I loved this venue! It offered a unique, vintage setting that many of our guests commented on. The coordinator we worked with was wonderful. He not only answered all of my question...
s patiently, but he also went above and beyond to make the space work for us. We had a wedding of about 2oo people and the thrid floor ball room had more than enough space. We used the 4th floor for the ceremony, then had the reception downstairs. We were even allowed to use the dressing rooms for bridal party preparations. The only downside was that we were required to use their on-site caterer, but even then we were able to negotiate a package that worked with our budget. We were very happy with this space! If parking concerns you, there are two parking garages located very close to the venue. Our guests didn't have a hard time finding a place.

t rooms on each floor. We were lucky enough to be able to use the gorgeous lobby area for our ceremony and 4th floor banquet room for our reception. This allowed for a clean and easy transition for our guests without having to set up the ceremony and reception in the same room.
The decor of the venue itself is rich in history, especially the lobby area. We had a vintage style wedding which fit perfectly with the setting. We had to do very little decorating! As far as the reception room, it was very versatile. It was beautiful as is, but also allowed for us to get creative with our decorations. The venue coordinator was amazing and allowed us to use decorations owned by the theater (arch and isleway pillars) which turned out beautifly and saved us money...always a plus!
Overall, I believe this venue was great! Although we had a vintage wedding, this venue would work for any style of wedding. As shown on their website, there are pictures of all types of events and weddings held there, from more modern to vintage like ours. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out!

d floor has a balcony area with an attached room where the cocktail hour was held, which was the reason we booked there, it was just beautiful overlooking all the tables for the reception. The food was delicious. The only problem was the "event coordinator" Tonya. She was the worst. She did not place one call to me the entire planning process. I think I spoke to her a total of 5 times, tops. All calls I initiated. She was rude and pretentious to say the least. One phone call she insulted my mother and I. I would not wish contact with her upon my worst enemy. Other than Tonya, everything was great.
I loved the uniqueness of the venue. The ornate building and beautiful rooms. The food was amazing and the staff was great.;Parking but no one complained.
