Kate took the time to get to know us, was insanely detail oriented, and made the big day stress free. She was the main point person for ALL of our vendors and developed a schedule ...
to keep everyone organized. Everything was not only how we envisioned it but better. Thank you to our from the bottom of our hearts.
Sara Rea Design brought our dream wedding to life! They worked hard to ensure everything was as perfect as my husband and I had pictured it. We were on a budget, and with their kno...
w-how in the field, they gave us creative alternatives that looked just as elegant if we weren't. From the backdrop during our ceremony, tablescapes, centerpieces, the sweetheart table, and more, they delivered in every way possible. They took so much stress and planning off our plates, and I just can't imagine how our wedding would have gone without their help! Thank you Sara & Kate! <3
Unfortunately Kate and her team are booked for my wedding date in 2021! But she was so prompt in responding and then offered to provide suggestions on other planners and photograph...
ers even though I wasn't going to use her service. I really appreciate that as it's pretty hard to find vendors in 2021, especially being from outside of the Philly area. I'd definitely recommend reaching out to Kate and her team, and hopefully you can use them!
Using Kate as our wedding designer/coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for the most important day of our lives. She made everything run smoothly from start to finish,...
throughout the early stages of our wedding design to making sure every single final touch was absolutely perfect the day of. She communicated everything so well and was always available for our questions that came up. I know quite a bit about the weddings world but was so surprised about how many things that came up that I was SO happy to have her assistance for. More than anything- she wanted our vision to come to life as much as we did. And she made sure that everyone we worked with and that celebrated with us was able to deliver that. Our wedding was better than anything we could have ever dreamt of, and we are thrilled that Kate was able to help us achieve that.
Sara Rae coordinated the styling and logistics of my entire wedding and I can't say enough good things about Kate and her team. I truly would not have survived without her assistan...
ce with every little detail. The design turned out incredible - she brought my style and vision to life so much that I cried when I walked into the venue. She also kept my stress levels down and was always accessible to help with all my vendor coordination, design tweaks, schedules and questions. It was truly a personal, simple experience. As an added bonus, Kate is a ton of fun to be around which made everything that much more enjoyable!

on your big ideas for the event you are planning. Utilizing all those inputs they develop a mood that is cohesive, targeted and precise. They made every vision we had of our wedding come to life. From the first conversation til the last email we received 3 months post the wedding, they are genuinely the most caring and loving team. They treat every event like it is their own, and that is unheard of in this industry. We were so fortunate to connect with them, and truly owe our "big day" to the diligence and hard work of Kate Boyle. We highly recommend their services. Attached is our mood board and the actual pictures from our wedding, as you can see they were spot on! A five star scale doesn't cut it, we would give them ten!
Let me start by saying I don't have an artistic bone in my body and was extremely stressed about planning a wedding. I was overwhelmed after my first meeting with the venue coordin...
ator when they asked me questions that I had never even thought of….what is my color pallet? What's my favorite font? What kind of style do I have?
Enter Kate and Sara---I immediately felt at ease after our first meeting and from that moment on they made every aspect of my wedding stress free. They were easy to talk to, always easy to get a hold of, and helped guide us through the entire process. They understood that I wanted to be very hands off and presented me with options to choose from…unlike other vendors who expected me to tell them exactly what I wanted.
They not only helped with the planning of my wedding, but went above and beyond with designing CUSTOM artwork for my programs, welcome signs, bar/table décor, and name cards (see photos). One of the pieces is hanging in our home and is regularly complimented by visitors.
What really impressed me was their day of coordinating. They had every minute planned (timelines in hand) and were able to handle curve balls along the way. All the vendors spoke so highly of them afterwards.
I have and will continue to recommend SRD for all things wedding related!
I cannot speak highly enough of Kate and Sara! They made everything about planning my big day simple and stress free. I wanted to be very hands off. They presented me with options ...
for each detail for me to choose from. The day of coordinating was probably the cherry on top. For me to not have to worry about anything but myself and friends getting ready and having a seamless day was AMZING! Kate was very responsive. She always got right back to me with what ever I needed it. My overall experience with SRD was just wonderful. Definitely recommend them for wedding planning!!!
