I'm so happy I chose Sarah Delaine Brides for my wedding day hair & makeup! From the process of booking, all communication with Sarah was smooth and easy. My trial went great and I even booked a haircut with Sarah so we could get my hair looking it's best before the big day. On the wedding day they arrived bright and early ready to go and breezed through 9 girls getting hair done and 10 getting makeup done. My hair & makeup turned out better than I could have ever imagined!! All of the girls said that it was some of the best hair and makeup they have gotten for a wedding. We all looked and felt beautiful for the whole day. Thank you to the team at Sarah Delaine brides!!

Sarah and her team were amazing! Booking and communication leading up to the day were smooth and easy. I had 13 bridesmaids all needing hair and makeup, and Sarah made it work within my time constraints. We were finished ahead of schedule and everyone looked AMAZING. Cadence did my hair and Julia did my makeup and I loved them both so much!

i had Sarah for my hair and Shanique for makeup and they were FANTASTIC! i let my bridesmaids pick their own hair and makeup looks, and Sarah and Shanique absolutely nailed it! so happy with their services ❤️

Sarah and her team are absolutely amazing! Sarah was extremely responsive and was very good at communicating throughout the process. Hayley and Abby were absolutely wonderful to work with. They totally nailed my hair and makeup vision and were extremely kind. I had a lot of people that got their hair and makeup done the morning of the wedding and these ladies knocked it out of the park with staying on schedule. Everyone looked beautiful and my hair and makeup lasted all night. I would recommend Sarah and her team to any bride looking for professional hair and makeup. It was an all-around positive experience!

I can't recommend Sarah Delaine more! I was so pleased with my final look on my wedding day, as were my bridesmaids. Cadence was able to style my hair exactly how I wanted and Shanique is a truly gifted makeup artist! I've had my makeup done several times for friends' weddings and no one compares to her. Her color matching skills are unmatched! Both artists showed up right on time the day off and helped keep the morning stress free and fun. Can't recommend this company enough!

I had such a great experience working with Sarah Delaine Brides for my wedding makeup! Sarah handled all the communication which made everything easy and efficient. Jenna was our artist on the day of the wedding and she did such an amazing job. She did makeup for the bride, 2 mothers and 5 bridesmaids all on her own. She was so sweet, talented, professional and easy to work with. I felt like the prettiest bride and my makeup lasted all night long!

I will start out by saying that everyone in my bridal party, including myself, looked amazing on the day of the wedding, but there were definitely some hiccups to reach that result. Initially, communication was excellent, all of my questions were answered, and I felt very confident in booking Sarah Delaine. After payment, communication went downhill. I had a total of 9 girls getting hair and makeup, and I was given only one hair artist and one makeup artist. I offered to pay extra to book extra artists, as my ceremony was early, and we would have had to start getting ready at 4am to make this work. I was pushed off, over and over, and I was told that they "do this all the time" and it would be no problem. Fast forward to the bridal trial. I filled out a form prior to the trial of what I wanted, in which I put airbrush and a half-up hairdo. When I arrived, while waiting for the appointment, another bride expressed that she, too, was having issues with communication. At the trial, the makeup artist did only traditional makeup until I asked about airbrush about halfway through. She was not aware that that is what I wanted, so it was only done to finish the makeup. I was extremely pleased with how the makeup turned out, and I HIGHLY recommend Jenna Vance. It was simply frustrating that I filled out a lengthy form, only for it not to be communicated. The hair is where the real issues arose. The artist assumed that I wanted an updo, which was not at all what I put in the form. I expressed my dislike for "Hollywood waves" and "Utah curls", and I emphasized that I really like bouncy, full curls. I am not exaggerating when I say that she probably curled each piece of my hair 4 times with at least 3 different irons. My hair has never held curl exceptionally well, however, I have never had an issue getting it to curl in the first place. She kept leaving the ends of my hair straight, which I expressed over and over how much I disliked. Additionally, the half-up portion was uneven, and I was told that it was not after I spoke up. There were black bobby pins sticking out of my blonde hair, it looked dirty, straight, straggly, and entirely uneven (see pic). I felt very pressured to like my hair at the trial, and left disappointed. At the trial, I asked the coordinator about adding additional artists, and I was told that it was still up in the air (6wk before the wedding?) After reviewing the contract, I was still required to pay in full for myself and all my girls, so I felt trapped. I sent a text message to the coordinator expressing how disappointed I was in the trial. Immediately after sending this message, the coordinator responded with an offer of another free hair trial with a different artist, a free blowout the day before the wedding, and a few fees waived. Additionally, there magically were 4 additional hair and makeup artists available. I was very pleased with my second trial and with the customer service recovery, I was just very disappointed with the events leading up. On the day of the wedding, we began getting ready at 6am, and got finished exactly on time. There is no possible way we could have finished 9 girls with only 2 more hours and 4 fewer artists. The artists kept talking about how they needed to leave soon and had another wedding, but there were still several girls that needed done. This definitely made me nervous, and we all felt very rushed, We all looked beautiful, though, so only a major issue with communication.

Steph and Jordan did the most incredible job on both my hair and makeup! I let Steph know that my hair fell very quickly after our trial. She made corrections accordingly, my hair felt so secure all day, and it still looked PERFECT at the end of our big day. Not quite sure what magic Jordan used, but I was crying (all the happy tears) all day! My makeup looked fabulous all day and I have never felt more beautiful, even with cry eyes!! Steph and Jordan also did the most amazing job for all my bridesmaids and the mamas! Could not recommend them more!!!

Wonderful experience, thank you Sarah & Emilee!! My bridesmaids looked flawless all day long. Sarah and Emilee were so sweet and did great work! I have never seen a team of two ladies work so efficiently! They told me they only needed a few hours to get all 6 of my bridesmaids, 1 flower girl and my mother in law’s hair and makeup completed. I was honestly a little worried we would be rushing…but they got everyone done, hair and makeup looking flawless!!! And we had time to spare, which made our morning so much more relaxed. Thank you so much for your professionalism and for making my best girls look stunning on my big day! I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone!

I had Jenna as my makeup artist for my wedding and if i could give 6 stars i would! I'm not a big makeup person and i just wanted something simple but elegant for my wedding day. Jenna asked so many questions to know what i really wanted!

I cannot recommend Sarah Delaine brides enough!!! Jenna absolutely killed my make up as well as all of my bridesmaids & moms, she was done on time (actually a little early!) with excellent results. She made us all feel so comfortable and made us look incredible for my big day! Sarah was an angel throughout this entire process. She was so quick to respond to all emails and so thorough with her responses and all communication. She also did me a solid by helping me fix an issue with my existing extensions (which she did not put in herself, I got done somewhere else) and was so sweet about it all. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel so confident on my wedding day! I am so thankful I chose them!

I hired Sarah to do my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. I cannot recommend Sarah and her team enough!! From the hair trial to the big day everything was perfect and Amazing. I had a vision for my hair and she created it flawlessly. They were the perfect choice and I would hire again.

We had Sarah and Jenna for our wedding day and they were AMAZING. Sarah was so sweet to work with, answering all of my questions and keeping me up to date (and calm!) with things like the bridal trial, final payment, etc. as we got closer to the wedding date. Jenna made the entire wedding party, including the mother of the bride, feel beautiful. I’m not one to wear much makeup and Jenna did a perfect job of making me look bridal but still like myself.

Sarah and Jenna were AMAZING for my big day!! Their communication was flawless, and they traveled all the way to Miami Beach for my wedding. My bridesmaids, mother in law, mom, and flower girl were so thrilled with everything they did for them. Their makeup and hair stayed the entire day, even after beach pictures and the humidity! We had an amazing time getting ready with them too, since they’re so personable and sweet. You’d be crazy not to book them!!

The beauty team was incredible! I know nothing when it comes to hair but I do know my hair can’t hold a curl for longer than 10 minutes.. when I say my hair didn’t budge for the entire day, I mean it looked fresh even after a night of crazy dance moves. I couldn’t have been more impressed. When it comes to make up, we all looked STUNNING. I don’t think I ever felt more glowy and beautiful than I did this day! After the trial, I wanted to make a change to my makeup and it was welcomed with a smile and ease! There is always a fear of needing touch ups throughout the night when it comes to makeup and there was no need for anything other than lips (to be expected)! Not only were the girls professional, but they were so personable and really a pleasure to have around morning of!

The beauty team was phenomenal. I was able to rent hair extensions vs having to buy them and they were beautiful. The quality of the airbrushed makeup was fantastic. Even the mothers received 1000 compliments and were told they looked the same age as the bridesmaids. I loved working with this team.

We had Chloe from Sarah Delaine Beauty in Cleveland! She did a great job on mine and my bridesmaids make up. It was an 80 degree day and VERY humid from all of the rain that week, but all of our make up stayed on all night! I have a lot of acne and she covered it up very well, also.
