Knowing how to pose people is so so so important, and no matter how awkward you are, this girl KNOWS how to help you loosen up and pose in a natural way that never looks "posed." You honestly just follow her simple instructions to connect with each other and be yourselves, and somehow, just like that, it's the most beautiful photo you've ever taken together. Anyway, so upon meeting her my fiance straight up asked where to send the deposit because we didn't even need to talk about it, we knew she was the one! She is the cutest, funniest person ever, and you can tell she loves what she does! Flash forward to my engagement shoot and the photos are absolutely INCREDIBLE, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime. I get so many compliments on them, and I have yet to see someone else's photos I like more (and we all know how easy it is to compare when it comes to wedding stuff). Not only did we get the album of our dreams from this shoot, we had so much fun with Sarah and could not have felt more comfortable. Her warm and inviting energy makes you feel so safe, and immediately upon arriving she gave us a little pep talk, told my fiance what to do with his hands when he's not sure, and turned us from the most camera-shy couple to actual models in minutes (lol). I really don't know how she did it because I'm someone who doesn't even know how to smile for a photo. I am so beyond excited to have Sarah shooting my wedding in two months, and I can't wait to just laugh hysterically and feel all the love, all over again. xx

I emailed her to ask about her services and she got back to me right away, like less than 24 hours and when we finally met in person it was like I met my blond sister from another mister. We hit it off right away. She was so excited and invested in capturing our love story and really took the time to get to know me and my now husband. My husband loved her right off the bat too, so I knew she was a winner. Sarah always responded to my emails or texts if I had any questions and followed up with planning timelines. During our first session with her for the engagement photos, (which I highly recommend because this is where we built the relationship with her and felt comfortable with her after spending a whole day adventuring) we had a general direction of where we were headed and it was just fun to find unique spots along the way. She was up for anything and made it so fun! We received previews less than a week later, and same with the wedding photos as well. And the pictures? TO DIE FOR... I mean, I still look at them and cannot believe it is my husband and me. She captured our love perfectly, not posed, just in our moments, loving on each other which is exactly what we wanted. Our pictures turned out so well that we actually ended up getting a feature on JuneBug Weddings! (you can view the link on her ig stories ;) The icing on the cake. Sarah also understood I was on a budget and so she worked with me to figure out the best package option for our needs. She's great all around and is like framily to us. re my day and every special moment. The photos she took were absolutely stunning! She was so quick to get our photos back we got our preview after a week when we are on our honeymoon. It was the perfect treat! Her entire album was done not too long after, and it was so nice being able to share it with friends and family. We used her for our engagement session as well, and she was so great dealing with all my insecurities of taking photos hahaha! there! I had been looking at so many photographers, and nothing anywhere else really “wowed” me. Then I saw the engagement photos of a friend of mine that were done by Sarah and I knew I had to hire her! Her style is so light-hearted, fun, and natural. She wants to capture the real you, which she did a perfect job of. If you hire her, prepare to be BLOWN AWAY by her pictures. She was so sweet from the very beginning. My fiance and I tend to be awkward in front of a camera and she made the whole experience so fun. We even had our puppy in some of the pictures. We really enjoyed her company too, she is very personable and just overall fun to be around. The photos turned out amazing and we look like we are having a blast (because we were!). She is so talented at capturing the light and editing it just right to make everything really pop. What my fiance and I loved most about her is that you can tell she truly LOVES what she does. My husband and I didn't do a first look and had some mishaps with the photographer (not Sarah) that we had booked (before we met Sarah) and did not get many pictures just the two of us, so when Sarah offered to shoot us on a later date, I almost cried from relief! Our shoot happened to be scheduled for the day before our three month anniversary. Our shoot was so special. I felt more like what I wanted to feel like as a bride than I did on our wedding day. I felt beautiful, I had so much fun taking the pictures with my husband, and I felt like I got to do a redo of the day without looking frazzled! I know our pictures are going to turn out absolutely beautiful and be pictures that we can be proud to show our children and grand children in years to come. Saturday was so wonderful! She makes sure to call just to check up on you and gives the best advice! She has helped me and my fiancé with so much even outside of the photography aspect.
