I've never been much for tradition, so you can imagine weddings were never really my "thing" when I first picked up a camera. People always told me never to photograph weddings and I didn't second guess that opinion. Fortunately, I discovered that the wedding industry has been evolving away from the old cookie-cutter format and that is what keeps me doing what I do. I love being part of a day filled with so much love and excitement and what I aim to do is find you in all of it.
Because weddings aren't about fitting into a mold anymore - they're about you getting to celebrate your love.

Sarah and her assistant Nick did such a fantastic job capturing our special wedding day! They managed to really tell a beautiful story in the photos they took. The photoset really brings a smile to my face and makes it so easy to jump back into the memory of each specific moment.
Sarah was great with communication throughout the planning. She set up a meeting beforehand to go over logistics and more importantly, checked in to see how we pictured the photos, asking us questions to really get to know who we were, and our personalities. In addition, she had us fill out a form closer to the wedding date, to ensure that she wasn’t missing anything. I loved her suggestions too for family photos - it made the process so easy for posed photos!
And on our wedding day itself, Sarah and Nick balanced well between acting as if they weren’t there (so my husband and I could act more naturally), and guiding us to specific locations for photos, all while answering to both my specific requests that came up and guest requests! A huge multi-tasking feat. Thank you SO MUCH, Sarah and Nick for your amazing work.
Sarah did an amazing job photographing our wedding reception. We met with her ahead of time to discuss our respective styles, and what kind of photos we wanted to prioritize. My husband and I were most interested in capturing moments among our friends and family, and luckily that was a good fit for Sarah!
On the day of the celebration, Sarah showed up on time and ready to go. She has an ideal demeanor to blend in with any group of people and capture lovely candid shots.
She was also well prepared for the group photos - she has a system that we discussed ahead of time, and when you stick to it, it's really efficient!
We are so so happy with the wonderful photos Sarah took, documenting our special day. 11/10 would recommend. 💖
Sarah is AWESOME. She photographed our wedding in early July in Livermore, CA, and it was surprisingly SO COLD. We were shivering, wind blowing, hair a mess and Sarah somehow made our photos seem like it was a beautiful warm day. Magic.
On top of that, she's just a great person. She focuses on candid photos so when we got our photos back, we got to relive our wedding from the viewpoint of our guests. At your own wedding youre all over the place and it's hard to be in the moment. Looking at these photos, we were thrown right back to that day and able to truly enjoy the moments we and our guests had.
Sarah also made us feel so comfortable - she has a great sense of humor and she's just so easy to get along with. Our guests also called this out after our wedding.
Lastly, we got back a TON of photos - I feel like she was worth every penny.
Do yourself a favor and hire her - she's really awesome but she's in high demand because of that fact so get on it ;)
Sarah is an absolute gem. She was so patient and calm throughout the entire wedding process (planning and the actual day), even as we had to change dates and venues through COVID. She was accommodating and reasonable and always patient. Her personality and photo style is exactly what we were looking for when it came to our wedding and we are just so pleased that we decided to go with her. I was not interested in a bunch of stuffy staged photos and Sarah captured the candid organic energy of our wedding so beautifully. I just couldn't be more pleased. I would absolutely recommend her for your event. Sarah - thank you for everything! It was perfect.
Sarah was our photographer at our wedding about a month ago and it was such a pleasure working with her. She totally got our vibe, was flexible and understood that neither one of us really liked having our pictures taken but still captured all of the important and fun moments. Would definitely recommend Sarah - amazing photographer and fun!
Sarah is a professional photographer and her prices were great too! We had an awesome time with Sarah as our photographer. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We had bad weather on the day of our engagement shoot so she did a 2nd shoot. Our wedding photos turned out AMAZING! Thank you so much Sarah!!!
Our wedding photos turned out amazing. Sarah is so nice and paid close attention to every detail on our wedding day. I love her artistic approach and she captured key moments perfectly. I watched her take stills, posed, and candid shots at my wedding. She did a wonderful job keeping up with the flow of the day, and really capturing all the beautiful and wonderful moments.

Sarah was the absolute BEST! She was so easy to work with and she captured exactly what we told her we wanted for pictures. She was even amazing enough to get the staff to move our ceremony to where we originally wanted it, at the very last minute. She is such an artist when it comes to taking pictures. You will NOT be disappointed if you choose to work with her!
