I cannot recommend Sara's Bridal in Allen, TX, enough! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such warmth and care by my consultant, Susie. She was absolutely incredible—bubbly, attentive, and so easy to work with. This was hands-down the best dress shopping experience I’ve had in the entire DFW area. Susie made me feel completely taken care of, ensuring every desired change or alteration was accommodated in-house. No detail was too small, and nothing felt impossible. Hearing phrases like “That won’t be a problem” and “We will take care of that” put me completely at ease. I had been nervous that dress shopping might not go as planned, but Susie turned it into a dream experience. She truly listened—not just to me, but also to my family—and made sure every aspect of the process was perfect. Her dedication was above and beyond, even offering to come in on her day off to finalize smaller details before I left the state. That level of commitment speaks volumes about her and the team at Sara’s Bridal. I found *the* dress, and I couldn’t be happier! I bought my dress and had it altered (in a weekend!!) at Sara’s bridal! I was blown away by how the dress fit me after alterations. It was a very smooth, low-stress experience! The prices are extremely reasonable and affordable! Highly recommend!

The professionalism is lacking at this establishment. As a potential customer popping in after an event in the direct area 15 minutes before the posted closing time u was told they were closed as we attempted to open the door(it was a Saturday afternoon) and the lights were turned off in our presence. I am not a bride just a person looking for a dress as a bridesmaid, and didn’t even get the chance to say that, just a dismissive, we are closing(again, I took a photo of the place at 12 minutes to posted closing after I was told this). I will never recommend or return to this establishment nor will I support any surrounding businesses, while this probably won’t do anything maybe someone will read an be as dismissed as I was and post the same.

I had my bridal dress altered tailored by Sara and her colleagues. They were great throughout the process and very helpful. It was simple to schedule appointments, alterations were completed in steps, which worked out perfect, for Sara made sure with each step of the alteration process that I felt beautiful in my dress. She was amazing. I had lace added to the sleeves, tulle to the gown ,and more coverage to feel comfortable on my wedding day.

Sara's Bridal is by far the best customer service! I purchased my wedding dress at a separate bridal boutique in North Dallas and was referred to Sara's for their ability to tailor wedding dresses on the weekend. Their seamstress is extremely professional and worked around my schedule. We had three fittings in the last month and the dress turned out perfectly! I cannot say enough positive things and only wish I had also purchased my dress with Sara's too.

Sara and her assistant at Sara's Bridal Boutique in Allen are amazing. Everyone should check this place out before making a purchase: the dress of your dreams will be here as well as bridesmaid dresses and Sara's alterations are dreamy.

Sara is amazing! I bought my dress elsewhere because I was looking for a very specific style but she did all of the alterations. Her pricing was very fair and we did so many fittings to make it perfect. She is also extremely nice which made the process pleasant. I could not recommend her more!

Let me begin by saying that Sara is an amazing person to work with. I was so nervous about my reception gown especially since I was time crunched and it had to adhere to some of my cultural restrictions. Not only was she patient with me and my husband but she was also extremely attentive. My gown was fitted 3 times before I was completely satisfied with the finished product and Sara accommodated all my requests. She always has a smile on her face which is very important to any bride who is dealing with a ton of other things as it is. Another great thing about Sara's Bridal Boutique is that this place so reasonably priced compared to tons of other stores we visited. Some stores had great collection but customization was not an option and some could customize but the collection was not awesome. Moreover, if I could find both those things, it would be cost prohibitive as the stores could not manage my tight timeline. With only 2 months at hand, Sara's Bridal Boutique gave me the perfect combination of style, options, customization and price. We found this place by chance when looking for vendors for this beautiful quinceanera dress. Even after the wedding when I wanted the dress to be altered so I could wear it on other occasions, she did a marvelous job at a very reasonable price. I would very highly recommend Sara's Bridal Boutique.
