I have never heard of or met two of the most talented and kind hearted photographers in my life. Sarah and her fiancé Jackson are unreal. SO personable, natural, and just all over wonderful people. Sarah provided a timeline for my wedding day AND my own website full of organized engagement pictures as well as wedding pictures. To top it off, I got these pictures back less than a month after my wedding. I would recommend Sarah for family photos, engagement pictures, wedding pictures, EVERYTHING! Sarah was absolutely a pleasure to work with! She was so organized and well prepared for our big day. She sent us a questionnaire a few weeks before the day so that she knew all the details about our day and knew what was really important to us. Sarah was very timely in getting us the pictures. I love the sneak peek and blog posts to get us excited as we wait for all of them! Also, the included engagement session was so wonderful as it got us comfortable working with Sarah and Jackson. We were able to also get more comfortable in front of the camera so we were prepared for the wedding day. We are so thankful for the flexibility and encouragement Sarah and Jackson showed us throughout our wedding day!

Sarah is the best photographer ever. I actually knew I wanted her to do my wedding photos before I even asked her so I was super stoked she said yes! She is the most professional person but yet you feel completely comfortable and natural and the quality of the pictures are top notch. My husband and I had a blast during our engagement shoot and love both those and the wedding pictures. You won’t be disappointed. Highly highly recommend!!

Can not say enough how pleased we were with Sarah Van Hecke Photography! From engagement pictures, to bridal portraits, to the "big day", Sarah and her team were there every step of the way. Not only was the picture taking process fun (yes, even my accountant husband managed to have fun posing for pictures), but the pictures turned out GORGEOUS. It is obvious that Sarah knows what she is doing, but what makes her stand out is what happens behind the scenes. Leading up to the wedding, we had a hundred things to worry about. Sarah made sure that photography wasn't one because of her planning process. She was in constant communication with us before the wedding to answer any questions and help us prepare for what to expect. Even after the wedding, she continually checked in with us to let us know how the picture editing was going. She was so easy to work with- planning and shooting. The quality of photos were great and loved the subtle editing. Very responsive communication and turn around time on photos was superb.
