Sara is amazing. The most important thing to us was getting all of the family pictures we listed and she delivered! We blasted through two huge German families with different combi...
nations of people quickly and the pictures came out so great! I also love that Sara scouted out our location the day before and found spots I didn't even know existed...some of my favorite pictures were taken in that spot. I may be partial to Sara because I've known her since I was 15 but that's also what makes this review important - she treated me like family but also like a client. She was professional, prompt and in charge. I appreciate that above all else because it was my big day and she treated it as such. But there was always room for a few fun selfies and videos! Thank you Sara! BOOK THIS GIRL!!
Sara photographed our daughter’s wedding and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Not only are our pictures beautiful, she is the kindest, most wonderful person to work with. Sara...
’s attention to detail is exemplary. She and our wedding planner put together a detailed wedding day timeline and photo schedule ensuring everyone was where they were supposed to be and none of the special pictures we wanted were missed. Her turn around time in sending our photos to us was amazingly quick. Sara is a stellar photographer, you will be thrilled you used her services!
Sara was such a joy to work with! I used her for my wedding in September 2021 at Newfields, and she absolutely nailed it. My favorite thing about Sara is that she really makes you ...
feel comfortable and confident on your wedding day. She captured everything so well, she was professional and easy-going, and turned around our photos so fast our heads spun. Looking through our photos was almost as good as the wedding itself - I highly recommend Sara for your wedding photography!

l, professional and energetic - simply amazing! She even helped us keep on schedule. We received our photos back in a timely manner and she was super responsive. Our wedding photos turned out magical and I cannot recommend her enough!
Our daughter, Christina, chose Sara to be the photographer for her wedding at Meridian Street United Methodist Church with reception at The Indiana Roof Ballroom on June 22, 2019. ...
Christina was planning the wedding from Columbus, Ohio and even though she did not meet Sara before her big day, I met with Sara a couple of times beforehand. Sara communicated with Christina before her wedding day to select important groupings that we did not want to miss, as well as to learn who the VIP's were.
The groom's grandparents are in their 90's and Sara captured their personalities outside of the church AND at the reception. The photos Sara took on Christina's wedding day were nothing short of magical. She captured the emotion of the day and used a lot of creativity in the poses, the backgrounds of her photos, and had a knack for capturing the personalities of everyone involved.
Sara is a high energy and very fit photographer, who takes her work very seriously. She is a good listener and has great follow through. She also worked very closely with Christina's videographer; Unique Heart Productions.
If you are looking for creativity, high energy, and someone who is detail oriented, look no further than Sara to be the photographer for your wedding.
Sara and Stacy were a dream to work with. They were both so kind, professional, efficient and made taking pictures fun and easy for everyone. Not only did they capture every moment...
of our wedding but we had our pictures back before we returned from the honeymoon. I highly recommend Sara Ackerman Photography!
Beautiful photos and fast turn around time after the wedding! They were a delight to work with and somehow were there for everything without even being noticed
Great communication. Great service. On time and kept the wedding on time as well. Friendly. Amazing product turn out!
I hired Sara and Mallary for my boudoir shoot and my destination wedding. They were absolutely fabulous. My pictures are absolutely stunning and they were awesome to work with. Sar...
a was very directive with me and my husband, as we are pretty awkward in photos - we don't like to be the center of attention at all, but she helped us look natural and really put us both at ease during the photos. She is VERY organized and was a great addition to my wedding day. She kept us all on schedule and found creative and fun photos for us! I highly recommend for any type of photo shoot. Prices are also reasonable and she gives you all rights to all photos.
Sara and Mallary went above and beyond my expectations for our engagement and wedding photos! When I went to pick what pictures I wanted to have in our album, I had a very hard tim...
e because they were all gorgeous! They were both very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!
