d, she was able to work with our DJ to amplify the sound. The music was calming and beautiful and I could actually hear the toasts as I was visiting each table. It gave rest to my ears from the loudness going on all day. There was another confusion that happened in the middle of her performance: an MC that my mother had hired without telling me came up to me and asked if he could cut the harp show short and start the karaoke. I was not in the right mindset at that time and quickly replied with “yes sure sure but let her play again after a few karaoke songs”. Time passed by and I didn’t get to see her on stage again and I was furious at the MC. However, I didn’t want to keep her waiting on the side any longer and said she could go home if that was better. Through all this, Sandra kept her calm and she was very understanding. Even though her performance was unplanned to be short for us, for her to bring a real harp and let everyone hear just the tip of what a harp can do was such a blessing. I highly, highly recommend Sandra for your event and I hope she will be able to play for you peacefully with no interference.
