Sandy did my wedding makeup, as well as the makeup for all my bridesmaids and I couldn’t recommend her more! Not only did we love our makeup and it looked PERFECT in all the photos, but all of us genuinely loved chatting with her during the morning of. She was such a fun addition to our fun getting ready girl time. Also completely reasonable price! Love her, what a wonderful girl!

Hi, I'm Sandy! I've been a makeup artist for over 20 years. The majority of my career was spent as the Regional Trainer of Education in the Midwest for MAC Cosmetics. In most recent years, I've provided makeup support at New York Fashion week, makeup consultation to Chicago-based production makeup depts., and support to celebrity clients.
In 2020, I became a cert. Mindset & Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I combine these modalities in a Beauty Coaching Program to help brides level-up their beauty from the inside-out and ensure total radiance and wellness for their wedding day.

Having a trial together was essential because it gave me the opportunity to see what the make-up I thought I wanted looked like and to pivot together to what might need to be tweaked for the day-of. Whenever I’ve been a bridesmaid in the past, my (now) husband would usually say “it’s nice, it just doesn’t look like you”. On my wedding day I felt like an elevated version of myself, and my husband said it’s the best makeup I’ve ever had done (and I agree!). Sandy worked so well with my bridesmaids, they all had very positive things to say about the experience. After everyone’s makeup was complete they did touch ups on everyone which was great. Gabriela also worked with Sandy the day of given the size of my wedding party and did fantastic work as well! Sandy was able to ask all the right questions and create something that somehow fit exactly what I wanted! I have never felt more beautiful or confident in how I looked. We were also all able to get spray tans at Glamour girl tan to look our best. On my wedding day, her and her team were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. We were ahead of schedule which helped with my stress levels and allowed for more touch up time. For my makeup, she did a facial massage to help me relax and even tweezed some rogue hairs so I looked perfect in close ups. I also had a member of my party that requested to use her own makeup and no hairspray for her hair and Sandy and her team were very accommodating of her. Although she has partners who offer hair styling services if needed. A curated artistic and holistic approach to beauty would best describe how Sandy works with her clients. She takes the time to understand your esthetic objective and what does and doesn’t make you feel comfortable and beautiful. Personally, I don’t typically wear a lot of makeup but was going for a stunning but natural look for my wedding. I did a trial session with Sandy and could not believe the transformation! At the trial session we critiqued ‘the look’ and she took notes on tweaking a few things for the wedding day. She has an incredible eye and artistry for working with one’s bone structure, face shape, skin color and age to select colors, lashes and degree of makeup that will transform you into the most beautiful version of yourself. You will not believe how gorgeous you look and feel after leaving Sandy’s studio. She is exceptionally talented with eyes too. Initially, I was so concerned that my skin concerns would be noticeable or that I would need so much make up to cover up those skin issues that I wouldn’t recognize myself. Sandy put all those worries to rest and she helped me bring out the best version of myself without looking like someone completely different. I was so at ease knowing I had her there and can’t thank her enough for being with me on such a special day. My girls, moms, and I all looked amazing all night long; make up didn’t budge! Don’t think twice about booking your day with her!

ghly trained and previously work for MAC and Estee Lauder companies. She’s also done NY Fashion Week and worked on a few celebrities! With her experience and glowing reviews from other brides, I knew I wanted to work with her. The bridal trial was beyond my expectations. She assessed my skin and used very high-quality skin care products to prep my face for make-up. For a moment, I thought I was at a spa getting a facial. Once we got started with the make-up, she was very systematic and involved me every step of the way. It was a perfect balance of asking for my preferences and providing suggestions based on her professional experience. I was particularly impressed with her attention to detail and creativity to enhance facial features. At the end of the trial session, Sandy gave me some important advice for a glowing skin and I religiously followed it and so glad I did! On the big day, Sandy and her work was exceptional! I never felt more pampered and beautiful. The girls were very impressed with her work and both mothers loved their make-up. Our make-up lasted all evening. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will certainly reach out to Sandy for other engagements. Thank you very much for making my wedding day so special!
