GA. Communication was sporadic, and I get it...I work in events, so I know that its hard to keep up with every person as much as you would like, so I didn’t hold that against them. The day of the wedding, we did have to move the wedding inside due to rain, so i know the overall vision changed. Decor was nice, there was a minor hiccup with ivory backdrop, even though everything else was white, so we nixed that. They did a great job, but it was not what I was expecting. I think I was looking for a little more.

At the same time, we would like to respectfully clarify a few important details. We are a décor company based in the Atlanta area, and your event location was a long distance from us. Because we wanted to make sure everything was handled properly, we had a team member onsite from around 8:00 AM until almost midnight. He also personally helped with additional things during the event wherever he could.
On the wedding day, we first completed the ceremony décor setup as planned. Then, due to the weather, we were unexpectedly asked to bring the ceremony décor inside. This was not part of the original plan and required extra time, extra labor, and additional effort from our side, but our team still did our best to support the event and make everything work smoothly.
You were very kind to us throughout the process, and we truly appreciated that. That is why we were honestly surprised by the 3-star review, especially knowing how much effort, time, and care our team put into your event.
We completely understand that every client has their own vision and expectations, and we always respect honest feedback. However, a 3-star review has a serious impact on a improving business like ours, especially when our team worked very hard, stayed the full day, helped beyond the original agreement, and handled unexpected changes without complaint.
We truly wish the full situation and the extra effort our team put in had been considered more fairly. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of your event and still wish you and the couple all the best.
