At the venue, she decorated our mirror welcome sign, arranged grand centerpieces of varying heights with scattered tea light candles, and created a lovely arrangement for the sweetheart table. She was organized, professional, accommodating, receptive to feedback, and trustworthy. From meeting her to see samples of our vision to asking her days before the wedding to deliver our bouquets and boutonnières to the hotel, Sandra remained warm, thoughtful, and compassionate. cted. - We were budget-conscious, and were considering not using flowers at all. Sandra worked with us to find creative ways to keep her costs down while giving us a bit more bang. We ultimately got arch flowers (which we repurposed for our sweetheart table after), bouquets, boutonnieres, and some sprayed petals (theKnot's photo upload isn't working, but I promise they were beautiful). - Sandra was willing to have a substantive phone conversation (twice) before we shared a hypothetical order. This was extremely helpful for us because we didn't know what we wanted (this being our first wedding, and also due to having some creative questions). - While talking to Sandra, she was direct (but polite) about what she could and couldn't do for us during our initial calls. We asked a few things that were ridiculous in hindsight, and she politely let us know she couldn't do that. Some of what we asked turned out to be reasonable, and she worked with us. It was very nice that she took all our questions seriously, even when some were a bit wacky. - We were split between two hotels and an off-cite ceremony venue. Sandra delivered everything where it needed to go, set up promptly, and was also really easy to interact with. - Sandra was super on top of communication (emails, texts, phone calls), which made us feel safe going into a chaotic day. Overall, absolutely amazing, and we're so happy that we found her!
