very single guest at our wedding remarked on how seamless each event was. And words cannot describe how aesthetically-beautiful she made everything. She executed on the small things as well. Like making sure a last minute gift got to my husband at his hotel, picking up astro turf a day before the wedding because I wanted to cover the dance floor during the ceremony, and even running to the supermarket to pick up s'mores supplies when we found out that we could light a fire during the reception. To top it all off, Felicia did not complain once. She didn't even show stress! In fact, she was one of the most positive and lovely people at our wedding. You'd be lucky to have Felicia as your wedding planner.

o. We had originally planned (for 10 months) to also have the wedding at El Monte in Taos. Due to Covid restrictions, we had to move the wedding from Taos to Santa Fe 6 weeks before the wedding date. Felicia introduced us to La Messita Ranch (a truly amazing property) and were able to pull off what was a perfect and absolutely stunning wedding and reception all because of Felicia's attention to detail, relationships in the market and her personal attention and time spent above and beyond anything that we would have ever expected. It was truly a perfect night. Also,the planning of the wedding itself was an uplifting experience because of Felicia, her positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to do anything and everything to make our day perfect. Our other daughter also got married this year and while that event was just as beautiful,in BeaverCreek, and our wedding planner there was also excellent, nobody compares to Felicia. The truth is that our family fell in love with her and we think and speak of her often. She is not only excellent at what she does but she is a sweet soul and just a delight to be with and work with.

ng was botched. Although they received a complete list of guests addresses, some did not get invitations. Some got two invitations. Others received invitations to the rehearsal dinner that were not in the wedding party. There were no RSVP cards and the recipient's address was listed as the return address in each instead of our own address. We received a replacement coordinator for the day of and all they needed to do was make sure vendors got there on time and did what was discussed. Also under special circumstances to be on the lookout for people approaching myself, the groom, from behind on account of my PTSD. Our florist was late with the wrong flowers. Our caterer showed up late and food was not prepared as it was for the tasting. I was calling the new coordinator to find the guest book she was given the day prior as of 10 minutes prior to the ceremony. The new coordinator decided on her own to have us sign the license later at the reception instead of what we asked for. She then suggested to sign it later even though our two witnesses had been waiting with us for 15 minutes until my wife demanded she bring it. Another 6 minutes went by before she showed up with it. Balloons were laying on the ground despite us paying for helium tanks. A server started to cut our small personal cake to serve despite having cupcakes for guests. The coordinator packed everyone into a room for toasts which caused me to break down and we left our own wedding. We don't look at pictures. We don't talk about it. We avoid family and friends that do. And the only thing Felicia, the owner, had to say was "well at least you got married." I have this panicked discussion with her on recording.
