anding how everything would work and she never lost her patience with me and took her time to help alleviate any and all concerns I had with how my daughter's wedding would run. Any request I had, big or small, for vendors or otherwise, she was on top of and handled all the communications and details! Through the year Abigail maintained perfect contact - checking in herself on things she felt needed attention and answering my requests. Day of she was the most professional, kind, complimentary, warm person to have by your side! I was often asked why I was so calm on the wedding day - and the answer was simple - Abigail! Please don't hesitate or look elsewhere before hiring Sarah Kathleen Events - and ask for Abigail!

organized and helpful throughout the entire planning process—recommending great vendors, keeping us on track, and reminding us of little details we never would have remembered on our own.
We also brought in a lot of our own décor and did many of the reception florals ourselves, and Alyssa was so helpful in setting everything up exactly how we envisioned it. Knowing she was taking care of all of that allowed us to fully enjoy the morning without worrying about a thing.
Even though our venue included on-site coordinators, their focus was mainly on venue-specific tasks. Alyssa, on the other hand, was with us the entire day and knew every detail that mattered specifically to us. Her calm, positive energy was exactly what you want on your wedding day. She made everything feel easy, and I honestly can’t imagine not having her there.
Because she handled everything behind the scenes, I never had to stress about the small things. I was able to be fully present and simply enjoy the day, which is something I’m so grateful for.
If you’re considering hiring a day-of coordinator, I cannot recommend Sarah Kathleen Events and Alyssa enough. She misses no details, brings a steady and supportive energy, and truly made our day run seamlessly. You will be in the best hands!

She was in constant communication with all the vendors, gave us recommendations, had an amazing vision for all the decor in the room, had a timeline down the very minute for the entire day, helped to clean up at the end of the night, and even helped to fix the bussel on my dress numerous times. I couldn’t recommend Bri enough to anyone considering using Sarah Kathleen Events. She was professional, organized, so sweet and kind, and thought of every little detail. You could tell she is really passionate about her role and genuinely cares about making each couple happy. Our wedding day was so perfect and if any issues did come up, I would never know because Bri handled EVERYTHING. I received so many compliments from my family members about her as well. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized I didn’t want my family responsible for clean-up, troubleshooting any day-of issues, or missing out on being fully present in the moment. From my first inquiry, they took the time to understand my vision and what I had already planned. I was thoughtfully paired with Jody, their office manager—and I truly hit the jackpot. She answered every question promptly and helped guide important decisions on décor, timelines, and bringing my vision to life.

Although so much work happened during the planning phase, having Abigail on our big day was the reason everything went so perfectly. The night before, she lead us through our rehearsal. The morning of, she was there to help our entire bridal party. As we had our photos taken, Abigail was making sure all our vendors were aligned and had the details they needed.
But the most memorable part of having Abigail there was the atmosphere she created. Our wedding day went by fast, but Abigail ensured we were relaxed enough to truly take it all in. She kept us calm and allowed us to appreciate each moment.

It felt like I had my hundreds of questions randomly pop-up throughout the planning process, all of which Hannalori answered with ease, providing great answers/guidance. Our officiant wasn’t able to make it to our planned rehearsal, but thankfully Hannalori was able to step in and help run through his script ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be. On the day of the wedding Hannalori was seemingly everywhere making sure we were keeping to the timeline, setting up the decor, and helping with any questions anyone had. Multiple small issues (normal for a wedding day) came up throughout the day, which weren't handled without our noticing and added stress on us, but also bigger issues that did affect our overall day. Even after paying for a 2nd assistant, important decor items were not set-up correctly, like our whole memorial table suddenly went missing and our head table decor was incorrect. We never had a room reveal, I believe this is because Abigail was so flustered and behind. She forgot to bustle my dress until 2 minutes before our first dance and even then it was incorrect and I notice it in photos. I should have known initially when I basically led Abigail during our final walk-through and she asked 0 questions. Why would a first time bride know this isn't normal over a professional though? Our timeline was more chaotic than expected with a coordinator. We did speak with Sarah about our experience. She was very professional and apologetic. Ultimately, nothing was rectified nor refunded, and all of this did negatively impact our day. We would not recommend their services especially for the price.

We reached out to SKE a few months before our wedding and purchased the sweet pea package. Ironically, we were matched with the same planner, Luis Reveles!
We knew from our previous experience with Luis Reveles that we had nothing to worry about. Luis went above and beyond what we could have asked for. He was always available via text, and provided as many recommendations and suggestions as we needed. About a month before the big day I ran into a serious issue with my makeup trial and Luis jumped in to help negotiate a full refund/contract cancelation with the vendor I had booked. He quickly rebooked me with another vendor from his contact list, and assured me I would be happy with the results. In doing this, he not only saved what could have made my day an absolute disaster, he saved us over a thousand dollars. Not to mention he was right, my makeup and my bridesmaids makeup were absolutely stunning come the day of.
Luis Reveles handled everything prior to the wedding, coordinating with vendors, creating timelines, ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be and when. The only thing I needed to do was confirm and agree with his proposed timeline. When he sent us the 3-D renderings of our reception, my husband and I squealed with excitement!
During our first meeting with Luis, I expressed the reason I wanted a day of coordinator was so on the day of I could be fully present in wedding day bliss - head in the clouds - only needing to be told where to go and what to do. Come the day of, Luis Reveles had everything ready. I felt like a princess being catered to, and when I asked for something to be changed at the venue, Luis jumped on it. If anything went wrong that day, I will literally never know because Luis took care of it. Not to mention, Luis was snapping the most amazing content all throughout our rehearsal and wedding day. He caught some amazing moments. I could go on and on about Luis, but this review is already long enough LOL.
