesmaids dresses, or looking to rent suits. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with and Sandy does an amazing job altering and making sure the dress fits perfectly.

The Guys rented their vests from here and there customer service was GREAT!!! They were so helpful and my brother is taller but the size he measured in didn't come in a long so they ordered him 2 different sizes so that he could chose which he liked best!!! They called to let me know when they were in. We had no problems here it was a great experience

My dress was perfect. I was measured impeccably and when my dress came it needed no alterations. The staff was very accommodating to my crazy life and schedule- especially with me living out of state. Sandra D's even rented my father his tux while the rest of my party got theirs in IL. She took good care of him and there were no issues matching the tuxes to a T. Anyone who is familiar with this boutique knows she has a standard of professionalism like no other. I highly recommend this location for any bride.

Dress's Beautiful. I did not get my dress from here. But they are very sweet and they have great dresses for everyone.

There was a specific dress I wanted to try on and, honestly, Sandra D's was the only place within an hour's drive that had it. Luckily, they actually had it in my size (18), which was really great! The prices were good and the staff was really helpful...since they knew I was coming in for that dress, it was all ready to go when we got there. They let me kind of just stand in front of the mirrors in it for a long time, and helped us choose a headpiece and veil. Since we didn't really shop a ton, and we got alterations done closer to home, we didn't have a ton to do with Sandra D's after that. The dress came in REALLY fast (and I was told by other bridal stores I'd have to rush it because I was a little over 6 months out) and the staff was really sweet!

Sandra D's completely made my wedding dress dreams come true. The staff at Sandra D's was exceptional at helping me make alterations to my dress. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any bride looking for personal service.

The ladies are very helpful and know what they are doing. You get the attention you deserve and if you have a appointment you don't have to wait a year like at David's Bridal. Great prices on alterations. My only complaint was there wasn't much of a low end on the price of dresses but they were worth it I guess my dress and the girls where beautiful.

Like many brides, I poured over countless dresses, searching for the perfect gown. They were so patient and helpful. She came into the dressing room with me and helped me in and out of each gown. When I finally selected THE ONE, they wrote down all my information and helped me find accessories and shoes to match. It was so convenient to have everything done in one dress shop. I would recommend Sandra D's to all brides!

As the bride, I enjoyed my experience there. I got my bridal dress from another store, but they did the alterations. I bought my bridesmaids dress there and that is where I had some issues. Two of my bridesmaids were measured incorrectly. One was way too big, the other did not fit at all. The girl who's dress did not fit was cut down by the workers there and left the store in tears. It was during her fitting that she was told that her measurments were larger than the largest size dress the designer made, however neither she nor I were told this - they just ordered a dress knowing it would not fit. In the end, the store owner was able to order extra material and altered the dress for a good price.

I got my dress here and I loved my entire experience. I went to about 6 other bridal stores before this one and the customer service here was outstanding. I had 3 fittings after the dress came in and it fit like a glove. The dress had lots of detail at the hem and I'm only 5'2" so she had to take it up at the waist and you could never tell. Definately worth the drive out to Watertown.

They were sooo helpful. They stayed open late for I was from out of town. They carry plus size dresses IN Stock which I did not find in Madison. The prices were great for I got my dress from the clearance rack. It was missing some pearls and they fixed them when they fitted me. Great customer service!!;Request a dress bag or buy one. I was given a cheap plastic bag.
