When it came in, the alteration was perfect, but another very minor detail on my dress was wrong and Loree's shipped it back to the designer and made them correct the issue free of all charges. Overall, I'm so happy I purchased my wedding gown here.

hey were very helpful in making sure I ordered the right size to cover the "girls" and assured me that the rest could easily be taken in. I have recommended many friends to Loree's for prom and bridal dresses!

ring. They even worked with us on the price and gave us a bit of a break. It was so nice to take my dress there as soon as it was altered and they took care of babysitting and steaming it for me. I could not be happier with their service.

The sucky part is that they do not have a seamstress in the store, so I got my dress literally the week of my wedding and was stressing to get it fitted ASAP. My measurements were way off. So maybe just have your measurements double checked.

torn between two dresses and ended up buying the cheaper of the two (princess cut)right off the rack. I liked the other one (mermaid cut) better but my mom said it was too expensive. I took my gown home that day. After a couple of weeks, I still couldn't stop thinking about the mermaid gown that I had fallen in love with. I went back to Loree's a few days later with my gown in the car. Even though they have a no returns/no exchanges policy, she was willing to take mine back and give me the mermaid gown because she could tell I loved it and I was willing to pay the difference. We also got the bridesmaid dresses there as well. The ladies were very helpful and worked with us on colors and styles. I do wish they would carry a better variety of sizes in the samples because they were all my size or smaller it seemed. But that is not Loree's fault. The tuxes were kind of an issue to get figured out, but it all worked in the end. We had the guys fitted a few month before the wedding and when they came in, they fit all wrong on two of the guys and the others had problems too. Some of the shoes were wrong sizes and most all of the pants and jackets were hemmed extremely short. The ladies at Loree's were quick to lengthen everything and reordered anything we needed. They also went out of their way and met my husband halfway between Joplin and Pittsburg after he had left his tie at the shop. I think the customer service at Loree's is great and it was nice to get everything done at the same place. We were very happy with the quality of everything we got and they helped us work through any kinks.
