Hey there! I’m Sarah, a wedding & elopement photographer based out of Seattle, WA.
You don’t need to be adventurous or wildly in love. That’s not what I’m here for. I’m here for the real stuff. Not the posed, fake, or cliche stuff. I want the connection. The belly laughs. The soft, quiet in-betweens. I want the nitty-gritty and real moments. I want to capture everything important to you and your person. The moments and memories that deserve to last forever. Because no two love stories look the same and shouldn't be told the same.
I started about fifteen years ago with film & darkroom photography. I fell in love with it instantly. For years I specialized in portraits, street, and concert photography. I like to bring a photojournalistic and storytelling aspect to my work. My approach is simple. I like to let the day unfold naturally and capture things as they happen. Of course, I will help direct and guide you when needed. I know when to step in and take charge and when to take a step back and be a fly on the wall. I’m quirky, I like to laugh and have fun. And I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in front of the camera. I’m not about posing or cliches. When we work together, I want it to be as fun, stress-free, and comfortable as possible.

ou feel comfortable in front of the camera - which I usually am not. she gets along with everyone and, in turn, gets the best photos out of everyone.
she will either let you call the shots, or in my case (who forgot to fill out her information sheet beforehand), she switches into director mode and finds beautiful locations and moments to capture.

She helped us formulate our day of schedule and recommended changes to help things move smoothly. Sarah was so much more than we could have ever asked for. She went above and beyond what was expected such as a boudoir shoot, taking photos all over Pike Place Market, to even the small things like shooting film and polaroid’s at our request. The quality of photos were beyond what I imagined, they were absolutely breathtaking. She took so many incredible shoots, some that I didn’t even knew she captured!
