Sandy Run Country Club

My wife and I got married at Sandy Run CC on 9/18/21. From the first time we went to check it out, the managers Karen & Dave were very friendly and helpful. SRCC certainly lived up to their motto: "Dream weddings at an afforable price." We feel like we got so much more from from the Sandy Run package, complete with delicous food and beverges, in comparison to other venues in the area. They also were very reasuring and flexible in these covid times offering options that would be comfortable in any situation. Their ballroom is really nice and is totally customizable in terms of table/dance area layout. We had approximately 150 guests and were able to fit everyone while having plenty of space to set up the DJ table, dessert table, and dance floor. They also had space to set up a photobooth and had outdoor patio areas. Dave made sure that all the family members taking pictures after the ceremony had plenty of hors d'oeuvres and drinks as we were missing cocktail hour. The food is amazing. We heard that from every guest we talked to. We went with flounder, prime rib, and chicken. They had vegan/vegetarian and kids options as well. The bride/bridal party got ready at the hotel (they had the option of getting ready in the women's locker room as well), and the groomsmen had full access to the locker room to get ready. The first tee box was a nice place to do our ceremoney and we were able to bring the wedding arch that we made and set it up by the first tee as early as we wanted. The whole clubhouse was closed to members during the ceremony and we were able to drive the golf course with the photographer to take pictures after the ceremony. Overall, we had an amazing time and are so thankful to the Sandy Run Crew for helping us plan and coordinate such a great event!

From the beginning Sandy Run has been sentimental to me because my parents had their reception their 35 years ago. Planning to have my wedding reception at SRCC was a no brainer for me. The grounds are beautiful for photos and the inside was completely renovted. From the very beginning it went so smoothly with both Dave and Karen. They were both extremely accommodating and always made me feel special! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend sandy run. They made my wedding day so perfect!

Sandy Run CC is not just a 4 wall venue to my Husband and I, it is a place were we grew up as young kids playing golf with our Grandfathers and family. With over 40+ years of membership we knew this was where we wanted to make our forever commitment to each other. SRCC has amazing viewings overlooking the course, willow trees for the most perfect first look pictures and the most beautiful inside ballroom. It has recently been rehabbed, and Brides, this will not disappoint you! They have beautiful chandeliers from the ceilings, floor to ceiling windows to let natural light in and did I mention their STAFF, top notch. Oh and the food, mouth watering good, our guests are still talking about it. There was never a line at the bar, which serves top shelf in their "low" package and not an empty belly. We are more of a casual go with the flow couple so we opted to do a station reception, well let me tell you ... it was the best decision ever!!! We had a potato bar, mashed and baked with all the fixins', carving stations with sirloin, roasted turkey and the most delicious salmon. Can't forget the live pasta station and ICE CREAM BAR, yep ice cream! We had a large wedding 220+ and on a strict budget Karen and Dave made my dream wedding happen. We cannot thank Dave, Karen and all the staff for being so attentive and making our day that much more special. They didn't miss a detail that I envisioned and there wasn't a request they couldn't handle. I would do anything to relive that night again and again!!!!
