Sarah was amazing, truly making our wedding ceremony beautiful. She took the time to get to know us and this made the words she prepared for our ceremony heartfelt. We had so many ...
guest tell us that they were crying through out the ceremony. She kept us on track during the wedding and used well timed levity to cover over my own confusion during the ceremony. We are so grateful for Sarah's help through out the whole process, including the help she provided in writing our vows. She was also extremely organized which made planning so easy. Sarah was a professional from start to finish and so friendly putting us at ease during our most nervous moments.
Sarah Ritchie promises a thoughtful ceremony that reflects your values as couple, and that is exactly what she delivers. We got married in a bookstore, and she incorporated our fav...
orite literary references - from Emily Dickinson to JRR Tolkein - into the ceremony in such a natural way. The ceremony felt so tailored to us, and she gave us great materials to help us craft our vows. She's also incredibly professional and easy to work with. We're so glad Sarah is the person that married us, and recommend her without reservation.
We are so happy that we found Sarah. Our ceremony was the most exceptional, intimate, and simply incredible event of our wedding. Every guest we spoke to for the rest of the night ...
could not stop talking about how beautiful our ceremony was, all thanks to Sarah! She sent us a thorough questionnaire to complete, along with ample resources. We really took our time in completing the questions separately and together. Sarah took our responses and crafted the most spectacular script for our ceremony. She included beautiful poems, prayers, and readings as well. She took extra care in guiding us through the ceremony timeline, and she was very flexible with any small changes we made to the script. We would recommend Sarah again and again! I wish we could relive our ceremony everyday.
Sarah did an incredible job as officiant for our wedding! Our guests could not stop talking about how moving and beautifully written our ceremony was. Her delivery was impeccable. ...
She was great in communication and incorporating our edits to the ceremony. We wanted to get in touch with our Celtic ancestral roots in our ceremony, and she seamlessly led our infinity knot handfasting and Quaich rituals.
It was an absolute pleasure working with her, and I highly recommend her to anyone!

arting with meeting us for coffee to learn more about our relationship, before we officially signed on board. She was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and her in-depth questionnaires allow her to craft a truly personal and heart-warming ceremony. We’re so thankful for all of Sarah’s guidance and truly will not forget the most special moment she helped us create. She is so caring, and CALMING!
Sarah was an amazing officiant. She was extremely helpful and supportive along the way and was very prepared to learn as much as she could about my husband and I as we were coming ...
from out of state. Our ceremony was beautiful and everything we could have ever wanted. She handled our marriage license for us and made everything as simple as possible. Thank you Sarah!

t choice we made. I just have to say that I could never in a lifetime have found someone better to marry my husband and I. The whole experience with Sarah was more than anything we expected. From the first email sent she understood our situation and worked around our budget with no hesitation in comparison to other officiants we had reached out to. We are more than happy it didn't work with anyone else but Sarah, she went above and beyond to make our day the most memorable and special day of our life's even though we didn't have a big wedding. We pushed our wedding day twice and she was the most understanding person ever. & when the worst thing that could have happened to us HAPPENED the day before our wedding she kept me sane and gave me all the options possible to make everything work out. Our wedding ceremony was more beautiful than we had ever thought it would be. She made sure to add personal stuff of our history into the ceremony and what she did for us after we could never thank her enough for the beautiful gestures she had with us. I recommend her 10000000000%. You will not be disappointed with such and amazing person who clearly lovessssssssss what she does.

I wanted to send my thanks to Sarah in a public forum for her contribution to our perfect day last weekend. It was just my husband, me, our dog and photographer in Central Park ...
and Sarah's thoughtful words and ceremony were personalized to suit our situation. She went well above our expectations with some surprises after the formalities concluded and we will treasure our memories of the occasion. I can't speak highly enough of Sarah and would recommend her to all brides to be, for any type of occasion. Thanks Sarah!
Sarah wrote a beautiful ceremony for us which incorporated aspects from various vows, readings and ring exchanges that we liked. The ceremony was one of a kind and told our story ...
beautifully.
Sarah freaked us out a little because I think she is a bit of a procrastinator, but what she created in the end was a masterpiece. Everyone at our wedding was telling us that we ha...
d the most beautiful and heartful ceremony that they have ever witnessed. We had an interfaith ceremony and Sarah came up with very creative ideas for personalization. No one could believe that we found Sarah online and met her two months before the wedding (they thought she was a lifelong family friend or something like that, because she seemed to know us so well). Her rate is $650, and as far as I am concerned, she could have added a zero to that and she still would have been a bargain! She is a very thoughtful, sweet and creative lady and I would recommend her work highly.
Sarah was beyond amazing with the work she did my husband and I on our wedding. She went above and beyond then what I had ever expected. From her speech about how my husband and...
I met to the ipod with wedding music, everything was just perfect.
We got married in the Ladies Pavilion in central park.
The ceremony was beautiful and we really appreciate the hard work she put into it, since it was last minute notice. She created a wonderful atmosphere and speech within 4 days notice.
She baked cupcakes, brought champagne, and gave out bubbles to blow at the end of the ceremony. She did all of this from her own accord and even researched my heritage as Puerto Rican, and found that in Puerto Rico a priest would bless coins and give them to groom to present to the pride as a token of good luck and safe journeys. The coins she gave us will be with us forever as a beautiful token of our marriage. We really are grateful because even if we spent thousand of dollars on a ceremony it could never be more beautiful then the ceremony you performed for us.
I was able to craft the words for our ceremony, with some input from Sarah, and she delivered them fantastically. Her few ad-libs were fun and added to the moment. She gave us a ...
Welcome to New York gift bag upon our first meeting: we enjoyed the little bottle of prosecco on our wedding night.

land, as you can imagine it was very stressful planning a wedding abroad and Sarah was always there to put my mind at rest. She spent time with me and my hubby getting to know us and then created the most beautiful and heartfelt service possible. Her worlds were personal to us and touch everyone’s hearts who attended the service. Thank you

ngs/personalizations we wanted - and made an effort to come up with ideas when we weren't even sure what we did want. Numerous guests have told us and our parents that it was the most beautiful ceremony they have ever witnessed, and I have to agree (though I am perhaps biased). My only concern throughout the process was that Sarah was sometimes difficult to get ahold of and wouldn't call when she said she would - however, the wedding ceremony was more than I could've anticipated and I can't complain at all about the end product. I highly recommend her (and was incredibly pleased with the price point).
