Super friendly and great hospitality. However I think she over books herself and it leads to customer issues. She did a wonderful job altering my wedding dress, I wasn’t even sure ...
it could be altered when I bought it. Five stars there. Where it went wrong was with my veil. She talked me into letting her make me a veil, and then forgot to make it! I pre paid for it when I pick up my dress. Called the week before the wedding to see if it was ready and she tells me she forgot about it. Went to pick it up two days later (after she said it would be ready) and it still wasn’t. Paid extra for a trim detail and it didn’t even have one and was longer than it was supposed to be. Wasn’t happy with it so I didn’t even wear it. Wished I would’ve asked for a refund and told her to forget it.
Sandra did a fabulous job on my all lace dress. She had wonderful suggestions and really intense to what I wanted to make my day very special
Phenomenal customer service and such a kind, genuine person.

hing was wonderful and she clearly knows and loves what she does. She also helped us out in an emergency with retailoring my groom's suit a week before our wedding. She made it all possible and we are incredibly grateful and happy that we used her.

only needed one fitting and one final fitting to make sure everything was perfect, and it was.
Overall, my dress came out looking beautiful. Sadly it took about 5-6 visits to make it right. The last couple of visits was to their misscheduling and forgetting to do something. ...
One thing, I know a silk fabric is difficult, but the first time they steamed it for me to take home was very wrinkly.
She listens to you and ensures you get what you want.
