even more excited for our wedding. We had a zoom call a few weeks before our wedding to go over our timeline and any specific shots we wanted captured. Grace did an amazing job capturing all the pictures we requested and even more candid shots. Some of my favorite pictures are pictures we didn't even know she was taking! She made our day run so smoothly, and she fit right in with my bridal party! We received our wedding sneak peek within a week of our wedding day, and the pictures are BEAUTIFUL! Can't thank Grace enough!

hat we chose Grace and her team to photograph/video our wedding in Saratoga Springs 11/2024. So many communications, details and general preparations were totally missed. Grace’s communications were extremely delayed and a couple times I reached out she said she was on vacation or sick. I almost felt like I was bothering her. She seemed to be overbooked. It would take weeks most times to get any response from her. A couple texts I sent were left unanswered. Below are some bullet points of major disappointments that my husband and I really feel the need to make others aware of prior to booking Grace and her team. - No sibling pictures taken the day of the wedding (she never asked if we had siblings to add into photos). Only 3 or 4 family photos were taken and not as a large group. - A few times during the wedding, a couple of my bridesmaids and I went to the back room to freshen up and Grace and her team were hanging out and talking outside of dinner time. - We purchased the package that includes engagement photos. Lake George is a special place for us and that’s where we chose to take our photos. Grace had complaints about the travel distance for her — had I known this would be an issue, I wouldn’t have considered to hire her. - Both the film or photos were incomplete, over 10 weeks and late past the deadline. We just received our highlight and final videos on flash drive on 6/21/25. Deadline was beginning of January 2025. - Note — the complete package we purchased stated there would be a highlight film - none was provided until I asked (after the deadline of course). Much of the films had duplicate footage and same music in both. She said the updated flash drive was shipped - when 2 weeks passed and I didn’t receive, she said there was a bad snowstorm that delayed all the mail and provided the tracking number - when I looked it up, it wasn’t mailed until the very day before, so she lied. I think we’ve received about 4 or 5 flash drives now because some had corrupted files on them and we requested her to send new ones out with uncorrupted files… - There was no wedding consultation or any planning pre wedding with me. - Several messy/blurry photos - Many cropped/cut off photos not showing full length - Location chosen for bridal party shots in Congress park - not ideal. There was a few iconic areas of Congress Park and Grace chose a grassy area across from the venue for the us to photograph with the wedding party - Teammate stepped on and ripped my dress — Grace played it off that it was a creek in floor — I wish that were the case - Grace and her team did not dress formally or professionally for our black tie/formal wedding. A few guests made mentions to us about it - To my surprise, there was only one ring shot and it was not up close - Videographers completely missed capturing any footage of our final dance at the end of the night with our guests surrounding us - which was the highlight of the entire night for us on the dance floor. Grace refunded us for the last two hours due to this. We really wish we went with a professional team instead. Lesson learned and unfortunately we cannot do our wedding over, which is why we felt it’s important to make others aware of what they could be getting into with SandraLee Photography.
