We barely had any desserts left by the end of the night. Their team was so easy to work with throughout the entire process. They were responsive, professional, and made everything feel seamless. The cake was exactly what we envisioned—stunningly designed, with intricate details that matched our wedding theme perfectly. Note our flowers were placed by our florist. Not only was the cake gorgeous, but it tasted absolutely divine! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was! We went with their classic almond flavor! The delivery process was seamless as well. The team at Sarah's Cake Shop arrived on time(even with a 1.5hr drive), handled everything with such care, and set up the cake beautifully at the venue. They took all the stress out of the cake portion of our wedding day, and we are so grateful for that. Sarah’s Cake Shop provided us with a cake and a bunch of cupcakes for our wedding. We did a tasting, and paired our favorite cake, filling, and icing to pick out our favorite combination for our wedding cake. The cake was so good and the cupcakes were perfect. Our guests commented several times that it was the best wedding cake they’ve had and asked for a business card. Sarah’s Cake Shop offered a free 6 inch replica cake for your one year anniversary with a purchase over a certain amount, so we are excited to have our cake again, and fresh, on our first anniversary next year!

The cake was delicious and but the overall design was as not what I expected, as it did not have flowers on it like I had discussed with the baker and the florist. It was supposed to have flowers placed on it, but there were no flowers placed at all, and the flowers were to be the main accent for the cake. I guess there was some kind of miscommunication between the florist and the baker about who was doing that, but it was my understanding that the baker would be doing it as long as the florist provided the flowers (which they did, but we had trouble finding them, so maybe they did too). Luckily my mother in law and her sister are very crafty and were able to throw something together at the last minute and fix it up. Not what I had in mind, but it ended up looking pretty good.

The communication and professionalism we got at Sarah's Cake shop was phenomenal! We can not recommend them enough. Not only did they create the cake I asked for exactly but they delivered on time and coordinated everything perfectly all the way to Union Station. They are very reliable, reasonably priced and I can not recommend them enough. Of course the cake was delicious as well.

Sarah's Cake Shop was so easy to work with for our wedding cake! They listened to all our preferences and inspirations and made a beautiful wedding cake that was delicious. We had their cake a friend's wedding years ago and knew we needed to have their cake at ours as well. I can easily say this is the best quality cake we've ever had. Highly recommend using for any important events!

From tasting to wedding day, Sarah's Cake Shop was great to work with. The cake was delicious and designed exactly as I had hoped. Nicole (wedding coordinator and cake artist) was responsive and knowledgable. Price was reasonable as well. I will be using Sarah's for future events as well!

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Sarah's Cake Shop for our wedding July 1, 2023. We worked with Nicole to transform our inspiration images into a beautiful cake. The coordination with Nicole on the tasting kit and the final details was seamless. We ended up ordering a small two-tiered cake with kitchen cakes to feed 200. We barely had any leftovers as all of our wedding guests were eating multiple pieces of cake it was so good. We did white cake with lemon buttercream, chocolate cake with dark chocolate mousse and raspberry jam with chocolate buttercream and a traditional almond wedding cake. We couldn't ask for a better experience and would highly recommend Sarah's Cake Shop. We are looking forward to visiting next year to redeem our "free top layer" to celebrate our anniversary instead of trying to keep our top layer in the freezer until then. Our bakery cancelled on us a month before our wedding, but Sarah's saved the day! We were able to book with them, and they were so kind and patient as we worked on a heavily modified timeline to get everything done in time for our wedding. They squeezed us in for a very rushed tasting and design consultation, and Nicole was able to take my frazzled thoughts and turn them into a beautiful cake and dessert bar. Our flowers and cake-topper were arranged perfectly on our cake, but the animal sculptures that we ordered blew those items away. I wish I had pictures to attach! We had our three cats peeking out from under the icing of our cake, and I received endless complements about them. Not to mention, the cake and desserts were all delicious. Sarah's was also able to accommodate my husband's peanut/tree nut allergy and some of our guests' gluten allergies. They gave us a lot of peace of mind on our wedding day, knowing we wouldn't have to worry about cross contamination with our desserts.

Our wedding cake was amazing!!! My husband and I had a great time trying the different cakes, coming up with our design and letting Nicole and her team do their magic. Our cake turned out delicious and so many people have told us that it was the best wedding cake they've had in a while!! We highly recommend Sarah's Cake Shop for your wedding dessert needs!

I can’t even say enough great things about Sarah’s. I’ve been using Sarah’s for years for small cake needs, so it was no question that I wanted to use them for my wedding. Obviously the taste is to die for, but they have so many options to choose from and really cater to you. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. We purchased both a wedding cake and a large desert bar from Sarah's. Both were delicious and beautiful. We were not intending on having the cake the focus of our dessert, because neither of us are cake people. However, cake was delicious and even better than the sample cakes that we had. The staff is also very accommodating. We left for our honeymoon shortly after the event, and the bakery was to be closed that day. The staff came in anyway for us to drop off the dishes. highly recommend.

Sarah's Cake Shop is amazing! When I graduated high school years ago, my parents got me a cake and glitter bites from Sarah's for a party and I fell in love. Since then, I had always wanted Sarah's to do my wedding cake. They have so much options that you can do to customize your cake, or dessert bar! We ended up doing a 3-tier cake and desserts to provide some variety. The cake tasting Sarah's provides is well worth it and everything was so good, it was hard to choose. We opted for the almond cake with almond buttercream and raspberry filling and it was delicious! Unfortunately, I didn't have much time for dessert the night of the wedding, but Sarah's is extra special because on your first wedding anniversary, they give you a small cake, freshly baked of what you had on your wedding day! I think this is so special and will definitely taste better than a year old, freezer burn cake if we were to do it the 'traditional' way :) All of the items we chose for the dessert bar were amazing as well. We heard awesome things from the guest about the petit fours, key lime pie dessert cups and cheesecake. The staff was easy to work with and they were organized with our order and delivered it perfectly. I also wanted cake tier separators and Nicole and team made my dream cake come to life because of it! Highly recommend Sarah's for not only weddings, but any event that you need a sweet treat for.

Sarah’s cake shop did an AMAZING job with our elegant 4 tier rose gold cake! It came out as pictured but even better. They are easy to work with and very professional. Sarah’s cake shop is the best! The booking process was so smooth and they coordinated day of delivery with our venue. We got so many compliments on how great the cake was and can’t recommend Sarah’s enough!

The cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious! We got so many compliments from people. We went with the almond cake, which is their most popular. Prior to tasting, we assumed this would be a bland combination and really only tasted it because they included a slice in our tasting for free. But it was so good!! We had a July wedding and the cake option was great for the warm weather.

By far the best cake we tasted! We did a chocolate sheet cake and then a three tiered semi-naked almond cake with raspberry filling and it all tasted amazing. We also used Sarah’s for my bridal shower and did all of their small desserts, and everything tasted amazing. Additionally, the price was very reasonable! Definitely recommend Sarah’s :)

Cannot recommend enough! We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and so went back and forth on our cake design a handful of times. The team at Sarah's Cake Shop was always so helpful in discussing ideas and providing updated information. It turned out exactly the way we'd envisioned, and the cake itself was scrumptious. Our guests loved it.

Sarah's Cake Shop did a great job with our cake! We did two different flavors and had each tier decorated differently. We had one flavor of almond and raspberry and another with apple and carmel (a favorite of my parents from the tasting) and we got a lot of compliments from guests on both! Sarah's Cake Shop also did delivery which we appreciated, and the flowers they added flowers to the top were beautiful. The process was seamless and the cakes were delicious. Book them now! Our wedding cake was so delicious. I can’t wait to have it again on our anniversary. We received so many compliments on the cake. My husband and I went for the almond cake with white chocolate mousse and raspberry jam filling and a brown butter icing. Amazing. Seriously.
