Plus we liked that unlike other wedding catering options, SanTan has a restaurant where we can go on date nights and re-live the food and drinks from our wedding.  Our wedding guests raved that we had the best food they had ever had at a wedding.  SanTan offered lots of reasonable add-ons to their standard catering package. We took advantage of a lot of them because the value was there. We rented their private event space for our rehearsal and had a buffer lunch and hosted bar. We added on an entree so we had three options for our wedding buffet. We bought our pre-mixed drinks (espresso martinis, old fashions, and canned seltzers - which were the first thing to go out of stock at our bar). We had a late night snack of pizzas, pretzels, and sliders.  Planning the menu for our rehearsal and wedding was easy. Alexa and Audra were very communicative and their forms were straightforward. Audra hosted us for a tasting of our wedding menu. She brought out a couple extra food items, in addition to the ones we selected for tasting, and we ended up trading out some of our selections in favor of the additional ones she supplied.  At our rehearsal, Audra was very accommodating by letting me last minute purchase additional alcohol for the bar.  The day of our wedding, we as the newlyweds, were cared for by Bill. He brought us water and appetizers right after the ceremony, plated our dinner at the sweetheart table, and continued to check on us the rest of the night. We can thank Bill for keeping me hydrated.  I didn't personally meet our other caterer(s), but I do know there was one female caterer who saved the day when I messed up my kids' meal order for my nephew (he's allergic to dairy and I got him mac and cheese - my fault). She took care of it right away so we successfully avoided a toddler tantrum.

During the wedding, the team was incredibly attentive to myself and our guests. The ceremony space we selected was on the factory floor which brought such a unique and playful vibe. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing, and the decor went above and beyond my expectations.   I would highly recommend SanTan Gardens as a wedding venue location for its unique vibe and amazing food/drinks!

Their menu was allergy friendly and incorporating special diets and requests was super easy. My husband and I went through a bit of a hiccup with planning and their team was empathetic to our situation, helping us navigate what would work best for us. Their pricing was perfect and we really couldn’t have asked for more from our catering team. The staff on the day of our wedding were absolutely wonderful, making everything run smoothly and stress free. We cannot recommend Alexa and the San Tan team enough for their delicious menu, incredible service & genuine care throughout the entire process!
