Sarah was the best - I fell in love with her work when she did a friend’s wedding, and when I started looking for my wedding, she was the first and last photographer I spoke with. Throughout the process, she was super friendly, disarming, communicative, not distracting, thoughtful of our needs and very professional. Prior to our wedding, Sarah took our engagement photos and it was the perfect process to get us comfortable with Sarah, and even then, we immediately knew we made the right decision. Our photos came out beautifully and I was so excited to share them with friends and family. For our wedding, Sarah made things super easy for us. She helped us create a timeline that would give us enough time to take photos and rest, she scoped out our venue beforehand to ensure we took photos at the best spots, and she worked closely with our venue, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. That gave me the freedom to just enjoy the day and not feel stressed at all. We just got our wedding photos back and we LOVE them. She captured so many great moments from our wedding, and we got to relive the magic of that day again. I highly, highly recommend Sarah if you are looking for a photographer. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.

Ahhh I love love love Sarah!! I’ve worked with her as a fellow vendor and client and she is amazing on both ends of service. As a wedding planner, I know whenever I worked with her the couples will be left in great hands. She’s always captures every shot and without going over her time limit (as a lot of photographers tend to go thus pushing back the timeline). And on the client side, her enthusiasm, and direction for posing makes taking photos so easy and effortless. She is your ultimate woman and will make you feel confident taking photos.

Sarah is fantastic and an absolute gem! We were so fortunate to work with her for both our engagement and wedding photos. We were a 2020 covid couple and Sarah was so flexible and helpful with the 2 reschedules we had. Our engagement photos were 3 years prior to our wedding and with Sarah, it felt like no time had passed. Working with her is so seamless! She provides great direction and nothing ever feels awkward or "staged". Our photos turned out absolutely incredible. She really captured the joy of every moment throughout the day so that not one piece of our celebration was left out. It was so amazing! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!

My wife and I were after something hard to find: a wedding photographer whose style was timeless and beautiful, rather than excessively Instagram-ready. We wanted beautiful images that wouldn't look overly styled, filtered or dated in 20 years. And of course, they had to be well-composed images that captured not just the stuff of the day, but the mood. We liked Sarah's work for its moody light and color, and for her capture of little candid moments that tell the story of the day. Working with her was straightforward: we did an initial call on FaceTime, talked about our vision, then signed a contract online. As we approached the wedding 10 months later, our conversation picked up naturally. On the day, Sarah was awesome — chipper, prepared, friendly, and efficient. One of our favorite memories of the whole wedding was the hour we spent walking with Sarah for a portrait session. It was great to connect before the ceremony, and Sarah did a beautiful job amplifying and capturing our happiness — and distracting us from our nerves. As soon as the event kicked off, Sarah was nowhere to be seen, in a good way. She flitted around, snagging great moments across the evening while blending invisibly into the crowd. She even managed our family group photos in under 10 minutes, though we did miss a few shots from our list. A few days after the wedding, Sarah sent a preview of about 100 images, followed by the full set four months later. They are beautiful, a treasure of 1000 photos of our favorite day that capture its unique spirit. We recommend Sarah highly! Get her before she gets big.

I cannot overstate how happy we are to have booked Sarah for our wedding. My wife and I are both a bit uncomfortable in front of the camera, but Sarah put us immediately at ease on our wedding day and really helped us bring our vision to life. (That vision was mostly “we want lots of wild dance floor pics” and she did NOT disappoint.) Sarah is not only easy to work with, she’s also crazy talented. The final images blew us away with their artistry and will be treasured for a long, long time.

As we approach our one year wedding anniversary this weekend, I realize I haven’t written a review for our AMAZING wedding photographer, Sarah. Sarah brings an energy and spontaneity to her photography that is unmatched. She is fun to work with, reliable and produces great results. Sarah did an engagement shoot, city hall and reception package for us and all at a reasonable price point. We would highly recommend Sarah!

OH MY GOD SARAH! She MADE our wedding. Not only is she an incredible photographer, she is so much fun to party with! She was so organized and was sure to get all the shots that we had requested and our guests cannot stop talking about how much fun they all had with her and we already received our preview shots and they are as expected, STUNNING. I went through an extensive research and deliberation for the perfect photographer and Sarah was the perfect decision. We loved her so much we want to have another wedding just to have her be a part of it again. Thank you so so much!!

Thank you to Sarah for being such an pro in your craft and for your expert skillzzz. From our first meeting, Sarah set a really good tone. She listened, asked the right questions, and took the time to understand what we wanted to see and get out of our wedding day photography. On the big day, she was super relaxed, going with the flow, but still in control (which is precisely what one needs on a day full of nerves and chaos). She politely listened and handled some “aside” moments involving sticky family politics and accepted all photo requests graciously and patiently. We had a lot of fun taking our street photos in Williamsburg, even stopped at Smorgasburg for some unique photo opps combined with ice cream. We were so happy and grateful she truly captured our Brooklyn wedding vibe. We are currently working with her to create a custom coffee table wedding album. We would recommend Sarah and certainly use her photography services again for another any other future major event!

Sarah is amazing! Over the years we've developed what I'd like to think of as a friendship. She was one of the brilliant photographers at our wedding. Her bubbly personalty brightened up the night. She made friends with our guests; catching truly special & rare moments. We invited Sarah into our home years later to take family pictures of our 1 year old. She naturally switched gears from wedding to family photographer; blending into our home, so our son was comfortable. These pictures are intimate, and beyond special. Sarah's talent for capturing people, created cherished memories of our little family, that will last a lifetime. We're so grateful to have developed this relationship with Sarah, she genuinely cares about her clients and it's evident in the work she creates. Sarah is an artist. She is a passionate, warm, and incredible photography partner for every wedding-related event you could ever think of. Not only does she make you feel like at ease and like you’re having a reunion with friends, she had this incredible talent of making each individual shine. Sarah is by every stretch of the imagination simply the best. My husband and I were adamant about avoiding stock wedding photos and wanted our pictures to look organic, natural, and truly capture our wedding vibe - not just stage some nice portraits and call it a day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sarah to anyone looking for an engagement photographer! I found Sarah online through her Instagram account and immediately contacted her to shoot our engagement photos. Obviously I was a little concerned because Instagram is curated and filtered, but Sarah’s photos are seriously THAT AMAZING. She has this uncanny ability to make you feel comfortable when you’re in front of the camera. She really captured us as a couple, and we’re absolutely obsessed with our photos!!!!

Sarah is a very talented photographer and has a keen eye for detail! We were nervous about taking engagement photos, but as soon as we met her, we felt relaxed and enjoyed the shooting. Despite having only one hour for shooting, Sarah shot with a bunch of photos with lots of variety. She knew all of the good spots in the neighborhood we were shooting in. The results were beyond amazing. Photos were hip but still sophisticated. Strongly recommend her!

Sarah was my photographer for my engagement shoot and small city hall wedding. The wedding day was perfect, an oddly warm day for January, and with just mine and my husband's immediate family, it was very intimate. Sarah captured the whole thing beautifully. She was warm and friendly, never interrupting or posing us for cheesy photos (unless we asked!), and made everyone feel comfortable. As far as communication goes, she was excellent. She made sure to answer any questions promptly and gave great suggestions for our engagement shoot as well in terms of timing, lighting, locations, etc. All of the photos she delivered back were absolutely PERFECT. I couldn’t ask for better shots of my whole family celebrating one of the most important days of my life, and the beautiful candidness of the her photos juts make it that much better - they were truly REAL moments captured.
