Communication was poor leading up to the wedding and post wedding. After collecting the deposit and getting a signed contract, we did not speak again until about 2 weeks before my ...
wedding. I had reached out to her several weeks before that to schedule a time to speak but it took a very long time for her to respond and agree to a phone call time/ date. We discussed a very tight timeline for my wedding photography. She did arrive on time but time management for photography before the ceremony was poor and I felt very rushed. We were also 20 minutes late in finishing the shots before the ceremony which resulted in guests arriving while we were still taking pictures. This was something I specifically asked that we avoid- hence the tight timeline.
Post wedding I received 0 photos (no sneak peak, viewing, nothing) until 13 weeks after our wedding. The turnaround time was supposed to be 8-12 weeks. Again- with no communication from Sarah to give me an update unless I reached out to her to ask.
The photos are okay. Not bad but not good and definitely not the artistic feel shown in the portfolio here. They are pretty basic. There were shots I requested that were not done (specifically I requested shots of our memory table/ chairs during the ceremony and reception as my father passed away 2 years ago and was honored in those spaces, they are not in any of the photography). We also paid more for two photographers. Overall I would not say the experience or photography was worth the price.
Sarah and her daughter shot my wedding last year and I can't stop looking at these photos! She captured the day so beautifully! We got tons of great candids from our reception and ...
GORGEOUS portraits that are works of art! I can't wait to have some printed for our home! Sarah gave us previews (like at least 15 timages) THE NIGHT OF OUR WEDDING!! She is so funny and personable, it was great having her and I will be returning!

e moments between a couple. She took so much time to get to know us, our style, and our hopes for both our engagement photos and our wedding, and it was so refreshing to work with someone who we could instantly tell truly cared about each of her clients. We were so so happy with the finished product of our engagement photos and can’t wait to see our wedding photos - based on the previews, we already know they are going to blow us away! Sarah is amazing at what she does and we would recommend her to anyone!! We truly think we’ve found our photographer for life!
My now husband and I had such a wonderful experience working with Sarah. Her laid back, yet professional attitude helped lend a sense of ease and room for playfulness to the day. H...
aving worked with her on our engagement photography, I learned that she has an eye for catching candid moments or making more posed photos look natural; something that I valued greatly both in our engagement shoot and wedding. No awkward hand on chest with held too long smile poses here! Additionally, Sarah brought along a second and third shooter, both of whom carried the same level of professionalism and creative style, with calm demeanors. Sarah brings a refreshingly natural creative eye to an industry that can oftentimes produce cookie cutter results. Her pictures truly captured the essence of who my husband and I (along with our friends and family!) are and we couldn't be happier with our choice in photographer for one of the biggest days of our lives.
I stressed over finding the right photographer because at the end of the day you keep your husband and your photos. I adored Sarah's work and her spirit! She is amazing to work wit...

special day over and over again. Every moment was fun and whimsical and it definitely shows!
Both Sarah and her second shooter, Lindsay, are professionals with heart. They walked into the chaos of my entire family getting ready and joined in the fun immediately. I had no idea how many pieces of my wedding were inspired by familial connections until Sarah pointed it out — she as a unique talent for spotting the meaningful and capturing it with unobtrusive ease.
Their confidence in their artistry was a tremendous gift — it gave us the freedom to savor the moments as they happened, knowing they were being preserved with sincerity and care.

home now. I am so thankful that she was able to capture REAL moments with our connection, love and emotion just shinning through them. I am forever grateful for her talent. She is our photographer for the rest of our lives as she is truly hands down the best I have ever come across (and I am a photographer).

er to get the type of images I would want to capture my special moment. She’s a real person and she understand those things; However, I DID choose my sister because I am in love with the Sarah Jordan Photography style. I wanted her dreamy, epic, and romanticized images to help me hold on to those very special moments. I believe in my sister’s work. It’s obvious she does too.

e. It was absolutely amazing working with Sarah! She made me feel so confident as a bride. I felt at ease giving her the freedom to express herself artistically through our images. Our session was incredibly relaxed and natural with Sarah’s guidance. It felt as if it was just us with no cameras around. She is amazingly patient, affable, and so fun! She actually helped me through my wedding day jitters with her enjoyable personality! Our wedding images and video are unbelievably beautiful, and I can't thank Sarah and her husband enough for everything they did to capture our special moments. We look forward to working with them in the future as our family grows!

perfect little details makes magic! She is so kind and warm and my goodness, she is patient. She knows just what to say and do to help keep you calm and focused. She has ninja master skills to capture just the right moments. She’s funny and down to earth so you really feel like you’re hanging out with on of your girlfriends.
You’re not looking for “just any photographer” when it comes to your wedding day. You don’t understand how everything is over in the blink of an eye. You’re trusting someone to capture all of those beautiful moments that you don’t even realize you’re missing because you’re so overwhelmed with everything going on. I had no hesitation in putting my faith in Sarah. If you have the chance to work with her you must take it! You will not be disappointed from start to finish!
If you have the opportunity to work with Sarah, you are fortunate because not only have you found THE ONE but you'll also found the best, most amazing photographer.
Sarah has an ...
incredible sense for finding the Beauty and nailing the Moment so precisely. She finds the most subtle of gestures - the twinkle in your eye, the knowing look, the little smirk of a smile - all the little unspoken things between a couple, she finds it and capture it and then delivers it to you in the most artistic and special way. She has a tremendous gift and I cannot speak highly enough or with enough gratitude.
She is intuitive, artistic, visionary. She is super friendly and easy to work with and enjoyable to be around. It was super comfortable from the start.
Moments are fleeting so if you can find the person who will freeze time to capture that moment where your heart skipped a beat, Sarah is your girl.
I know this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship. She will be documenting our anniversary and every occasion in between. Sarah is the BEST.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to have them for our engagement and wedding pictures and absolutely will use them for our future maternity photoshoot. There are not enough stars to put here for them. They have become part of our family. As a Haitian-American these things are extremely important. I will highly recommend them to any and everyone I know.
We first met Sarah for a shoot with our dog's; my now husband does not enjoy having his pictures taken and he loves working with Sarah. Since she was able to make him comfortable, ...
which is not am easy feat we knew that Sarah was who we wanted for our engagement pictures and our wedding.
Sarah and her husband shot our wedding. They both made everyone feel very comfortable and added fun to the day. They were able to catch all the shots we wanted and so many non-posed shots too. I never felt like they were in the way and yet they got some amazing pictures.
I highly recommend Sarah. I was having trouble picking pictures for the album and she helped me and our album is the perfect reminder of such a perfect day.
