Sarah was amazing! She went above and beyond at every step of the process. I LOVE how our final pictures turned out!! I could talk about all the amazing things but here were a few things that I thought made her standout: 1) In our first meeting, Sarah took her time to get to know us as a couple. But more amazingly, based on our conversation, she helped put together our first sample timeline. We ultimately had a ton of changes to it, but as you are just starting out your planning process, this type of thing is sooo helpful when you have never planned a wedding before and don’t even know how to manage time. 2) The engagement photo shoot was included in the package, and was a great opportunity to get to know her and for both parties to understand how to get the most out of our photos. 3) Due to the pandemic, we had to reschedule our wedding date. Through that awful decision making process, Sarah took time to reach out to us personally to check in on how we were doing, offering us support and giving us a pulse on the industry/COVID thoughts. It was so incredibly kind. 4) We got married in the middle of July….in some pretty terrible heat. But that didn’t stop her and her second shooter. They were awesome through the whole thing and captured every detail. I can’t recommend her enough. I wouldn’t have changed a thing in hiring her.

Sarah is such a kind person and amazing photographer!! She made us feel so at ease and like we were natural models even though I'm sure we weren't! Sarah really went above and beyond to give us a great experience. I wanted someone with a light and airy style, and Sarah did such a beautiful job with our photos! She got them to us SO QUICKLY, and I immediately ordered them and hung them up all over our house. We've received so many compliments about our lovely photos, and I've spent hours looking at them! I can't say enough about how great she is! I definitely recommend her!

Sarah is awesome to say the least! My fiancée booked her about a year before our wedding and could not stop raving about her. As a guy I don’t know a whole lot about photography but my fiancée was so excited to have her photograph our wedding that I had to go along with it just seeing how excited she was about Sarah. We had our engagement session in the early summer and I didn’t know what to expect but working with Sarah was awesome! Everything felt relaxed and effortless and not like just a bunch of poses. She took pictures of us walking in fields and we just felt at ease and natural. Sarah is a good sport and had us laughing the entire time. Hope and I were so excited getting our engagement pictures back and I now knew why Hope had her heart set on Sarah photographing our wedding- the pictures were amazing! They are something I will treasure as it was the first time Hope and I had ever gotten professional pictures of ourselves. Sarah photographed our wedding this past weekend and it was fun seeing her again and my wife Hope and I felt so at ease knowing our pictures would turn out beautiful yet again! We can not recommend Sarah enough :)

Sarah Is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her. We hired her a year ago after searching for a photographer whose style was light, airy and romantic and I stumbled upon Sarah and immediately knew she was who I wanted to photograph my wedding. Our first initial call was effortless and I felt like I was speaking to an old friend I had known forever. Sarah is incredibly talented, humble and is very professional. Our engagement sessions which we had about 5 months before our wedding were wonderful. Sarah guided us through everything- gave us tips on outfits and colors that photograph well and was so much fun to be around. We felt so comfortable around Sarah and we were all laughing the entire time! When I got my engagement photos back I was in awe of just how beautiful they came out ! I could not choose which one I liked best as all of them were gorgeous!!! Not only is Sarah extremely talented behind the camera but she is also so professional and takes being a wedding photographer very serious. It was such a joy to have Sarah on our team and I felt reassured that no matter what the day held she would find a way to get amazing shots. She is easily accessible and will touch base with you every few weeks via phone or email which was very reassuring for me. She spoke with me regarding our wedding and made us a timeline which we could give to all of our other vendors, which was much appreciated. This past weekend my fiancée and I had our dream wedding and it was a joy having Sarah photograph our day. She truly cares about her bride and groom and all of our guests and vendors LOVED her! Sarah is kind, thoughtful and her work is absolutely breathtaking. We got a sneak peak of about 5 photos from our wedding and are over the moon- I cannot wait to see all of our photos! We so look forward to having her photograph future events in our life and feel so lucky to have gained new friend. Thank you again Sarah- words will never begin to express our appreciation to you! :)

Sarah was great! So easy to work with and on top of everything throughout the whole planning process even! She is very sweet and kind and so are her associate shooters. She made us feel very comfortable shooting with her and we cannot wait to see the photos in a few months! We know they will be great since she did out engagement photos!

Sarah was super easy to work with! She communicated with us in a timely and professional manner. She helped us pick a location and provided many suggestions. She provided vendors to work with for hair and makeup which was greatly appreciated! She was very sweet and made us feel comfortable during our engagement session. Sarah delivered our pictures very soon after the shoot and they were beautiful. We had a wonderful time shooting this session with Sarah! I definitely would recommend Sarah and work with her again!

Sarah is a truly gifted photographer. Her work is gorgeous and she is a pleasure to work with! She really gets to know her clients during meetings/sessions and is just super sweet. We had an engagement session (included as part of her wedding packages) and a mini Christmas session with our dog prior to our wedding and she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. On our wedding day, she and her second shooter captured every aspect of the day from different angles and gave us a beautiful overview of our whole day. She captured all of the emotions on everyone’s faces, she captured the big and small moments, these photos will last us a lifetime and will be beautiful reminders of our perfect wedding day. We definitely plan to work with Sarah again!

Sarah was simply perfect! From our engagement photos up until the big day. She took time to get to know us and what we wanted and planned accordingly. Her finished product was absolutely amazing! Really beautiful photos. Just look at her blog. And she worked so hard with all the vendors to make our wedding day the best day ever! Thank you Sarah!

Okay, this review is long but its because I honestly don't know how my day would have gone without Sarah. She was the first vendor we booked and from our first phone call, we never second-guessed our choice. We were right in our gut feelings about Sarah. She is kind, competent, thoughtful, and artistic. My brother-in-law loved our engagement photos so much they ended up booking her for a family mini-shoot. She takes her business seriously and this shows in so many ways. All of her communication was clear, she was organized, she sent and edited timelines with me, helped me create a shot list, etc. She also really cares for her clients and did sweet things like send us congratulatory cookies. When you're a stressed out bride, a competent vendor combined with those little touches means everything to you because they remind you to enjoy this process. On the day of the wedding she was always calm, flexible, relaxed, and poised, which I really appreciated. My husband who was nervous about being pinned down for photos absolutely loved Sarah. She made him feel like photos were a fun a romantic date and his joy in the photos shows through. She gives direction incredibly well so we got shots we would have never come up with ourselves. She has a creative eye that catches natural moments like none other. I feel so happy to have worked with Sarah and know my family loves all of the photos just as much as I do. Sarah made it easy for me to share with my family because I wanted a tech-free ceremony. She was super kind to have even given my mother a sneak preview on the day of the wedding. We cannot wait to make Sarah our official family photographer.

Sarah was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable on our first phone call even before I signed the contract. I didn’t do the typical sit down dinner and was afraid my wedding wouldn’t look “perfect”. Sarah reassured me she could make my wedding look like a million bucks and she did just that! The photo album we received was amazing and truly highlighted and captured all the moments and items that meant so much to us. Sarah’s timeline was super helpful and she even allowed me to have some control and make a few adjustments. I was amazed by Sarah’s work ethic and it truly showed in her photos and customer service. I can’t wait to go back to her for our newborn and family photos!!

Sarah went above and beyond to make our day perfect. She helped us put together a perfect timeline, and was so organized and helpful leading up to the wedding. Her bubbly personality made her an easy choice for our photographer! Sarah also helped me find other key vendors like my florist. On our wedding day, Sarah greeted me with a hug and made us so comfortable during all of our photos. She returned our photos to us so quickly and we are so in love with all of them! Even my family complimented how wonderful Sarah was. She was so sweet, but assertive when needed to gather family members for family portraits. She truly captured our day beautifully.

Sarah is the sweetest photographer to work with. She is very professional and she makes sure that you look good for your photos by paying attention to small details such as fixing your hair or your necklace. I would definitely recommend her!

I was referred to Sarah Botta Photography by my wedding planner from my venue. I’m so happy that I had Sarah as my photographer. She is the best! Our pictures turned out beautiful! Everything I could have imagined. I didn’t have a videographer but our pictures tell our story from start to the end! Sarah was punctual and even gave an extra hour as her wedding gift to us. She was very professional and great to work with. She had a second shooter who was wonderful as well. I now follow Sarah and Kristen on instagram. Sarah was absolutely incredible to work with. She was so on top of everything from the very beginning and was super helpful when we were planning our timeline. WOW SARAH!!!! The photos are AMAZING!!! I almost cried when I saw them. It makes me so happy to see how they turned out and remember what a happy day it was. And I can't believe how fresh we look despite how swampy it was that day. Whatever you did with the lighting and adjustment is just incredible! I can't thank you enough!!!

Sarah was PERFECT! She really went the extra mile to make both my bridal portraits and wedding day photos everything I dreamed of! Her photography style is romantic and timeless and she is so sweet. 10/10 recommend!

Sarah was amazing to work with. She took the time to get to know me and my husband and asked detailed questions around our preferences and what we wanted to be sure to capture. Very detail-oriented, communicative, professional, and easy to work with. She delivered our photos super fast and they turned out beautiful. She directed us well with lots of fun ideas, so we didn't even have to think about how we looked or posed. The second shooter did not seem to add much value in my opinion, but it doesn't matter, quite honestly Sarah is all we needed.

Love love! My fiancé and i did our engagement pictures with Sarah and loved them! She has an amazing eye and it’s great to work with! She knew how we should pose and where to take pictures! She is going to be photographing our wedding this April and i can’t wait to see pictures already!! Highly recommend!

Sarah’s photography is flawless. Our engagement photos are exactly what we wanted! Her work is phenomenal. Sarah is extremely talented and professional. Have your photos taken can be a little awkward and uncomfortable but She knows how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The weeks leading up to the Photo shoot she kept in contact made sure that she asked what we wanted in our engagement photos and any ideas that we had. She really go above and beyond getting to know you personally and as a couple ! She also agreed to come out to where we live in Minneapolis Minnesota! Would your photographer fly across the country?
