Saranello's Banquets

We worked with their event coordinator, Lara, and she was very responsive and a good communicator, so over our conversations with her, she developed a keen understanding of our needs and how we wanted our big day to go. During our tasting, they were open to menu modifications and even customized our signature cocktails. Additionally, we noticed that Saranello’s was one of the few venues and caterers that didn’t try to nickel and dime us for every little request. Leading up to our wedding day, Lara remained incredibly responsive to our requests and inquiries from our other vendors. On the day, Lara and the staff did an outstanding job and even went above and beyond our expectations. For example, we noticed one of the waiters took the initiative to move florals that were used previously in our cocktail hour space to the dessert table during the reception. Additionally, we had sent Lara a welcome sign to display on the TVs in the venue and noticed that the venue took that template and applied it to the venue’s own signage outside of the event space. We didn’t request either of these to be done and were delighted by the staff going the extra mile. The event space itself is warm, inviting, and it well fit the needs of our smaller wedding size (43 people). The food and drink were delicious and felt elevated beyond typical wedding food. All three events ran smoothly, and the waiters, bar staff, and Lara made us feel well taken care of and we had no issues come up. If we had to do it all again, we would pick Saranello’s as our venue and caterer again due to their affordability and outstanding quality.

anted to do. She was great! Rachel and Tia were the event managers the evening of our wedding. They were so sweet and seemed genuinely excited about my event. On the day of I was frazzled from everything and they kept me calm and kept my function moving and organized. The waitstaff was excellent. Very attentive and quick and friendly. The food was amazing. We love Saranello's for dinner. And the banquet food was exactly what you'd get in the restaurant. Our MC and coordinator told me he'd been to about 600 weddings and this was the best wedding food he'd ever had. I can't say enough good things. Our event was about 70 people. The size of the room was perfect for our group. Although a slightly larger group would probably still fit nicely. There is an upstairs bar that guests COULD use. But we used it for the wedding party to hang out and to keep our stuff (which was super convenient). It was actually fun to take a moment up there but be able to look down on the party. Overall I had an excellent experience with Saranello's. I wouldn't change a single thing!
