Sara is so amazing! Every detail captured perfectly! Many of my guests commented how she was focused the entire time to capture every moment! Sara has the perfect vision for each photo and created such lovely images!! Sara is super easy to work with and is very organized and plans well to make sure I got exactly what I wanted out of my special day! I would recommend Sara to anyone!!

Where do I even begin to sing the praises of this wonderful wedding photographer? From the day we first chatted on the phone talking less about individual poses and more about vision and feel of the wedding day, I knew Sara was the right photographer for my husband and I. She flew all the way from Southern Cal to Sacramento to shoot both our engagement shoot and our wedding day. Both events we had issues with rain but Sara was always positive and encouraging that we were going to make the best of it and get some great shots. And she definitely did! I really appreciated how calm and down to earth she was about everything. She was never overbearing and I had many guests comment on how they barely knew the photographer was there. It allowed me to fully enjoy my wedding day. Then don't even get me started on the pictures. They were stunning. Sara knows how to capture all those little moments you want to remember. We got in all the posed pictures we needed to but by far my favorite pictures are the ones that capture the feel of the day (as we first spoke of on the phone). The pictures include the landscape, the detailed decorations, the precious first looks as husband and wife. I loved all of them, and I love how there is a combo of film and digital pictures to choose from. All in all, I can't imagine ever regretting choosing Sara as your photographer. I certainty didn't, and am so grateful for her work, kind spirit, and creativity throughout the whole experience.

I don't think we could have found a more perfect person to capture our love on our wedding day. From the very first email, Sara has been incredibly genuine, sweet, and thoughtful. She made me feel like I was the most important client. Sara has such a kind heart and having her with us every step of the way made everything so easy. She created a photo timeline, kept me calm during portraits, captured every single detail I requested and although I know she was there taking photos the entire time, she seamlessly blended into the background. I have never loved having my picture taken, but I love every single wedding photo and engagement photo Sara captured of us. We can't wait to have more milestones in life and hire Sara Weir Photography again!

Re: Sara Weir Sara was referred to my wife and I through a classmate who knew her work. After reviewing her work and a planning interview we were sure that she was right for our engagement photos. With the backdrop of New York City she found a unique view and we were thrilled with the way the photos turned out. Because of this outstanding experience we knew she'd be perfect for the wedding as well. Little did the three of us know she would be 8 months pregnant for the event. The consummate professional, it did not slow her in the slightest. She took amazing photos Adrienne and I will cherish forever. I cannot say enough good things about Sara Weir! She has an incredible eye for photography and captured every moment of my special day beautifully. She is a hard-working professional, and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with all the photos she took. She listened to my opinions and requests, and went above and beyond my expectations. When I wasn't entirely thrilled with the location she originally chose for my bridal portraits, she worked closely with me to find one I liked better and never complained about the extra searching she had to do. I am so glad I decided to use Sara for my wedding. I would highly recommend her to anyone. You can place your trust in her, and know she will do an amazing job documenting your most special day.

Sara was really helpful in planning out the shots we wanted with family, friends, or just us. We are in Utah and she lives in California so she skyped us to plan out the day before the wedding (bridels) and the day of the wedding. She did a great job getting shots while we were getting dressed before the wedding. Before the wedding I didn't think I'd care for those photos, but I am so glad she took them! They are some of our favorite pictures! She is very artistic and we really loved how she captured the details of the day. She took so many pictures and took the time to edit them and really make them look beautiful! She was very thoughtful and counted to make sure she was capturing the things that were most important to us throughout the day. So glad that Sara was our photographer she did such an amazing job!

Sara is the best! I’ve worked with her for both my personal family sessions and for wedding styled shoots to showcase my floral work. I could not be happier with how my photos came out. Her attention to detail is fantastic—she can make really ordinary, simple details and moments look superb! With just a simple garland hung around my door, she made my house look like it was in Europe with a lush garden surrounding it.
