very thoughtful questions about how we envisioned our day, suggested ideas I hadn’t thought of, and was the epitome of calm cool and relaxed. A few months later, we finally met for our engagement shoot! My then-fiancé and I were very nervous and a little awkward, but Sarah helped us relax, laugh, and have a great time. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the engagement photos turned out! The photos looked very natural and “us” – which was perfect, as I had been worried about having to do cliched poses. On our wedding day, Sarah and her second photographer (her wonderful husband, Nate) arrived right on time. Though the hours leading up to our wedding were a bit of a nightmare logistically due to problems with other vendors, Sarah was incredibly calm and thoughtful, offering to do anything she could to make our day go smoothly. We were able to knock out all of our pre-ceremony shots very quickly, leaving only a small set to do after our ceremony. Throughout the ceremony and reception, Sarah and Nate snapped pictures of us, our guests, and the decorations, but they were never intrusive. What I love about Sarah’s style is that she captures candid, real moments, in addition to beautiful, more formal shots. She is wonderful at making you and your wedding party feel at ease, while also staying on schedule. I am so happy that Sarah did us the honor of photographing our engagement pictures and wedding day. She shared a few preview pictures with us recently and they were even lovelier than I could have hoped for. I simply cannot wait to see all the rest. Thank you Sarah for all your hard work and for capturing these memories for us!

ed planning our wedding, I looked through Sarah's images and I was very impressed with her work and style. I am a professional photographer myself (I photographed her sister's wedding!), so I was very particular about what I wanted. I didn't want someone who was going to force us into awkward poses or make us feel uncomfortable. She was perfect at putting us at ease and making our day more enjoyable. Also, her price point was exactly what we were looking for budget-wise. She was very quick to get our wedding photos finished and back to us (I think it took right at a month, which is very quick considering the volume of photos she edited for us!) and we are so happy with what she captured! I love looking through our wedding day photos, and I know we will enjoy looking at them and reminiscing for years to come! Thank you Sarah! You are amazing!

They seemed impersonal, overpriced, and too overwhelmed to give us the attention we felt was necessary to make our vision become reality. The first time we met Sarah we knew she was right for us – she was personable, engaged in getting to know us as a couple, and very organized. All traits we value and were looking for in those helping us to prepare for our big day. Sarah was amazing. Whether I emailed her once a day or 10 times a week I could count on her getting back to me. Any question I had she was willing and prepared to answer. She helped me ensure that the locations and times we picked out for all our photo shoots would be optimal. She was also ready with alternatives or suggestions to make sure the shoots went as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. She was so personable, she instantly put my husband and I, as well as the wedding party at ease. Sarah’s attention to detail resulted in our pictures turning out beautifully. I guarantee you will not find a photographer of better value, or that is more conscientious than Sarah. I recommend her for any job whether bridal, maternity, or just capturing your family photos. I have recommended her to all my family and friends and plan on using her for all my future family events.
