say being in the thick of COVID she was very understanding and helped us plan even when we were a whole state away. Making sure we were comfortable, even to the minor detail of our payment plan (now who does that?!). I love her editing and her style of capturing just the right moment and while looking at each photo it takes me back to that exact moment in time. Secondly, we got married in the middle of a pandemic. Sarah was sooo cooperative, flexible, and really willing to help and give advice whenever I asked. She is very responsive and has great customer service. On top of all of that, she made our back porch "mini-mony" look AMAZING! I have friends and family that didn't get to attend the actual ceremony in awe that we did it on our back porch and how gorgeous all of our photos look! I'm so glad that I have these amazing memories and every time I look at them, I see the love and happiness of that day. I'm so glad that we got to work with Sarah and I cannot recommend her enough! really nervous how everything was going to work out since COVID happened, but Sarah made it so simple. She was really understanding and really helped make our dreams come true despite the pandemic and the multiple times we had to change plans. She also kept me up to date with any updates and suggestions about other brides and what they were doing during this pandemic time. e best for our 10 year anniversary photo shoot. I found many other Hawaii photographers, but Sarah's warm and funny nature shone through on her website and made me feel at ease from 2000 miles away! I booked her about 10 months before our trip, and she was responsive and attentive throughout the lead up to our event. Disappointingly, my spouse and I hit traffic on our way to meet her and missed about half of our scheduled time. However, Sarah was amazingly flexible and found a way to make our time and fading sunlight work! Our photos were absolutely GORGEOUS, and I am absolutely booking her when we're in Hawaii again! She is so sweet, she even showed us around a cool area in town and grabbed a bite to eat with us when our shoot was over, and we had a great time getting to know her. You will not regret selecting Sarah to do your wedding, anniversary, special event, pet, portrait, lifestyle, or any other kind of photography, trust me! She is well worth the investment, and I absolutely cannot say enough about how kind, talented, and simply lovely she is!

It was a hot day, and she made sure I was nice a cool so I wasn't sweating in my photos. I also want to mention that towards the end of our reception (when I had already said goodbye to Sarah), our friends wanted to take a huge group photo, which ended up being over 50 people. I knew there was no way a smartphone was going to be able to capture that many people – but low and behold who came running out of nowhere with her camera but of course, Sarah. She told me she likes to stay a little while for any last minute photos and I’m very grateful she did because the picture she captured is priceless. I could probably go on forever about how amazing Sarah is but you’ll just have to take my word for it and find out for yourself!

ur craftsmanship and talent. Upon visiting her website (don't miss this, her website is impressive!), I already knew we found someone genuine and professional. At first contact, we already knew we chose a trustworthy photographer (which can be hard to find when you're planning a destination wedding)! After our engagement, we flew into Honolulu from Vancouver, Canada, nervous but VERY excited to *finally* shoot our engagement photos. Like most, we were quite camera shy, rarely in front of any professional camera, and to say the least, we could be quite awkward. However, from the beginning to the end, Sarah made sure we were comfortable, and at ease. We will never forget this. Sarah, we cannot thank you enough. We can't wait to work with you again soon.

photographers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. One example of this that particularly stands out was when we were taking family photos in a garden after the ceremony. Sarah noticed a building in the background – something I would have flagged if I were managing the shoot for work – and politely asked the group to move to a different part of the venue where the building wouldn’t be visible in the final product. While my husband and I always knew Sarah was a skilled and experienced photographer, this moment confirmed for both of us that we had chosen the right professional to capture the moments we’d want to remember most from that day.

seems genuine. We didn’t want a photographer that would make us pose, and be too serious, because 1) we’re not models and 2) we just wanted to have fun. Also, Sarah always responds quickly and is SO EASY TO WORK WITH. She works with what you want, but will give suggestions if you ask for them (which I did – like a lot). hhh don’t tell my wife that. Sarah made us very comfortable during our shoot and wasn’t pushy at all, which I thought why our photos came out amazing and genuine and doesn’t look forced. Her assistant and her was everywhere during the ceremony, and reception, capturing all of our key moments, which was important for me, because hmm.. well.. Lets just say the night was a little blurry after the bar was opened! Being that it was a destination wedding, we were worried at first about about finding the right photographer but at the end we ended up with a fantastic photographer and a new friend to the family! . Sarah is the best! From consultation to rehearsal to wedding day, she made everything so easy and seamless. I remember sharing our love story, our vision for our wedding, and what we expected from her, and guys... she over delivered. Ben and I look through our photos nearly every day, and still laugh/cry/fall in love all over again. Also, I am not the most photogenic person, and she made me look damnnnnnn good, so that says a lot! I feel like I may never look that good in a photo ever again unless Sarah is behind the camera. Sarah, You really captured the essence of our wedding: a beautiful "Pa'ele Life" Hawaiian -style party with good food, good booze, and great people in the place we love. I cannot thank you enough! I know I was being picky, but I really wanted to find someone that would be able to capture our special day. I found Sarah on Instagram and loved her style. She seemed so down-to-earth and was so easy to communicate with. She responded so quickly and was so helpful with being able to answer questions that I probably would have booked her immediately, had I not wanted to ask for my husband’s input too. (He trusted my judgement. #keeper) Signing the contract and figuring out logistics was super easy with Sarah and I appreciated that was so easy to talk to and I felt so comfortable going into the event. On the day of, Sarah was amazing. She captured so many little moments that we will always cherish. I loved that she got so many different shots with different backgrounds in just one location. She was great at making you feel comfortable in front of the camera, which is not a small feat for someone who prefers to be behind one! The photos are definitely some of our favorite of all time. I especially love how she captured our two girls and their expressions throughout our ceremony. We are so glad that we chose Sarah to be our photographer. We will always cherish this moment in our lives, but am so grateful to have these beautiful photos to remember it in our hearts for always. If we ever make our way back to Oahu, I know we’ll have to arrange another session with Sarah in the future!

d. I am terrible at posing for pictures and thought it would be so awkward to do all those lovey dovey photos with my husband. Upon meeting Sarah, I felt so comfortable with her and knew that we had to hire her. She made the whole process fun and comfortable for us! She just sent us our sneak peeks and we loved them! She captures sweet glances - families reactions -and the little things that made your day so special. Sarah was familiar with our venues, but was kind enough to come with us to the ceremony venue to plan out specific spots and photo to take. When the wedding day came, Sarah and her team were absolutely fantastic! They were on time and ready to go at the times that we discussed, and while we got ready it was not a hassle at all. We had our ceremony and reception at two different places (which we thought would be a problem) but Sarah was great at communicating with us where to meet and when. We thought it would be chaotic at times, but Sarah was very flexible and professional making it very easy to get all the pictures we wanted. Sarah was always in the right place at the right time and captured all the great moments of our whole wedding. Sarah and her team were completely dedicated from start to finish. They also worked great with out cinematographers while being able to get the shots that they wanted. When we first saw the pictures, we were blown away! They were better than we could have ever imagined. Every photo, whether it was planned or candid had such great quality. Just by looking at the pictures, we could remember the exact moment of the wedding that it happened. It’s safe to say we are obsessed with them! Our overall experience with Sarah and her team was 10/10…5 stars in all aspects. She showed up to our spot early and checked out lighting and thought of the little details like footprints in the sand that may show up in a picture.
