Sarah Kathleen Events

s handling all the logistics, keeping everyone on schedule, and taking care of the countless details behind the scenes allowed us to be fully present and actually enjoy every moment of our day. We know how much work goes into making an event look effortless, and we are so grateful for all of her hard work, organisation, and calm presence. She gave us the chance to focus on celebrating with our family and friends instead of worrying about what needed to happen next. Annabelle made our wedding day so special, and we'll always be thankful for the care and dedication she put into making it such a wonderful experience.

y exceeded our expectations.  Our event had a lot of moving parts, and she managed all of it flawlessly, timelines, vendors, décor, communication, and the countless behind‑the‑scenes tasks that most people never see.  She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and proactive, often solving problems before we even knew they existed.  Her calm presence made the entire planning process so much easier, and on the day of the shower, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment because she had everything under control.  The value for money was outstanding.  She delivered far beyond what we expected and made the day feel effortless and beautifully executed.  Her professionalism, attitude, and genuine care for our family and our celebration were evident in every interaction. We are so grateful for her and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a coordinator who truly goes above and beyond.  What started as a professional relationship has turned into a true friendship!   Bri feels like a beautiful extension of our family!

wedding planners and did not feel confident in choosing them however, as soon as I met with her, I felt reassured on all aspects. She went above and beyond, and made sure the entire day from top to bottom was seamless. She took care of so many things prior to the big day and it made me feel properly reassured that I made the right decision. I had a lot of Decor her and her assistant made sure it was properly set up and it completely exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a planner that is kind easy to work with dedicated I would definitely go with her.

anding how everything would work and she never lost her patience with me and took her time to help alleviate any and all concerns I had with how my daughter's wedding would run. Any request I had, big or small, for vendors or otherwise, she was on top of and handled all the communications and details! Through the year Abigail maintained perfect contact - checking in herself on things she felt needed attention and answering my requests. Day of she was the most professional, kind, complimentary, warm person to have by your side! I was often asked why I was so calm on the wedding day - and the answer was simple - Abigail! Please don't hesitate or look elsewhere before hiring Sarah Kathleen Events - and ask for Abigail!

organized and helpful throughout the entire planning process—recommending great vendors, keeping us on track, and reminding us of little details we never would have remembered on our own. We also brought in a lot of our own décor and did many of the reception florals ourselves, and Alyssa was so helpful in setting everything up exactly how we envisioned it. Knowing she was taking care of all of that allowed us to fully enjoy the morning without worrying about a thing. Even though our venue included on-site coordinators, their focus was mainly on venue-specific tasks. Alyssa, on the other hand, was with us the entire day and knew every detail that mattered specifically to us. Her calm, positive energy was exactly what you want on your wedding day. She made everything feel easy, and I honestly can’t imagine not having her there. Because she handled everything behind the scenes, I never had to stress about the small things. I was able to be fully present and simply enjoy the day, which is something I’m so grateful for. If you’re considering hiring a day-of coordinator, I cannot recommend Sarah Kathleen Events and Alyssa enough. She misses no details, brings a steady and supportive energy, and truly made our day run seamlessly. You will be in the best hands!

t -- I am still so thrilled -- and it couldn't have happened without her. Everything went so smoothly and no stone was left unturned -- she is so detailed. Even though she's a "day of" coordinator, she really went above and beyond and checked in on us to keep us organized multiple times in the 6 months leading up to the actual event -- as inherently unorganized people, I can't emphasize enough how much we valued her support and services THANK YOU ALYSSA <3

ower being bigger than my wedding (85 guests!!) Jody helped me pick vendors and kept everything organized so the day of was smooth and all I had to do was show up with a few odds and ends. I will absolutely recommend and work with Sarah Kathleen Events (& Jody!) again!

so organized and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. She understood exactly which parts of the day stressed me out and took care of them without me having to worry. It’s all the little things—like gathering our belongings at the end of the night, coordinating with all the vendors the week before, and even taking photos of all the details before guests arrived on my phone (which she carried all day, allowing me to truly be in the moment)—that made such a difference. Abigail truly went above and beyond for me as the bride, and I cannot thank or recommend her enough.

ived, she had every detail handled and kept everything (and everyone!) organized, calm, and on schedule. Her preparation and professionalism made the day completely stress-free for us — we truly got to just enjoy every moment knowing she had it all covered. She was such a positive, calming presence throughout the entire day, and we can’t imagine it going as smoothly without her. If you’re looking for someone who’s thoughtful, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, we can’t recommend Hannalori enough! 💕

dn’t have to worry about a single thing. His calm energy, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made all the difference. We were able to truly enjoy our day knowing Luis had everything handled. We can’t thank him enough for making our wedding day feel effortless and absolutely perfect.

t to relax and enjoy the festivities without a second thought. Even the rest of my bridal party complimented us on how good a job she was doing.

ng the way. On the day of, she went above and beyond helping to make sure everything went smoothly. She had a great positive energy and confidence about her the entire day. Things I would have never thought of, she was on top of! Highly recommend using Emily and Sarah Kathleen Events for your next event!

e the entire day run flawlessly. There are so many moving parts on a wedding day, and she handled every single detail, from coordinating vendors to keeping us on schedule, with such grace and professionalism. Abigail anticipated our needs before we even knew them, handled any hiccups behind the scenes so we did not have to worry for a single second, and made sure that everything we had envisioned came to life perfectly. She worked seamlessly with our families, bridal party, and vendors, and everyone commented on how smooth and stress free the day felt. Beyond her skill and attention to detail, Abigail’s warmth and kindness stood out the most. She truly cared about making our day special and personal to us. We can honestly say our wedding would not have run without her, and we are endlessly grateful for all of her hard work and heart. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner or coordinator, do not think twice. Abigail is the reason our day was as magical and stress free as it was. We could not recommend her more highly

r would have thought of! She also helped me find my hair and makeup vendor, which was so helpful. She ran our ceremony rehearsal as well and had everyone feeling ready for the big day. She kept us on time and calm throughout the day. Overall I can’t imagine our wedding without Annabelle!

process and helped organize the wedding of my dreams. All of our wedding documents were organized in an online portal that was easy to access and navigate. She was there every step of the way: pre-planning, planning, the rehearsal, and day-of. I felt comfortable working with her, as she was the main point of contact for all of my vendors. On our wedding day, she had an assistant - Luis - that was great. They both helped make our vision a reality. I walked away from our wedding weekend, not only satisfied with how everything turned out, but with two new friends in Jessica & Luis. I HIGHLY recommend Sarah Kathleen Events to anyone who is looking for a stress-free planning process!

wedding day when I couldn't, keeping us on time and solving any snags that bubbled up before they could even become problems. She even helped coordinate the decor and teardown of our personal items, letting family focus on enjoying the day as well. A great team for a great value!

I was completely wrong and couldn’t imagine not having Bri by our side through the whole process. She was in constant communication with all the vendors, gave us recommendations, had an amazing vision for all the decor in the room, had a timeline down the very minute for the entire day, helped to clean up at the end of the night, and even helped to fix the bussel on my dress numerous times. I couldn’t recommend Bri enough to anyone considering using Sarah Kathleen Events. She was professional, organized, so sweet and kind, and thought of every little detail. You could tell she is really passionate about her role and genuinely cares about making each couple happy. Our wedding day was so perfect and if any issues did come up, I would never know because Bri handled EVERYTHING. I received so many compliments from my family members about her as well. My husband and I found ourselves saying numerous times leading up to and the night of our wedding saying “thank god for Bri” and “what would we have done without her”.

n team as the communication via email was very difficult and we were unclear on the paper products' quality for our save the dates, etc. But Sarah helped us through it and I'd 100% recommend working with Abigail.

lped guide us through planning our entire wedding! Abigail checked in a few times along the way and was always willing to answer questions we had regarding recommended vendors, timing for when to book certain things, etc. Abigail and the 2 interns she brought with her helped set everything up the day of, helped wrangle my crazy grandmas and make sure they safely made it to wherever they had to be throughout the day and helped organize a private moment between my husband and I between ceremony and cocktail hour to really soak everything in! She also helped make sure all the “have tos” for the reception happened in an organized way to keep things moving and had everything packed up and brought back to our room at the end of the night so we didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying the day! Our wedding day could not have been more perfect and we really appreciate the effort and care Abigail put into making it all happen! I highly recommend Sarah Kathleen Events & Abigail.

de of emails, questions, calls, planning documents, etc. flying back and forth and Hannalori responded to all our questions and concerns with thoughtful recommendations. We even met up in person a few times which was fun! The Wedding Day Coordinator/Baby’s Breath option was just what we were looking for. The final few weeks were obviously chaotic for us, and knowing Hannalori was on top of the detailed timeline, coordinating final details with the vendors, and the day-of helping everything go in the right place and run as smoothly as possible, was such an incredible relief! The end-of-night clean up was also incredibly helpful so we could go to our after-party with friends and not have to worry about all our belongings getting misplaced. We've had so many people go out of their way to comment on what a smooth and perfect wedding we had, and appreciate Hannalori's role in all this so much. THANK YOU!!!

g day. As an organized bride with a clear vision, I initially wasn’t sure if hiring an outside coordinator was necessary, especially since our venue provided a day-of coordinator. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized I didn’t want my family responsible for clean-up, troubleshooting any day-of issues, or missing out on being fully present in the moment. That’s when I found Sarah Kathleen Events on The Knot—and let me tell you, even their glowing five-star reviews don’t do them justice. From my first inquiry, they took the time to understand my vision and what I had already planned. I was thoughtfully paired with Jody, their office manager—and I truly hit the jackpot. Jody is one of the most exceptional people I’ve ever met. She is organized, kind, honest, creative, responsive, and deeply professional. She answered every question promptly and helped guide important decisions on décor, timelines, and bringing my vision to life. She worked within our budget, offered thoughtful suggestions, and supported me through every step of the process. Not only that, she went above and beyond by creating all of the signage for our day—which tied everything together beautifully. She attended every meeting, took meticulous notes, and was always one step ahead. Our wedding day was truly magical because of Jody. She coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors, supported our families, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and was a calming presence for my husband and me throughout the day. Multiple guests and vendors commented that she was the reason the entire day ran so smoothly. Our videographer even said, “Jody was SUPER helpful—I’d give her a 1,000-star rating.” If you’re considering Sarah Kathleen Events, don’t think twice. They will exceed your expectations and make your day absolutely unforgettable.

in great hands. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Bri made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even fun. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and always two steps ahead. Whether it was vendor coordination, timeline management, or last-minute problem-solving, Bri handled everything with total professionalism and grace. On the wedding day itself, she made everything run so seamlessly that we were able to fully relax and just enjoy every moment and that alone was priceless. What really sets Bri apart, though, is how much she genuinely cares. She listened to our vision, respected our priorities, and brought our dream day to life better than we ever imagined. If you're even slightly on the fence about hiring a wedding planner don’t hesitate. Hire Bri and SK Events. It will be the best investment you make for your big day.

about his work that we knew he would be a great fit. He thought of, and was on top of many things during our wedding day that we did not anticipate ourselves, making him well worth the investment. He was great during the planning process, but he was everything we needed and more on our wedding day. He made everything run so smoothly on our day and we couldn’t be more grateful! Special shoutout to Lexi who also assisted throughout the day! Thank you so much!

ed when we were stressed. On wedding day we barely saw her because she was running around making sure everything was perfect – and it was! I would suggest working with Sarah Kathleen events, and especially Hannalori, to anyone!

nating with so many vendors we've never had to hire. As a couple totally new to the wedding industry, but we were able to rely on Abigail to guide us through every step of the journey. Although so much work happened during the planning phase, having Abigail on our big day was the reason everything went so perfectly. The night before, she lead us through our rehearsal. The morning of, she was there to help our entire bridal party. As we had our photos taken, Abigail was making sure all our vendors were aligned and had the details they needed. But the most memorable part of having Abigail there was the atmosphere she created. Our wedding day went by fast, but Abigail ensured we were relaxed enough to truly take it all in. She kept us calm and allowed us to appreciate each moment. If you want the very best wedding planner, then choose Sarah Kathleen Events! And thank you for our perfect day, Abigail!!

. She was easy to work with, quick with communications, and extremely organized with everything (especially our day of timeline). It felt like I had my hundreds of questions randomly pop-up throughout the planning process, all of which Hannalori answered with ease, providing great answers/guidance. Our officiant wasn’t able to make it to our planned rehearsal, but thankfully Hannalori was able to step in and help run through his script ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be. On the day of the wedding Hannalori was seemingly everywhere making sure we were keeping to the timeline, setting up the decor, and helping with any questions anyone had. Our day went off without a hitch and we have Hannalori and Sarah Kathleen Events to thank - we truly couldn’t have pulled it off without them!

n to have with us the day of the wedding. Her calm nature helped keep us calm the entire day. She kept everything running smoothly and on time, had a full suitcase of items we could use (and did use!) if something unexpected arose, and was our right hand for anything we needed or were worried about. Our minds were immediately at ease knowing Abigail was running the show, and she did the absolutely best job with setting up just the way we dreamed! (Not to mention the clean-up after). We got so many compliments about how smoothly and seamlessly our wedding ran and we contribute that all to Abigail! She also had the best personal touches of sending us behind the scenes photos and videos of the day, (which we will cherish forever!) as well as leaving us wedding cake in our room for us to enjoy after the wedding! We also utilized a lot of Sarah Kathleen’s design offerings and we were soooo happy with the results. The designing process was fun, easy, and the design team was super accommodating and talented. The menus, place cards, and signage turned out better than we could ever imagine!! Overall we had a 10/10 experience using Sarah Kathleen Events. We highly recommend their services, and you will be the luckiest of you receive Abigail as your planner!

and our wedding day turned out flawlessly, all thanks to her dedication. Abigail's expertise in every aspect of the business really shined, and she provided fantastic recommendations whenever we needed guidance. Our families felt so well taken care of on the big day, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed—like one big, beautiful gathering. If you're looking for someone who truly listens and brings your vision to life, we wholeheartedly recommend Sarah Kathleen Events. Our day wouldn't have been nearly as perfect without Abigail's amazing work!

bigail. The quality was not up to the price we paid. Multiple small issues (normal for a wedding day) came up throughout the day, which weren't handled without our noticing and added stress on us, but also bigger issues that did affect our overall day. Even after paying for a 2nd assistant, important decor items were not set-up correctly, like our whole memorial table suddenly went missing and our head table decor was incorrect. We never had a room reveal, I believe this is because Abigail was so flustered and behind. She forgot to bustle my dress until 2 minutes before our first dance and even then it was incorrect and I notice it in photos. I should have known initially when I basically led Abigail during our final walk-through and she asked 0 questions. Why would a first time bride know this isn't normal over a professional though? Our timeline was more chaotic than expected with a coordinator. We did speak with Sarah about our experience. She was very professional and apologetic. Ultimately, nothing was rectified nor refunded, and all of this did negatively impact our day. We would not recommend their services especially for the price.

was extremely organized. I loved using the Sarah Kathleen Events organization tools and the rendition of our reception room was spot on! Luis brought such positive energy during the whole wedding planning process and always made us feel important. He had great attention to detail and made sure we never missed anything. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I did not worry about a single thing and got to completely enjoy our special day as we knew Luis had our backs. From holding the rings to setting up every place card in our reception, Luis did it all! The team was so outgoing and friendly, our bridal party loved working with them too! Everything was set up so beautifully. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

moment I spoke with Sarah my stress levels dropped. Throughout the whole process she was professional, knowledgeable, and just all around amazing. Wedding planning became fun and my friends and family were able to just enjoy it with me. When it came time for my wedding I was BLOWN AWAY by how incredible her and her team were. I got to enjoy my day, if there were issues I never heard about them because her team handled them before anyone could even notice. She helped me find the best vendors and managed all communication so I just got to show up and enjoy the day. If you’re thinking about hiring Sarah, DO IT! My wedding was so amazing because of her and her team. Thank you Sarah!

ere small questions or bumps dealt with them without us having to worry (or often even having to know!). We needed to clear all our decor out of the venue at the end the night, and Abigail packed everything up neatly for us so we could enjoy all the celebrations until the end. Abigail was also a great sounding board leading up to the wedding and was eager to help. We truly had the best wedding day, and we give no small credit to the amazing coordination by Abigail. It is clear she is a professional and expert, and to top it off, is also incredibly kind and thoughtful. We are so thankful we hired SKE and Abigail for our wedding day!!

tail from this team was on point. We worked very well together as a team to give our bride a spectacular wedding. I would highly recommend Brianna and Sarah Kathleen for all your wedding planning/day of coordinator needs. You will not be disappointed.

ecuting the day without both of their support. Alyssa and Luis were both so helpful and kind, even months before the big day by helping us set a timeline and offering advice on vendors and anything else we needed opinions on. The day was perfect and stress free thanks to all of their help! Could not recommend them more, by far the best investment we made in our day was hiring SKE!

, Jessica. From the beginning, SKE and Jessica were fantastic. Always professional, punctual, and so detail-oriented. Jessica made our last several months of planning easy, and she kept us well organized. Also, for the price, we received more care and communication with Jessica than I know other local event planners given for a day-of services. Jessica made our wedding day run flawlessly for which we are so thankful for so we could focus on getting married! She brought her co-worker Luis, who was a great hand as well. Overall, we loved working with SKE and would 10/10 recommend!

e special day and was willing to attend multiple meetings with individual vendors to help coordinate the entire timeline and responsibilities. Choose Luis to help make your wedding stress free!

out of the park. Thank you for everything and all the help!

led everything with such ease. I couldn't have asked for better support on my big day! Highly recommend!

d ironing out any issues that arose so much so that my husband and I didn't even notice and we could just enjoy the day. I highly recommend SKE and Melissa for your wedding day!

tail was meticulously planned and executed, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without a single worry. Her creativity, professionalism, and dedication truly shone through. What impressed us the most was her ability to handle any situation with grace and a smile, ensuring everything ran smoothly. She was warm and relaxed, which made us feel like we were in the best hands possible. Our guests were raving about how elegant and seamless everything was. - Katy & Andrew

magine our day without her help. Annabelle coordinated everything perfectly and took care of every detail! We truly did not have to worry at all because Annabelle was on top of it all. She meticulously set up our ceremony and reception space with everything we provided and communicated clearly and efficiently with all our other vendors. It was truly beyond our expectations. Her attention to detail and time management were outstanding. Our day went incredibly smoothly, and we owe it all to Annabelle! She is the best!!!

es. We had most of our wedding planned/vendors selected but decided we needed the help secuirng our final vendors in addition to day of coordination. We reached out to SKE a few months before our wedding and purchased the sweet pea package. Ironically, we were matched with the same planner, Luis Reveles! We knew from our previous experience with Luis Reveles that we had nothing to worry about. Luis went above and beyond what we could have asked for. He was always available via text, and provided as many recommendations and suggestions as we needed. About a month before the big day I ran into a serious issue with my makeup trial and Luis jumped in to help negotiate a full refund/contract cancelation with the vendor I had booked. He quickly rebooked me with another vendor from his contact list, and assured me I would be happy with the results. In doing this, he not only saved what could have made my day an absolute disaster, he saved us over a thousand dollars. Not to mention he was right, my makeup and my bridesmaids makeup were absolutely stunning come the day of. Luis Reveles handled everything prior to the wedding, coordinating with vendors, creating timelines, ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be and when. The only thing I needed to do was confirm and agree with his proposed timeline. When he sent us the 3-D renderings of our reception, my husband and I squealed with excitement! During our first meeting with Luis, I expressed the reason I wanted a day of coordinator was so on the day of I could be fully present in wedding day bliss - head in the clouds - only needing to be told where to go and what to do. I also wanted my MOH/family members to share the experience with us and not have to worry about anything! Luis delivered on my wished. Come the day of, Luis Reveles had everything ready. I felt like a princess being catered to, and when I asked for something to be changed at the venue, Luis jumped on it. If anything went wrong that day, I will literally never know because Luis took care of it. Not to mention, Luis was snapping the most amazing content all throughout our rehearsal and wedding day. He caught some amazing moments. I could go on and on about Luis, but this review is already long enough LOL. If you are a bride considering S.K.E - I highly recommend utilzing their services, they are affordable and deliver luxury services. Request Luis Reveles if he is available! He will be your best friend and will go to bat to ensure you have the most incredible wedding day that you deserve. He truly cares about making his brides feel like the queens they are!

ng our questions and concerns! Our wedding went perfectly and there is not one thing I would’ve changed.

elp!

was exceedingly impressed with her professionalism, thoroughness, unflappable and sunny nature, communication, and attention to detail. If you're looking for someone to handle an event of this magnitude, Hannalori is the gold standard.
