I’m Kaylen! Wondering who Sara Judith is? She is my rescue cow that brings me so much joy that it was only fitting to name my business after her! She loves visitors, and cow hugs are the best therapy, so drop me a note if you’d like to meet her!
Based in New England but work worldwide, it is an honor to be a part of the most important moments in my clients’ lives, I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Everything I deliver is created from the heart. From an estate in Vermont, to a lavish hotel in Florida all the way out to the beaches of California, I offer different packages to fit the needs of a range of budgets from a month-of coordination to partial planning and full scale planning packages. I’ve worked with clients ranging from 2 years to as quickly as 2 months! Whatever your timeline, I’m here for you!

I met Kaylen when I was planning a Vermont wedding from California and realized I needed help. From our first phone call, she stood out as the most professional, knowledgeable, and considerate wedding planner. And she did not disappoint!
Our first meeting, she went through my budget I had created and gently managed my expectations. She helped me create a new budget, and with the wedding 8 months away, her estimate ended up being within $2k of the final amount.
She introduced me to so many wonderful vendors. When I waited too long before hiring a makeup artist and there were none available, she found a makeup artist where I lived in California who taught me how to do my own makeup. When I knowingly selected the most expensive tent rental company in Vermont, she sent me to a more affordable option that had the same options available. She sat with me on the phone while I went through color and fabric options in painstaking detail. She got my style and what I was looking for immediately. Even when I was overwhelmed by planning and burst into tears, she stayed on the phone with me and made me feel better.
She made sure my wedding day went off without a hitch. She patiently talked me through not one but two wedding day spirals. Her team was so professional and did such a great job. When some lighting went out, she had secured me a refund before I even noticed there was a problem.
She is a true gem. I remember on my wedding day feeling like I would miss her, since I got so used to catching up with her on the phone. I do miss her! You will be in great hands.
I hope Kaylen one day has a wedding planner empire in Vermont because she truly deserves it!
I didn't think it was possible to have this much fun organizing the fairytale countryside wedding of my dreams at a castle in Vermont, but Kaylen made that dream come true. She was such a pleasure to work with and made sure my complete vision came to life so effortlessly. Always so pleasant- it made the planning process easy, fun and stress-free. My husband and I had the perfect wedding, down to every detail, and to the smooth flow of the day itself. We live in LA, and although familiar with Vermont, it was important that all the vendors be aligned with our style standards and values, and we were so overjoyed with everyone Kaylen introduced us to. If we were to do it again, there is absolutely no doubt that we could call Kaylen. My only regret was not meeting her cow Sarah-Judith!!

Each moment of our wedding day was an absolute dream and because of the sweet Sara Judith team members every moment of the day went off without a hitch. Kaylen was able to work on our behalf to make sure that all of our vendors were serving our best interest and coordinated all of the aspects of the day so that we were able to enjoy the day without any distractions. I could rave about Kaylen for pages and pages. From start to finish, she created the wedding of our dreams and made me feel less stressed through the whole process! Her work ethic and attention to detail are unmatched. She asks questions, really listens, infuses ideas, and in the end helps you design something that is truly you. She loves what she does- it's so evident the entire time. She expertly handled our Los Angeles wedding-I'm going to truly miss our time together! HIRE HER! Kaylen and her whole team is absolutely incredible! We originally booked just month of coordination with Sara Judith Events and quickly realized we needed a lot more help. Kaylen jumped in as soon as we asked for an upgrade and helped with so many decisions, sourcing the best vendors, and providing the support we needed during such a stressful time. I really feel she went above and beyond for us and she remained so cool, calm and collected the whole weekend despite weather challenges. Weddings are stressful enough as it is, but with the addition of Covid related postponements and cancellations- I needed help. I found Kaylen and put all my faith into her to make our big day happen.
