WOW. WOW. WOW. We cannot say enough good things about Sarena and her team. From our first phone conversation, it felt like I was talking to a friend. She made me feel so comfortable and instantly knew just what I wanted and was able to make suggestions that were all SPOT. ON. She was professional, quick to respond with all communication, and always made us feel at ease throughout the planning process. Going into wedding planning, I will admit I did not know much about florals, but she brought my vision to life and then some. She truly went above and beyond to give our ceremony and reception space her personal touch and exceeded my expectations. I will miss working with her and her team!

I’m so glad I found Sarena to design the floral arrangements for my daughter Hannah’s wedding at Great Marsh Estate in Bealeton, Virginia. Before the wedding, I contacted Sarena and we spoke on the phone for some time. I described the look and feel my daughter wanted to achieve. It was clear Sarena was talented, professional, creative, and experienced. I asked Sarena to use her creative skills to make something beautiful. And she did. I had no idea what the floral arrangements would look like. When I saw them for the first time on the day of the wedding, I cried tears of happiness. The bridal bouquet took my breath away. Looking back now at the wedding day photos, I’m still in wonder at the deep colors and dramatic arrangements. Thank you Sarena for making my daughter’s wedding day rich with color and texture. I’m confident Sarena is the only designer who could have achieved this.

So, legit - my favorite wedding vendor was Sarena. From the first time I saw her portfolio online to our first conversation, I knew I would love working with her. She instinctually understood what my vision was and her expertise, knowledge, and creativity brought everything to life in color, texture, ambiance...just everything. She's simply extraordinary, hilarious, and kind, and I'll be using her for every event I do in the future!

Sarena was a JOY to work with and made my dream wedding a reality. She completely brought my vision to life and everything looked absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better florist. So professional and so so talented.

Sarena has been a pleasure to work with. She has been very responsive, patient and flexible. She has given wonderful advise and it is very apparent she has been in the industry/area for awhile and knows the ins and outs of planning a wedding and the floral piece as well. She is very creative (if that’s what you want, if not she’s wonderful at executing your vision) but she also takes ideas and turns them into something beautiful! 10/10 would recommend

Sarena is truly an artist. We had a phone conversation about a month prior to our wedding, I sent her photos of bouquets I liked, she worked with us as we postponed a year due to the pandemic, and my bouquet and the flower arrangements were just what I asked for! A beautiful, colorful, tight bouquet and colorful flower arrangements. She was recommended by our caterer since we were so last minute planning originally and I was very pleased with the results. I would hire her again for another occasion.

This Wonder-Woman will make your wedding floral dreams come true! Absolutely stunning floral design and installation by Sarena & team! We considered/vetted several floral vendors, yet after talking with Sarena, we knew she was THE ONE! Her experience, creativity, mastery of the craft, and artistry all came through in our very first conversation and was entirely realized on our gorgeous wedding day! Her easy-going, knowledgeable, and creative-manner put me at ease from the beginning and reassured me all along the way! Originally, we had wanted a classic cream/blush look, however, after contracting with Sarena, we had a change of heart and switched our color palette to more bold autumnal colors! Sarena was so incredibly flexible and fully supported the change, switching up the design plan to accommodate our change of heart! She designed an entire theme off of one photo that I provided, incredible! We were so pleased! She was also super-flexible and worked with us to accommodate several special requests including the use of family heirloom pieces, designing two different types of table centerpieces, and a week-of need for a wedding arch! She is truly dedicated to her craft and went the extra-mile to ensure that the floral theme continued throughout all aspects of our venue! We received overwhelming compliments on the bouquets, centerpieces, etc from family, friends, even the other staff working the event! We heard from a plethora of guests that our wedding was “magical” like a “dream” wedding, and this was truly the case to due to Sarena & team’s hard work! She is so fun to work with, you will not be disappointed! She is truly a dedicated artist, who loves what she does! Thank you Sarena for giving us the fairy-tale wedding of our dreams!

I am an extremely type A person, which makes it incredibly difficult when you know nothing about floral design. Here I was thinking I could go to Wegmans, order AND pick up my own flowers AND set them up on my wedding day. I really, truly believed I could pull it off. But being the ICU RN that I am, I knew I had to explore all options. Sarena was a preferred vendor recommended to me by my venue, and after HEAVILY reviewing her on the knot, I decided to interview her for my big day. I had so many ideas for my wedding flowers but couldn't even name the flowers I hoped for in my bouquet, so I was extremely nervous to meet with Sarena. I had a loose idea of the look I wanted with absolutely ZERO idea of how to execute it. Sarena met with me at a little coffee shop in town, and it was love at first sight. She listened to my vision and then next thing I know she is literally DRAWING out my florals which was incredible for me considering I am a very hands on and visual person. Sarena is not a florist, she is a floral artist. Your wedding is the kind of event in which you should seek a floral artist- not simply a florist. She explained that she would have a team to help decorate my venue the day of my wedding, and assured me that everything would be handled. She was right. I can't tell you the amount of time Sarena spent on the phone with me. At first I was hesitant discussing all of the little details I was hoping for because I didn't want to overwhelm her with too much to do on my big day. Little details are so important to me. Guess what? They are equally important to her as well, and she never made me feel like an inconvenience. In fact, she embraced everything I asked for and made it come to life better than I ever could have wished for. Sarena called me the day before my rehearsal dinner to reassure me that everything would be handled and to ask if I had any more questions before my big day. She caught me right in the middle of a full on melt down over that fact that I still hadn't written my vows. She should have also marketed herself as a therapist, because she calmed me down almost immediately. She reassured me that everything was going to work out great, and reminded me that most importantly I was marrying the man of my dreams. How right she was. My bridal bouquet the day of my wedding was beyond my wildest dreams, and featured the most beautiful Proteas that I had ever seen. The sheer beauty of my arrangement brought tears to my eyes. I couldn't believe how well she nailed my vision. It didn't stop there though, because she literally transformed my venue into the most romantic and magical candlelit masterpiece that I had ever seen. It was was the most beautiful night of my life. Fast forward to my honeymoon- I haven't told Sarena this yet. My husband planned a surprise honeymoon for me to South Africa. Wouldn't you know that the national flower in South Africa is the protea? What are the odds of that? Sarena, her team and my proteas were truly meant to be. If I could give you one piece of advice for your wedding day, choose Sarena. You will be so happy you did. Sarena darling, if you're reading this, you will forever hold a piece of my heart. THANK YOU, so very much for making my day perfect.

Sarena was amazing. We were so blessed to meet her. The flowers at our wedding were breathtaking. The connection we had with her was something special. We felt like we could reach out to her at anytime even if it was unrelated to flowers. She was always there to bounce any ideas off of and settle any wedding nerves. We appreciated her and her gift to put our wedding over the top. Sarena is someone special, caring and detailed. We loved her. Thank you we mean it. Please look no further she is amazing.

Sarena was a dream to work with! Flowers were not a big budget item for me, but I knew I wanted something classic and beautiful. I gave Sarena a super vague description of what I was looking for, “lots of greenery and white flowers”, and she turned it into something INCREDIBLE! Truly could not have dreamed up anything better in my head. She was so friendly, quick to respond to any texts I sent her, and just a joy to work with. She accommodated a few last minute changes (like week before the wedding) and was great about it. I can’t recommend her enough!

Sarena did a beautiful job with the flowers for my wedding. I told her the colors I wanted to use and the look I was going for and she did her magic. All of the arrangement and bouquets were stunning. She used a variety of flowers and different shades of my colors. Also very effectively used greens in so many different colors and textures. She will work with you to create exactly the look you want and I thought her pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Sarena Floral Designs.

Sarena and her team were absolutely amazing. Believe it or not, I did not actually meet Sarena until the day of my wedding. From our first phone call I knew this woman not only understood my style, but would nail these floral designs. She gave me comfort in knowing that my wedding day was going to be everything I had imagined. I could not recommend Sarena's fun and professional team more!

Sarena’s work is absolutely stunning. Our wedding was at our family farm and she was able to incorporate the existing landscape and flora into her design, as well as bring in beautiful fall and natural arrangements. All of the details were just perfect. Cannot recommend Sarena more!

Sarena was the best! From our first phone call to wedding day, Sarena was communicative and open. I don't know much about flowers so I told Sarena what colors I wanted and the overall look I was going for (soft, flowley, romantic) and she worked her magic and made everything perfect! The day before our wedding and even the morning of our wedding it rained heavily so we set up both an indoor and an outdoor option. We had Sarena design a backdrop for our ceremony space and due to the rain, it was impossible to have. Because she is the best, Sarena was flexible and quickly designed something that was so beautiful and could be moved either inside or outside based on if we decided to hold the ceremony indoors our outside. Words can't describe how beautiful my bouquet was! Really everything she touched was so beautiful and absolutely perfect. I can't recommend Sarena higher to anyone looking to beautify a space or have flowers for their wedding (or any event)!
