OMG!!! Where do I begin sharing my experience with these two amazing photographers!!! From the moment I saw their work I knew I had to work with them! Anybody can capture photos but these two capture emotions in their photos! My husband and I are not really into having our pictures taken but Sarah & Ben made us very comfortable! They are incredible with what they do and so fun!!! Our pictures are amazing!! They captured the emotion and love between us and the fun that everyone had during our special day!! Absolutely LOVE Sarah & Ben!!

Sarah & Ben not only take beautiful photographs but are so much fun to work with! Sarah was so helpful during our wedding planning process and we appreciated their organization and efficiency. We also appreciated Ben’s jokes. Their personal touches throughout our entire experience went above and beyond. We would highly recommend working with Sarah & Ben!

Our anniversary was last week so this review is LONG overdue but I finally think I have the words to adequately express my gratitude and awe for Sarah and Ben. Every step of the process we were treated as not only clients but friends they cared about. From the little gifts and cards they sent along the way to making us feel like total rockstars the day of (even when Sarah was SEVEN months pregnant!! She was the real rockstar) to helping get our album just right, they truly went above and beyond for us. As a long distance couple stationed in Hawaii, we were worried about communication but they were so prompt with responding to our emails and answering all of my questions, no matter how silly they were. Other than their amazing personalities and professionalism, these photos are everything I could have ever wanted and MORE. The quality of the images is absolutely breathtaking and each shot was perfect. Even when my in-laws did a surprise dance number at the reception with no warning, they were right there capturing the antics. And somehow they managed to wrangle the groomsmen to get pictures worthy of framing. They captured the feelings and emotions of the day and everyone who has seen them have said they are the best wedding photos they’ve ever seen. I show my wedding album to everyone who comes over to my house which I’m sure is a little excessive but I just love it so much! Also, since we were 5,000 miles away for our engagement we used our engagement shoot for our rehearsal dinner the night before! Sarah and Ben captured some amazing candid photos of our family members and the over the top amazing decorations my in-laws prepared. In short, hire Sarah and Ben as your wedding photographers; it will be the best money you spend during the whole planning process. Sarah & Ben were the first and easiest decision that we made for our wedding. In fact, when we met Sarah & Ben four years ago, long before we were engaged, we knew we would plan our day around making sure they could be there. Their own love story is inspiring, their joy and laughter contagious, and their talent unmatched. We could not have made a better choice in photographers and now our families and friends love them just as much as we do! Sarah & Ben brought so much fun, laughter, and beauty to our best day ever. But, that's not all! Just as important as the joy they captured with ease on our wedding day, Sarah & Ben were such a delight to work with throughout the wedding planning process. They worked with our crazy schedule (I was planning a wedding in Florida while stationed across the world in Okinawa, Japan), providing an easy-to-use client portal that walked us through the photo planning process step-by-step, and asked and answered all the right questions (most of which we didn't even know we had) along the way. They are patient, organized, generous with their time and talent, and brilliant – true artists and true professionals! We are forever and ever grateful to Sarah & Ben for capturing our very own happily ever after.

Sarah and Ben were the BEST!!! The pictures that they took perfectly captured the love, not only between me and my husband, but between our family and friends. They clearly have a method that WORKS. They are also a blast to work with. They work so well as a team and really feel like part of the party!

Selecting Sarah and Ben was the easiest decision of our wedding. Their availability actually determined our wedding date. They are absolute rays of sunshine, and their adorable hilarity makes even the most awkward feel comfortable, natural, and dare-I-say glamorous. Their love for each other and for their profession is contagious; they are exactly the people you want around you on your wedding day. Meeting Sarah & Ben was the best thing to happen to us (aside from being proposed to/meeting my now husband). In our search for a photographer, we were really looking for someone we connected with-- this included photography style as well as on a personal level. I found Sarah and Ben Photography after researching & referrals from close friends. Our friends described Sarah & Ben as personable, friendly, and extremely talented. Our friends were only partially right because Sarah & Ben are SO MUCH MORE. When meeting Sarah & Ben for the first time, it was like we were meeting with our long lost friends. What was supposed to be a short meeting turned into 1.5 hours & we could have kept chatting! What I instantly loved about them was that they were approachable & friendly but still very focused on making sure that we would be a priority amongst family & friends on our wedding day. Our engagement photo session was a blast & it was largely due to the way Sarah & Ben work with one another. They compliment one another both personally & professionally and this is very evident. They have a unique balance working together to capture just the right angles but do it in a way that makes you feel comfortable & relaxed which is so important in trying to capture these intimate & natural-looking moments. Prior to our wedding day, Sarah & Ben were the best sounding board for me. They were one of the first vendors I booked & I can honestly say that without them, I do not think I would have been half as comfortable or happy with our wedding. My favorite moment was during our wedding , I grabbed Sarah's hand to introduce her to all of my friends, as my friend! I loved more than anything that Sarah was with me throughout my wedding day and that Ben was able to be with the men. There are so many more moments I want to share to further commend and illustrate why Sarah & Ben Photography are the best of the best however I will spare you all copious amounts of reading and highlight the top things I love about them. - Personality- truly genuine people - Feel like friends - Will go the extra mile- on numerous occasions, both Sarah & Ben would go above and beyond to help pre/post wedding. We even asked to extend our wedding by an hour and without any hesitation, Sarah and Ben were excited to capture more of our special day. - Details, details, details- They are so incredible when it comes to remembering those special moments-- you'll see :) - Great communication- always responsive, always timely on delivery of photos and email communications - Competitive Pricing - Professional- polite, courteous and stuck to the timeline but did so in a way that brings clients along so it doesn't feel like a timeline at all - Family and friends loved them- I cannot stress this one enough. Our family have swooned over our engagement photos but they cannot stop talking about how incredible Sarah & Ben were during our wedding reception. They were so accommodating when family/friends asked for a photo & were working diligently to capture as many moments as possible I'm so glad that Sarah & Ben were such a special part of our wedding. Sarah & Ben gave us the greatest gift of all by helping us feel confident, comfortable and relaxed. I am exceptionally grateful for everything Sarah & Ben did for us and would highly recommend them for your photography needs!

Sarah & Ben were recommended by two of our friends who had them be apart of their special day, and I am so grateful and glad! Before we even met them in person, they made us feel special and loved, but the first time we met them, we were instantly covered with hugs and joy. Not only are they same of the nicest, most genuine people you'll ever meet, but they instantly make you feel comfortable and keep you laughing. They capture beautiful, real moments. First, no I do not have stock in Sarah and Ben Photography nor am I related to them. I feel I must preface this review with that so you believe what I write! Because... they are that good. Sarah and Ben basically made our wedding. But, they started making it special long before our wedding day. When we first met with them we instantly connected with their spunky selves. However, we were also incredibly impressed with their professionalism and talent. Several people at work had referred us to them. They instantly jumped on board with our wedding vision and came up with creative ideas to accomplish what we were dreaming of for our day. Josh and I enjoyed our engagement session where we got to work with Sarah and Ben. This allowed them to get to know us as a couple and to figure out what our style was which they definitely followed up with in our wedding pictures. They also took wonderful photos of our puppies which we will cherish forever. On the day of the wedding they went above and beyond though. I had 9 bridesmaids + my brother as man of honor and my husband had 13 groomsmen. That's a ton of people to heard around let aloe phoptograph. Sarah and Ben did more than serve as photographers. They helped make sure everyone was ready, accounted for, and on time. When we were a couple minutes late they easily adjusted the schedule and we still were able to start the ceremony exactly as planned. It also was raining when we left for the ceremony but they figured out ways to capture beautiful pictures and just adjusted the picture schedule for when the sky calmed down. It made for some epic shots. We felt like Sarah and Ben actually were guests and not vendors. We relied heavily on them for support and they were there every step of the way. Here are a few other details (I don't want to reveal all of them bc I want to keep it a surprise for future brides): they sent super cute little congrats letters, our wedding pics came on an electronic USB thingy, they made a BLOG about us ?!?!, and we had our pictures RIDICULOUSLY fast. In fact, they posted some sneak peaks while we were on our honeymoon. Weddings are expensive. We saved money in a lot of areas. By far the best investment we made in our wedding day (besides the $120 cake toppers I had made of our dogs... that Josh still rolls his eyes about) was Sarah and Ben. Hands down. I still can't seem to find all the words to describe just how grateful we are to Sarah and Ben. Our wedding was such a special day and we appreciated all of our vendors, but let's be biased here, Sarah and Ben were the best decision we made. I say that because they are so much more than phenomenal photographers, they are phenomenal human beings. When looking for a photographer, my first stop was to stalk photos from our venue. I wanted someone who could capture the stunning beauty of the place and at the same time, the FEELING of a wedding day. When I saw their photos, read their reviews, and their own love story, I was hooked. Sarah called and right away I got a great feeling from her over the phone. She was lovely and answered my many questions. After our engagement photos, we were both so excited for our wedding! We worried about feeling uncomfortable in front of the camera, but by the end of the day, we felt like models (and we're NOT). No surprise, the photos came out beautifully. The wedding only exceeded our expectations. Sarah and Ben were a dream. They were communicative, organized, professional, and captured some absolutely unforgettable moments. Our first look is one of those very special memories. Not only did they capture the moment and the emotion, but Ben saved the day when my veil decided it couldn't handle all the crying and tried to fling itself over the balcony. He simply put his hand up and caught it mid dive! I was so impressed by how they coordinated with our other vendors and really helped keep the day on track as well. After dinner, the sun was setting and once again, they gave us one of our favorite moments from the day. Sarah asked, "How would you like to capture your first sunset as a married couple?" The answer was, "Of course!" I would have never thought to schedule that in the day, but that's why Sarah and Ben are so good at what they do. They found the moments we couldn't have planned for. Thank you both so much! We love you!

Bottom Line: Hire Sarah & Ben; they were right up there with my venue for being THE BEST vendors we hired throughout our wedding planning process. I could honestly go on and on about Sarah & Ben, but I want to make sure I provide all of the information you need to hire them. So, I'll start with the basics/tangible things that made hiring them such a fantastic choice. They are organized, professional, super responsive, and help guide you throughout the entire process. They make it perfectly clear that they know exactly how to shoot a wedding, including how much time each thing needs to get it just right, and making sure that all of your photos are absolutely stunning. They don't overprocess or over "filter" things. I honestly feel like the images they curate are true-to-life, there's no weird sepia/orange/too bright colors in anything. If you want to see photos that recreate the day of your wedding, this is the look to go for. They are also extremely outgoing, charming, and charismatic. So, if you (like me and my now-husband) have not spent much time in front of a camera, they put you at ease (they tell you where to put your hands!) and make you genuinely laugh throughout the session. This is why their included engagement session is so important, you get used to how to pose for the photos so that it looks like you're NOT posing. Finally, the biggest and most important and most intangible part of working with them and seeing the images they created is the feeling they give me when I look at them. It's honestly the best thing to have "left behind" after all the wedding stuff is over. In essence, the images that S&B created are priceless: what else is there to say?! Hire them!! :)

In our initial skype conversation, it was supposed to be about business, but we ended up just laughing with them for about 2 hours about TV shows, our dogs, and just life in general! They are so personal and really open up which helps you feel more comfortable. Leading up to the engagement shoot, Sarah and Ben reached out to us with advice, recommendations to look our best, and answered ALL of our questions. For the first few photos, you kind of feel out of place and aren't sure what to do, but they help navigate you through poses. Since they are pretty hilarious and witty behind the camera, it helps to lighten the mood and make you look "less stiff" in photos - basically you end up having a lot of fun with it, even if you are camera shy! There are times that I just was so beside myself with their collaboration vision and how they would read eachothers minds. For the wedding, I was in complete shock when Sarah and Ben emailed me of a minute by minute timeline of our entire DAY! Another amazing thing that they did that sets them apart is they asked for "MUST HAVE" photo groupings of extended family so they could take the photo and let your family enjoy cocktail hour. When my wedding photos came out, it literally brought me to tears at work when I saw them. I had no idea that they could tell the story of a day like that, but I felt as if I were reliving my wedding again through each photo. Sarah & Ben know how to capture you and your spouse, to where you can pass these photographs down from generation to generation and they will remain timeless. Every one of their photographs captured the love, energy and excitement that you experience on that day and touches other people that couldn’t be there to experience it with you. All those details that you spent HOURS planning for will be remembered, thanks to Sarah and Ben. I will never forget them because of their amazing work, humor, ability to control my CRAZY wedding party the day of, and make your special day effortless.

Sarah and Ben are so much more than photographers. They are so prompt, so positive, so caring, so helpful, and SO FUN! We had our engagement session with them before the wedding and after seeing those photos I had NO DOUBT we were going to have the best wedding photos I could imagine. Their little jokes bring genuine smiles to our faces, and that's what makes a photo. They made both our wedding and engagement photos so much fun (even for the groom;)) They are also ridiculous with how many great shots they get done in such little time. Sarah had me send her a timeline of the night which helped me so much with the wedding planning process. Their experience helped the night flow. They are so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. I can't stop looking at our wedding photos, they have brought tears to many eyes since. Someone gave me advice before the wedding and it was the best advice yet- get a great photographer, do your research and don't be cheap about it. Look no further, these two are the best. (Also, we're name twins which is pretty neat <3)

Sarah and Ben were the photographers for our wedding. When we received our pictures, WE WERE BLOWN AWAY! They look like they belong in a magazine. We have received countless compliments on our wedding photos. If it were possible to give Sarah and Ben a 10/10, we would. I could not imagine a better experience and two better photographers to capture our big day. When I met them, I knew immediately that they needed to be part of our day. They were funny, likable and loved every single wedding idea we talked about! For our engagement pictures, they were super flexible with the date (trying to take pictures during rainy May in Florida is always questionable!), we received all of our images quickly and they even rushed a few images, so we could use them in our Save the Dates. Throughout the planning process, they would continuously send us little gifts or emails letting us know that they are thinking of us. For the wedding, Sarah and Ben were absolutely incredible. It was one of the windiest coldest days of the year and they were perfect problem solvers. There was an issue with a member of our wedding party and by looking at the pictures, you would never be able to tell (they are photoshop geniuses!). On the day of the wedding, Sarah stayed with me while getting ready to capture every single moment of wedding preparations, while Ben went to the guys to capture their preparations. They captured so many moments at the wedding that we did not notice, so we are so thankful we have pictures of those special moments. They were super flexible when working on a day of timeline and always made sure we were on board with every single tiny decision made. Every member of our wedding party and families felt comfortable with them, and they even made the tedious task of taking the million post ceremony photos fun!

Sarah and Ben are two of the most amazing people we have met! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding they shot a few years ago, so when we got engaged I knew we had to have them as our photographers! Sarah and Ben got amazing shots that captured and showcased every detail and the sweetest moments of the day. It was truly the best day ever, but was such quick blur and I am so so thankful for the beautiful pictures that captured all the magical and precious moments! Sarah and Ben are so talented, funny, positive, outgoing, and professional! They work so well as a team and were flexible and helpful all day long, even with our crazy family and bridal party :) They were able to Skype with us since we live in Philadelphia, sent thoughtful and sweet notes between the engagement pictures and wedding day, and really helped us keep the focus on our marriage and relationship instead of just on wedding details! They are so creative and are willing to do anything to get the best shots- like moving benches, ducking behind trees, or climbing on railings! Thank you so much, Sarah and Ben!

Let me first start by saying, number one--budget was a huge concern for my husband and I. Our original photography budget was less than $2000 (for 8 hours of coverage) and we met MANY that fell within this criteria. We interviewed roughly 10 photographers (embarrassed to say it may have been more) and though some had some decent work, we always left with a "meh" feeling. We met Ben and Sarah at a local bridal show and hit it off so well that as we walked away we instantly looked at each other with a look on our faces that said "This is it!" Honestly, These two are amazing. Their chemistry is on point, and they are the cutest things you will ever see. They moved about throughout the wedding, and were practically undetectable--yet managed to get the most amazing pictures. We LOVE our sneak peek, and if a few selected pictures can be that amazing, I can only imagine how awesome the rest are! Seriously, stop interviewing other photographers and BOOK THESE TWO!

We could not have asked for better photographers to spend our wedding day with. Sarah and Ben truly are the total package. Their good humor and no worries personalities keep you & the bridal party relaxed with a natural smile on your face. They are punctual and so efficient with time. We got through so many photos without feeling rushed. AND the pictures came out great! Beyond their professionalism & skill, they have a genuine interest in your specific story and a true excitement for you, which shines through in their work. I guess you could say they love love. Which makes them the perfect photographers for your your big day! Yeah, I would label them experts at the whole wedding thing :)

I'm not sure if I can write an appropriate review for these 2 in 3500 characters. There have been days since my wedding when I've looked at my husband and said, "I miss Sarah and Ben." These 2 become a part of your family from the day you meet them. I wish I could have some significant photographable (is that even a word?) event every day so we could see them. Sarah and Ben don't feel like vendors. They don't feel like photographers. They are FRIENDS who capture the moments you, quite frankly, don't even know are happening. They capture the look in you mom's eyes when you're dancing with your dad. They capture the tears in your eyes when you open the card from your soon-to-be husband. They make your dress and your hair and your makeup all look more beautiful than your makeup artist, your stylist, and your dress designer ever could. And they do it all with their adorable laughs and their quirky senses of humor. Sarah's emails will brighten your day. Her blog captures a perspective you didn't know anyone had about you as a couple. Ben's jokes will make you laugh uncontrollably so they can capture that perfect light in your eyes and smile on your face. Their love for each other will give you hope about the love you have for your spouse. Hope that you have the kind of marriage they do. Ok, I may sound a little dramatic but I guarantee you will, too, once you've met them and once you see their phenomenal work. If you choose them to be a part of your special day, you will not regret it. I pinky swear.

Sarah and Ben had done a few of our friend's weddings and engagements, so after looking over at least a dozen other photographers, we checked them out. I am SO happy we did. We saw their amazing work from our friends but we thought they were a little too expensive for our budget. After meeting them and doing our engagement shoot with them (super late, I know...) we realized they were totally worth skimping on flowers and drinks to have them be a part of the day! AMAAAZING! They are seriously the nicest people we've ever met and seeing them was like hanging out with an old friend. They could not have been nicer and we felt so comfortable with them the whole time. They included everyone in the pictures and didn't feel awkward or intrusive or anything. Sarah was so nice and helpful while getting ready and they stayed right until the end. Could not have been happier with their work and I would recommend them to ANYONE in the area getting engaged or married or who just want beautiful pictures with some fabulous people!!!

I found my photographer at a bridal show and as soon as we met Sarah and Ben we fell in love with them. They did a wonderful job at our wedding and by the end I felt like they were just part of the group. They made pictures a fun, quick experience and I loved having them be a part of my day!

I was lucky enough to find Sarah and Ben at the first bridal show I attended after being engaged. By this point I has met a few, but no one stuck out. Then we met Sarah and Ben. They were kind and engaging from the beginning. They are that couple that you meet and just want to be friends with. When Sarah asked about my wedding plans and she almost started to cry, I knew that these were the photographer for us. I figured we should also look at their samples too, and not just choose based on personality, and that sealed the deal. Their pictures captured the day, and the couple not just the artistic view of the photographer as I found with many others. We first shot out engagement session and they let us bring our dog, and I still cannot say enough about how wonderful and amazing the experience and the pictures were. They captured us, and out personalities, and it was so fun!!! Sarah would crack jokes, and Ben would sneak up for the pictures that you did not expect. They are a great team and produce fantastic pictures. On the day of our wedding, they arrived, and it was a joy to have Sarah's amazing energy in the room. She laughed with us, and at times I think cried with us. It was like she was part of the group and we had so much fun!! As much as I have been excited about the wedding, I have been equally excited to see how they capture the day through pictures. Sarah and Ben have been a wonderful addition to this journey. I have recommended them to anyone who asks, and some people that don't..... I am a huge fan!!

Finally, a wedding vendor that I saw eye to eye with!! I absolutely loved Sarah and Ben's style of photography and fun, friendly personalities. They just DON'T DO cheesy or tacky. Their style is very photojournalistic and they help you create and have magic moments without interfering too much. They made us look GOOD in our photos too! : ) Because they are a husband and wife team they split up to capture the special times before the wedding when you are apart, and Sarah stays with the bride and Ben goes with the groom. They capture everything from 2 different angles and it is really interesting to see. Sarah is also a very genuine person. I saw her crying during our vows and she even took it upon herself to carry my train when one of my bridesmaids wasn't around. On top of all of that they are extremely affordable! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Sarah Mac Photography really let us down. They did not handle things professionally. We ended up not booking with them because they found another bride in VERY short notice when we had been contacting them for about a month and we made it clear we wanted to book with them. I do not recommend this photography company. They have really put a damper on wedding plans.

A wedding is perhaps the single most important day of a couple's life. It takes countless hours of planning, creating, discussing, and praying, then it all goes by so fast! If you're lucky you have a fabulous photographer to capture your special day for you. In our case we were doubly fortunate as we had both Sarah and Ben! Words can never express how phenomenally awesome this duo was and is! That's why we have pictures to prove it! Our wedding pictures are absolutely breathtaking! Our guests are still raving about them, and we cant stop sharing them! They are beyond what I would have imagined. Sarah and Ben were everywhere! All the moments I didn't experience personally were captured on film for us to relive. Their level of professionalism and charismatic personality made our experience with them unforgettable. So, Florida brides...you can't go wrong with Sarah Mac Photography. If you haven't booked them yet for your event we highly recommend that you do while they're available!
