er decisions for us, we spoke with over 10 photographers, looking for not only an aesthetic and work ethic fit but a personality fit. We were both SO shy and uneasy about the idea of getting married in front of 100+ people let alone being photographed. But then Sandy came along… like the friend who can perfectly know what to say at the exact right moment to help crack a smile through the panic. She spent time getting to know what we needed to feel supported and comfortable. We set up our engagement shoot to help get some practice and it felt as if we’d known her for years. As the weeks went on Sandy responded to everyone one of my manic late night emails with ease and ALWAYS with a smile. As we got to a week out she went into her no BS project manager mode and helped to lead an introduction call for our day of coordinator and video team to make sure we all were prepped and ready to go. Day of was no different, she has such a gentle touch but it’s not to be misinterpreted!! She is a workhouse and the photos are truthfully the most beautiful I’ve seen, her portfolio speaks for itself… delivering sneak peek photos just 3 days after a wedding the week of thanksgiving. Her assistant Frenando was just as amazing and my wedding party and our families fell in love with them both. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign. You absolutely won’t regret it.

energy and pleasure to be around. For those reasons, I couldn't have imagined a better photographer for our wedding - or person to be by my side throughout that entire day and evening. She works with a variety of mediums (lens, cameras, flash/no flash) to obtain a variety of styles for the photos, which all turned out unique and fully capturing different "perspectives" of the event - and most importantly, capturing the true essence of the joy and outward and inner beauty of the wedding. The photos turned out beautiful, have this journalistic yet ethereal feel- an artistic quality which I believe is a rare skill. I'm so thankful for having worked with Sandy!!
