Sarah was our wedding photographer for our wedding this August and we were beyond thrilled to have her as a part of our team! Communicating and coordinating with Sarah was so smooth and easy. We absolutely loved our experience with Sarah Anne Photography!! We purchased a package which included both an engagement shoot and wedding day. We couldn't have been happier with the results. Sarah is a consummate professional We are absolutely thrilled with the quantity and quality of the photos Sarah captured from our wedding. She is well organized and very thorough. We were running behind on our timeline to no fault of her own, but with Sarah’s expertise she was able to get us great couple and family photos in the condensed amount of time. She is an absolute rock star and if we had a less experienced or skilled photographer we are not sure they would have been up to the task. Her quality of work is absolutely breath-taking and we were honored to have her photograph our wedding. 10/10 would recommend and she was worth every penny.

Sarah is a great wedding photographer and a true professional--we loved our final photos even more than her online samples that made us choose her to begin with, and she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable from our first meeting all the way through our wedding reception. As someone who's attended a lot of weddings that felt choreographed entirely around the photographer, too, I really appreciated her candid shooting style and the fact that she did such great work while blending into the wedding weekend like she was one of the guests and not making the photos the primary focus of the event. One of the reasons we ended up going with her was that we thought her portfolio photos did a much better job of capturing the emotions of her subjects than a lot of the other photographers we looked at, and the same was definitely true of our wedding photos--they really captured the essence of the day in a way that we'll cherish for the rest of our lives.

If you are thinking about hiring Sarah as your wedding photographer DO IT! She was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. We first met Sarah as she was shooting my sister in law wedding in Cabo. Her energy was magnetic and the photos were to die for! I had already had a photographer booked but I knew I needed Sarah for my big day. We booked Sarah as soon as we got home from Cabo for our wedding in Italy! Our day finally arrived and Sarah was such an essential part of our wedding week. She was fun, easy going, assertive when needed and every one of my guest was obsessed with her and Sydney. She was there for me for anything I needed during that time and it felt like she was part of our crew. She organized all the special photos I request and pumped us all up through out the entire day. I cannot say this enough, her energy was extraordinary and this energy comes through in our stunning pictures. I cannot believe some of the beautiful moments she captures during our day. Even the small details, the moments we didn’t know the camera was on us and what she captured in the background for some of the most special moments took my breath away. Photography was very important to me for my wedding and Sarah has truly mastered this art. Her photos are art! Cannot wait to clutter my walls with all these amazing photos.

Sarah was super professional and so great to work with! We had a small wedding and the photos we got back were amazing! My husband was even impressed and mentioned how great it was she got photos he didn't even know were taken and special they are! I have very elderly grandparents and these will be some of the last professional photos we will have of them and Sarah did a fantastic job of getting group photos and single photos with grandparents so my family can cherish those memories forever! We are so happy we went with Sarah and looking forward to having Sarah document all family milestones!

After a lot of research, we decided to invest in Sarah, and it was easily the best vendor choice we made. In addition to her honed talent in wedding photography, you want her on your team. Sarah was so kind, supportive, and professional throughout the whole process and quite literally 'saved the day' multiple times on our wedding day. She is genuine, assertive, truly cares about her clients, and is just straight good at what she does. Did we mention professional?! We had a huge preview the next day, and the rest were worth the wait. Sarah is an absolute DREAM of a photographer. She's personable and professional and funny and lovely to work with and so insanely talented. Sarah photographed my wedding in June and she is AMAZING! She was so easy to communicate with and put my mind at ease when I was worried about how to include all of my family in photos. She was phenomenal at coordinating all of our wedding party and family so that we got all of the necessary shots, while still having fun. SARAH ROCKS! Her communication is FLAWLESS, she has truly thought of every thing -- her resources, tidbits, she shared a recent couple at our venue's photos for inspiration, I could go on and on. The way she handles herself, other vendors, the couple, the crowd -- absolutely incredible. NOT TO MENTION THE ACTUAL PHOTOS --- hot damn. When she sent us a first look, our jaws were literally on the floor and we just scrolled through them for about 30 min straight. Some people just GET IT and that's Sarah!

Where do I even begin? Sarah is the best of the best when it comes to wedding photographers, there is no question. Coming with experience in the wedding industry, I knew I wanted someone I could trust to not only capture beautiful photos but me on the same page as me throughout my wedding weekend. Sarah was the very first vendor I call as soon as I booked my venue because I had no doubt I wanted her to do our wedding, no matter where it was in the world. Sarah is professional, calm, cool, and collected, and makes you feel like your best friend is shooting your wedding photos and you're all there together having a great time. She flew into Cabo early to scout all my event locations before the wedding weekend, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND, at all pre-wedding events finding the best more colorful locations to capture our looks. She made us feel so at ease knowing that it was a second eye over everything that was happening. I couldn't have done my actual wedding day without Sarah, she literally ran the day. Had our schedule as the background of her phone, made sure everyone was where they needed to be, controlled all family members (which can be the hardest part!), dealt with my bridezilla moments of not wanting to get my dress dirty, and just captured the most amazing photos that we all fell in love with. But it didn't stop with just me raving about her, all my family and guests did too. I got more compliments from guests about Sarah than I did about any other vendor. All that to say, I have known Sarah for about 5+ years now from being around the industry, and she's just a wonderful human inside and out. You will not go wrong booking Sarah. If you are considering hiring Sarah and she has availability, do yourself a big ‘ol favor and BOOK HER!!! We had a discovery call with her before booking and we both got such a great vibe from her and could tell she would fit right in with our personalities, bridal party, and our overall wedding vision. Her communication, recommendations and organization throughout the entire planning process was great. On the wedding day, Sarah showed up early and just went straight into shooting. She made my now husband and I feel comfortable, happy, and let go of everything else and enjoy getting our photos taken and documenting our special day. Sarah has a wonderful manner when communicating with family and friends. Throughout the day she went above and beyond the photographer role (few examples: she helped me get dressed, she was helping tie the groomsmen ties, and she walked us through exactly how to sign the marriage license when it was time). By the end of the night, I felt like we were just friends and she happened to be taking some pictures and like other guests, she was there to cheer me and my now husband on. I can’t stress this point enough - Sarah is so much more than just an incredibly talented photographer. She is 1) super fun and easy to be around 2) your biggest fan and 3) a glue on your wedding day. We just got our full photos back after the promised 8 weeks and they are perfect. We are so happy with how they turned out and can’t wait to get our favorites framed. We will absolutely be using Sarah for future family photos. Do yourself a favor - book her! If I could give Sarah 500 stars, I would. Where do I begin?! I found Sarah on instagram over 6 or so years ago after my sister had raved about her photos (AND personality!) at her friends wedding. I had never looked or thought about what photo style I gravitate towards until I found her. I literally told my sister in that moment that I HAVE to have Sarah as my wedding photographer one day (I was single then too lol). Fast forward to 2020 when we got engaged — Sarah was the first vendor I wanted to book and we were so lucky that she was SO kind to work with us!! And let me tell you, she did not and genuinely could not disappoint. I dreamed a lot about my wedding day and always wondered how it would be captured and wow, I was blown away by Sarah’s magic. Her ability to capture the details, provide a sense of comfort and make you laugh, make the most of the scenery — I mean, she’s ridiculously good at her job!! Sarah is gifted and skilled—something you don’t often find TOGETHER in a photographer. She’s creative and passionate, and working alongside her brings a smile to my face every single time! As a wedding planner/designer, it’s important for me to trust the vendors I refer my couples to, and I can always trust Sarah will take the best care of my couples, without a doubt! Working with Sara was a absolutely dream! From the moment we started talking I legit told my fiancé that I want to be best friends with her. She was so personable and responsive and I just loved her energy. We had to reschedule things numerous times due to the pandemic and she made the whole process so easy. The wedding day was the best day ever and a lot of that was because of Sara. She handled our huge wedding party like it was nothing and made the day so perfect. Sarah is an amazing photographer and we highly recommend her! After an initial consultation where Sarah got to know us and understand our vision, we booked her for our engagement shoot and wedding day coverage. She did a great job of capturing the vibe we were going for and helped flesh out our ideas without being too pushy. She had great suggestions of locations, poses, and how we could best utilize our time during the wedding. There are not enough words to express how amazing Sarah is. My, now, husband & I originally had her booked for our 2020 wedding, but with COVID and rescheduling she, unfortunately, wasn't available for our new 2021 date. My husband and I are so grateful that we found Sarah to capture our day!! We first booked her for an engagement shoot back in fall of 2019, we had just moved to Seattle and had no idea where to go for the shoot and Sarah was super helpful at giving us some of her favorite options. She immediately put us at ease when we met up for the shoot and was amazing at giving us direction to get the shots. She knows all the best strategies from the “drunk walk” to whispering your favorite burrito in your partners ear to get amazing photos. We were in love with our engagement photos so it was no surprise that Sarah and her assistant delivered on our wedding day as well. I’m addition to getting amazing photos she handled so many important details: bringing a beautiful hanger for my wedding dress, handling the staff at the hotel we were at to figure out where to do the first look, coordinating a sometimes rowdy set of groomsmen, etc. etc. We went to the sculpture park for couple portraits and I’m still in awe at how quickly Sarah whipped us through the park, allowing us to get so many different pictures with different backdrops and styles in a limited window of time. The variety and quantity of photos in our gallery at the end of the day is truly incredible. We got married at the aquarium and Sarah made sure to get us some truly unique and special shots with the otters that we will cherish forever. Sarah delivered a massive preview (over 100 photos) to us within a few days of the wedding capturing all the key moments from the day to hold us over until we got the full gallery. And best of all Sarah is a fellow swiftie and calmed our nerves throughout the lead up to the wedding and wedding day itself with discussing our favorite Taylor songs :). Thank you Sarah!!

So I just spent the last 2 hours going through all the photos and I AM FREAKING IN LOVE!!! I AM OBSESSED!!!!! You absolutely killed it! Thank you X 10000000. I've been putting off writing this review because each time I sit down to write it, I realize there are a million wonderful things I could share about Sarah. Throughout the planning process, Sarah was responsive, helpful, and so so organized. More importantly, we LOVED having her around on our big day. She radiates happy vibes. She moved us through our day seamlessly and she seemed to be everywhere at once. She made us feel so comfortable (even though we felt a little awkward posing for photos), and she had some tricks up her sleeve to ensure that none of our awkwardness came across in our photos. Most importantly... WE LOVE OUR PHOTOS! She turned around a HUGE "preview" within 24 hours and it had my husband and I in tears! We were over the moon when we received our full gallery. She captured all of the special moments we were hoping she'd catch (+ 100 others that we didn't even think about). We feel so lucky to have these photos of our big day. Bottom line - BOOK SARAH! I am so lucky that my friends referred me to Sarah! She is everything that you’re looking for in a photographer: fun yet professional, spontaneous yet ruthlessly organized, and, is just an absolutely wonderful human to be around. Sarah is so much fun to work with!!! She is also AMAZING at what she does. When my fiancé (now husband) looking for a photographer for our wedding we didn’t know where to start. So I asked around and my sister and my cousin mentioned Sarah. So first think I did was stock her IG lol but I was convinced she was the one! First photo session we had with Sarah was our xmas mini photos for that little amount time with her she was very professional and made the process so comfortable for our little family. Sarah is welling to go anywhere for our engagement photos. So we end up going to Cannon beach Oregon and my husband & I made it into a mini vacay. Our photos turned out beautifully and Sarah was is so good at telling us how to pose because we did not know what we were doing at first haha! On our wedding reception/anniversary celebration day (due to COVID) lol Sarah was so clam and very attentive to our other vendors. Even months before our big day she asked if we need any advice, she sent me tips on what to do leading up to our celebration. Our wedding day went so fast and most I remember was during our photos sessions she would always make us laugh ( me mostly) and she had another photographer helping her assist (Mason) and he was also great! He helped me with my dress if needed to be fixed and holding our sunglasses 😎So what I am trying to say is you are in good hands with Sarah if you book her for your engagement and wedding photos. Sarah is an not only an AMAZING photographer but an AMAZING person as well. We booked her for our engagement shoot and wedding and it was soooooo worth it! Not only is her attention to detail and her eye for getting the perfect shot wonderful, but she is so much fun to work with! My fiancé (now husband) and I were worried that we were going to look so awkward in all of our pictures but once we started working with Sarah we embraced the awkward and funny moments and got the most amazing pictures. It felt like we were working with a friend... well with how awesome Sarah is you will want to be her friends! She was easy to communicate with, gave great advise and will work with you to make sure that she can capture what you might be envisioning for your special day. For our wedding she was so wonderful with all of our other vendors, guests, wedding party and of course family! She got us our preview before leaving for our honeymoon the night after the wedding. There aren’t enough good words to say about Sarah, she truly is an excellent photographer and wonderful human being. We got to work with Sarah for both our engagement photos and wedding day and boy did she KILL IT. From the moment I read her website, I knew I wanted her to capture the special moments that were coming up for us. Photography skills aside, she is such a beautiful, bubbly soul. The moment you are in her presence, she makes you feel like you’re the center of her world and puts you at ease if you aren’t comfortable in front of the camera. This past year has been insane for the wedding industry and regardless of how many sessions, weddings, or days in a row Sarah has worked, she always shows up like it’s the most important event and with the best attitude. She has a great eye for capturing unique, unstaged shots and will go so far as standing in the splits, half in the dirt for many rounds of photos (skills!). Sarah is incredible. We are in love with our engagement and wedding photos done by her! She is super creative and knows exactly how to capture the emotion of all the best moments. Where do I even start! My husband Nathan and I dated for 10 years before we got married. Once we were engaged, I didn’t even know where to start with all the planning. My manager at the time, Samantha Shockley, suggested her best friend Sarah to be our photographer. She helped get the ball rolling and once we met, I knew it was the best decision we could’ve made. Since then, I have spent hours, pouring over all of our engagement and elopement photos. Sarah captured all the moments I hoped for and more that I didn’t even think of. It's honestly difficult to put into words just how AMAZING Sarah is. We booked her both for our engagement shoot and our wedding day. Our first impression of Sarah was that she was real, genuine, and so much fun. Not to mention the photos turned out beautiful! After just one hour getting to know her from our engagement session, we knew she was going to be perfect for the wedding. And we were right. She was so enjoyable to have on the wedding day. She made all our family and friends feel comfortable and at ease, and she was such a lively presence the whole time. She captured literally every single part of the day so beautifully. Once we got the photos back we had so much fun scrolling through every moment she captured. We were able to relive all the happy memories we made and experience moments we didn't get to see on the wedding day. Sarah also handled all the COVID regulations with such grace and professionalism. There are a million wonderful things I can say about Sarah! From the moment we met I knew she’d be a calming presence to have around for our wedding. A few months after getting her booked for our wedding date, we did an engagement shoot in downtown Seattle. We wanted to use a parking garage that we love, (sounds odd I know. But such a great view!) and Sarah made it look beautiful. But most importantly she made CJ comfortable being photographed without being goofy. Those photos turned out perfect. Fast forward to a few months ago.... as a 2020 Bride.... with everything that has been happening this year, Sarah was very straightforward about what was required for her to be able to shoot our special day. I respect her so so much for following the law’s and guidelines around photography and only operating when allowed! We lucked out and the phases lined up so Sarah could capture our day. Everything had been uprooted, changed, and forced to adapt several times over. When all of that is happening... the best thing a bride can ask for is an above & beyond vendor! She was punctual, for arrival and thought-out the day. She helped in so many ways that aren’t in her job description & I couldn’t be more grateful for that. When everything had to be canceled and re-planned, you’d be amazed @ what falls through the cracks. But she helped us wade through all of it! The photo preview we received the day after the wedding made my heart sing. She captured so many moments perfectly, I honestly don’t know how she scoots around for different angles so quickly. If you are lucky enough that Sarah is available for your preferred date.. snag her! She was a joy to be around and her presence will be a welcomed light & stress reliever on your special day!

When we first hired Sarah, we didn't realize just how much we would need her, and we are honestly so lucky that we had her on our team. Our wedding was one of the last weddings in the Seattle area due to COVID in early 2020. In fact, our wedding fell on the week that things were escalating quickly, and I cannot tell you how much peace, reassurance, and kindness Sarah provided to us. I can't say that about all of our vendors (some actually increased our stress). Sarah is an absolute gem that removed stressors and really made a big difference in the week leading up to and on our wedding day. She is professional and responsive. She is open, no question is off limits and she will be honest and forward with you. She delivers, the photos were quickly turned around (we received a quality preview THE DAY AFTER) and were absolutely beautiful.... photos we will treasure and share with loved ones forever. There were several shots taken that took our breath away, unique ones where Sarah was behind us in the curtain and we had no idea she was there. My husband and I both hate cameras, and somehow Sarah made us look good and feel comfortable. She is FUN and will make you laugh. She is sincere, and you can tell she really cares about you. While having beautiful photos that fully captured our wedding was very important to us when looking for photographer, what we didn't realize was the importance of having someone who is reliable and extremely knowledgable in the industry. Let me tell you why you wont regret having Sarah as your Photographer: I got married 2 years ago and having a great photographer was the top priority for me while planning my wedding. I went with a guy that had good reviews and his work looked good but I wasn't finding someone outstanding so I went with this guy and hoped that my photos would be what I wanted. I was very disappointed because they were just ok and the best day of my life wasn't captured as I pictured in my head. He fell short not only creatively but also didn't provide half the photos he had promised. So, I told a friend my sad story and she gave me the most amazing birthday gift of my life which was a photo shoot with her best friend Sarah. When Sarah met with me and talked about places for the shoot I told her I wanted something with trees but with water but also with a view... so she drove us to this just of this world place, the view was amazing, it was exactly what I wanted. I have to say that 2 years after being married I didn't look like I did back then. My dress almost didn't close, I didn't feel pretty, I felt overweight but I love my dress so I insisted on wearing it. Sarah made me feel gorgeous and confident. She also told me to bring a second dress and I just love the photos she took of me in that dress as well. Sarah is so thoughtful, she can see beyond what she is doing in the moment and she is always 10 steps ahead. My favorite thing about the photos that Sarah took for us is that she captured the intimate and magical moments that I had with my husband that day. She has an eye to know how and when things are going to happen. Our photos were better than Pinterest. I've always dreamed of having beautiful, picturesque wedding photos since I was a young girl and Sarah did that for us. I will always be vey grateful to her for that. Her work speaks for itself, she doesn't need recommendations but I truly recommend her. Plus she is a great human being with a big heart and she is so passionate about her job that it really inspires you.

My fiancé and I hired Sarah for our engagement shoot and wedding and it was the best investment we made. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, directing us on how to pose and where to go to get the best shot. Having her there on our wedding day was even more of a treat. When I discovered Sarah and the eye she had from behind the lens, she was hired before I even met her. I’m so grateful from the bottom of my heart that I will look back at these photos for years to come and know I made the best decision when we hired Sarah as our wedding photographer We were a tad nervous on our engagement shoot – I mean we are not models. Sarah made us feel so comfortable and guided us through the entire shoot but still let our personalities really shine through and that reflected for sure in our engagement gallery when she sent it to us. Our Wedding day was beautiful! Sarah captured so many details, candid shots and all other beautiful shots in between the big moments of the wedding. She didn’t miss one moment of the wedding day. I was SO nervous when it came to picking a photographer because I’m incredibly picky and wanted the best photos of our big day. From the moment we sat down with Sarah, my nerves were calmed and we immediately knew we wanted to book her. She was so welcoming and kind and clearly loves what she does. The entire process from our consultation to receiving our wedding photos was perfection. Her website and system for receiving photos and taking payments is seamless and easy to use! But most importantly, the feeling of our day was captured PERFECTLY! We are swimming in hundreds of photos that captured the memory and feelings of each moment. My wife knew she wanted Sarah long before we chose a date. Sarah was flexible dealing with our odd wedding date circumstances, and we were very happy to have her. I am not really comfortable in front of a camera but Sarah made me very relaxed and even better, made me look great as well.
